maybe thats why company buy back is happening? before they relist??

Also, hey tgtl ---scra will relist too ,how long will that take if all goes well ,like we think it will for shareholders

sorry to talk about another stock here, this ones way undervalued, but thier in russia so you have to follow the money trail to see who's really involved. i havnt done zip in dd on this . but scra i have.
