I went here, http://tess2.uspto.gov/ seems their patents which appear to have been used for collateral were assigned back to them. Very positive sign IMO.
Can't do much now, I'm on my way out, but I'll re-check and see what I can find later tonight.
It appears to be accumulating now. There may be news soon.
Company has a nice portfolio of patents. Use to have this at .13
It's on my watch list for now.
Yes, nice volume today.
Great news. Page disappears when viewed. Here is a capture.

Heavy volume today. This may be a shell that is being scooped up by another company.
Looks like its a shell now
MK
Good luck. I haven't looked at this company for quite some time. Except for the charts, of which haven't poped up on my scan since.......... lol but, it is pushing more into the oversolds so maybe it'll start seeing the typicat bounces from breaking through the .005's into the .0000's just my guess.
We have to know this dog is still alive and I cant get a response from IR. This company not too long ago had some real great products with some real opportunities. These folks have been around along time, so someone scooping them up might be an option. We need to know they are alive, imo....
looks like it is just bouncing around and continuing its deterioration to .0001 to me. just a couple TA bounces. not on my radar, and dont think it lasted very long on my radar last year either.
Volume picking up a bit. Nice accumulation on chart. News coming?
Is this still on your pincher radar?
The sleeper is about to wake up IMO. Volume is starting to pick up.
Recent buys coming in. Keeping this on radar.
The turn could be on.eom
Great up volume today. Looks like a gusher in the making.
yep, cant believe it either. Gonna watch for a bottom and see how it plays out. Very sad indeed.
JMAR pink tomorrow
I see that Laurus is pulling
all the stops
on watch for possible favourable solution
sad, traded this back in 99
in dollars

Happy trading to you as well. Sure is a slow mover though.
I have been buying shares for the past 2 weeks. I too believe this company is going to take-off in the near future. They have some great technology and the timing for their products is great. GLTA.
ARGGGGGG Their pr department is terrible. IR is terrible. Dont they want an appreciation in stock value.
One more thing...I think they are a potentially huge buyout candidate. Their technology and expertise are incredible.
I still think it is gonna be a winner. This company has great products and any announcement of a government contract and we start the road to 4 again. I really believe in this company long term and that is because my dad does. He has been in the market a long time and is loyal to this company. He honestly thinks these guys will be major counter terrorism players in the future. We shall see. I cant find the cnbc piece on utube, google, or yahoo. Certainly they can pr better than this, you think?
http://www.jmar.com/2004/pdf/2009/JMAR_BioSentry_Bioterrorism_final.pdf
...JMAR representatives are attending a conference in Washington, D.C.,
which specifically addresses “Shaping the Obama Administration’s Counterterrorism Strategy,” at
the CATO Institute on January 12-13, 2009. Later this week, on January 15, 2009, CNBC will be
airing a prime-time BioSentry® (http://www.jmar.com/BioSentry_bioterrorism.shtml) video news
release. The video is expected to reach 4,000,000 viewers, and will also be distributed to 190
cable stations nationwide through the Independent News Network.
Thought you guys might be interested in hearing that Bio Sentry was just advertised on CNBCs On The Money segment. They demonstrated the basics of how it operates and what it could be used for.
Obviously JMAR was visible on the machine, and since I knew the company, I knew where to post this.
Thought it would move today. Little more time.
I hope you are right it has not done anything in a long time...

JMAR Technologies to Unveil Bio-Contamination Detection Service at World Waterpark Association Trade Show
Company Will Use BioSentry® Technology to Monitor Continuously for Hazards
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JMAR Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:JMAR), a leading innovator in the development and commercialization of sensing systems for the detection of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) materials, announced today that it will unveil BioAlert™, a new water-monitoring service based on its BioSentry® technology, at the World Waterpark Association’s 28th annual trade show in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 28-29. The convention is the world’s largest gathering of water-leisure professionals and development experts, showcasing the latest waterpark products and services.
JMAR’s new release, BioAlert™, is a monitoring service designed to detect waterborne pathogens, such as cryptosporidium, in waterparks and other water recreation facilities. BioAlert™ will be offered as a subscription-based service model, with flexible packages ranging from simple system monitoring to full 24/7 surveillance with immediate contamination alert notification.
“The BioAlert™ monitoring service provides added protection for the guests and the waterpark owners,” said JMAR’s Chief Executive Officer C. Neil Beer, Ph.D. “This new service, based on our BioSentry technology, fills a critical gap in water quality protection by providing continuous water monitoring with the ability to provide immediate notification of a contamination occurrence.”
With an estimated 360 million Americans visiting recreational water areas annually, water sanitation and disease prevention is crucial to the business of waterparks. Due to recent cryptosporidiosis outbreaks in recreational water areas, there is a growing need for continuous high-resolution water quality monitoring. More information about cryptosporidiosis is available at: http://www.cdc.gov/crypto/.
JMAR’s award-winning, laser-based BioSentry® system can immediately detect the presence of microorganisms and classify them within minutes, helping to ensure the continuing safety and quality of water supplies. Frost & Sullivan recently recognized BioSentry® as the leading innovative approach to water quality monitoring and selected JMAR for their 2008 Biological Detection Product of the Year Award.

i held this thing over 2 years ago when it was over $1... obviously overvalued... got out with a small loss. what intrigued me was the goverment contacts and technology that they had. this company seems to have survived on govt contracts and those have gone south and wall st. does not like it. their books look like chit IMO, but the one thing /product I like is the "bio-sentry" tech that they have. if they can commercialize that thing then this is $5 stock IMO.....lots of questions about this. i do not hold it right now, but it is on my radar. could be a sleeper IMO!
JMAR Technologies to Unveil Commercial Portable Laser System at Industry Conference
JMAR Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:JMAR), a leading developer of advanced laser, photonics and detection products, today announced that it will unveil the first commercial prototype of its double-pulse laser system at next week’s Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics (CLEO) in San Jose, California (www.cleoconference.org).
The prototype is a shoebox-sized portable system based on JMAR’s proprietary BriteLight™ system, and developed by JMAR in response to a U.S. Army issued SBIR grant to support research for remote detection of hazardous materials, drugs and other biological or chemical substances. The Company’s move to commercialize its double-pulse system follows a successful 2007 demonstration of its ability to provide full control of first to second beam pulses while maintaining exceptional beam quality. LIBS testing conducted in JMAR’s laser lab has shown a consistent 10X signal enhancement on copper and up to 25X on aluminum.
“The debut of this man-portable double-pulse system with direct application in multiple commercial markets represents one of the most significant milestones in our company’s history,” said JMAR President and CEO, C. Neil Beer, PhD. “Although we will continue the development of this system for the armed forces, the portability feature of our new system should enable us to begin penetration of the much larger commercial market. Also, there is no better place than CLEO, the foremost laser and opto-electonics industry event, for introducing this new product to the widest possible audience of knowledgeable customers.” CLEO will be held at San Jose’s McEnery Convention Center from Sunday, May 4, through Friday, May 9, in conjunction with the Quantum Electronics and Laser Science Conference (QELS) and the Conference on Photonic Applications, Systems and Technologies (PhAST). Together, the conferences are expected to attract 6,000 engineers, scientists and other leaders in the fields of optics and photonics. JMAR (Booth #2417) and other companies will be exhibiting from Tuesday, May 6 through Thursday, May 8.
