warrants up almost 400%, stock ticking down. Something is up.
Either a material event that affects share value without affecting warrants, or there is major news coming and shorts just don't know it.
Looks like you've been on this for a while, are you still in this? The SS at this price looks good. Anything happening with it?
Not a bad SS for this price.
"besides patience".
That there is 99.99% of the requirement for winning in most things. The other .01% is smarts (you either have it or are at least smart enough to find those who are and follow them).
What did the letter say?
From last quarterly:
Common Stock, authorized 190,000,000 shares,
issued and outstanding on
September 30, 2008 and December 31, 2007 is
78,559,042 and 55,989,696 shares respectively
Total debt: $137,747
Was this ever discharged?
There may be some technical differences between the two, but i like this one too. AFAIK their chapter 7 filing was dismissed. Did they refile?
This is a strategic move IMHO. There will be retail knee jerk, and those looking for a second opportunity for good entry may get a good shot.
FYI on chapter 11 (this is not chapter 7):
Chapter 11 is often called the “reorganization bankruptcy.” It’s for businesses that want to keep operating but need time to restructure their finances in order to pay the bills.
Filing can be done voluntarily, or it can be forced on a business if three or more creditors file a petition with the bankruptcy court.
Once filed, creditors are temporarily prohibited from taking any action. The business or individual has four months to come up with a reorganization plan, though that can be extended to 18 months. After that, creditors can propose reorganization plans.
The plan is basically a contract between the debtor and creditor that defines how the business will operate and pay its financial obligations. Most plans include some downsizing to reduce expenses and free up assets.
"Invested"....?
No.
They believe they will make a good profit from these warrants. So, conservatively a 20/30% above strike.
To be perfectly clear. Per 10Q filed Nov 2018, the common warrants have a strike price of $61.45. This means that holders of these warrants, if conservative, expect price to close north of $73.74 (20% ROI) or $79.89 (30% ROI).
Remember, these expire February 1, 2021. So investors who purchased these warrants expect positive price movement well before this expiration date.
Warrants are like options except they are issued by the company.
Like options, they have a strike price, which is the price at which the holder of the warrant is obligated (not forced to) buy the stock.
A strike price at say $50 means that for the warrants to be in the money (i.e. worth more than paper certificates) the stock will need to trade above $50.
If stock trades at $55, it means the warrant is worth $5 because I can buy the stock at strike price ($50) and sell in open market at $55, netting me a profit of $5 less purchase price of the warrant.
Also keep an eye on the pricing of vnrrw. They are warrants with strikes north of $50.
Yes. Not if but when. Dinner with strong hands buying here imho
What really is there to say? You buy, you make money. You don't, you don't make money (at least not here).
Stocks with chatter are usually P&D.
How do you know this? Genuine Q.
New traders, please read this and repeat it to yourself until you absorb it. That's one option, the other option is go through cycles/years of learning the hard way. You can be up +100k and down -100k in one day in the otc without knowing how and when to take profit. That said, this same sequence (+100k - -100k) can net +300k for the experienced trader who knows when to buy and when to sell.
LoL.
Pay attention.
It is just getting started IMHO.
That's not really how any of this works.
I'm bullish but it was significantly thinner and didn't have that many flippers involved. Hopeful though...
Not that this will be news to investors with knowledge of the domain, but for non biotech oriented new investors, here's some links to Thomas E. Ichim's (TSOI director's) profiles.

We should print 9s today
With the number of patents and product pipeline,
$TSOI is still a strong buy here.
Anything below 3c is a buy.
Thank me later.
Insider ownership is north of 80%. That tells you all you need to know.
Anyone reading this can look at twitter under the tag $SHMP to verify that this claim is utter nonsense.
For goodness sake, if you are going to make things up, at least be unverifiably creative about it.
Thanks.
Can anyone confirm with link what the actual court ruling was. I hear retried or moved back.
Seen. Why i asked.
Excellent work for those who are able to get in under .01.
Strong hands hopefully.
Why kill the run at .01 when we printed .02s just about a week ago?
LoL. That's your source?
Generally, a CEO's request will be a trading halt and not a suspension. This leads me to believe this is not triggered by CEO. I am of the opinion this will end positively (at least from what I have read so far).
shhh.
:D
Agreed.
Anyone know if the SS has been updated recently since May?
This will move with volume for sure, given the current SS.
Excellent observation.
Buying at this level.
Just FYI:
If you think a sports betting app is somehow much bigger than the machine intelligence (AI) behind the analytics involved in sports betting, then you should close your position, then you would likely have bought Yahoo! over Google back in the day too.
This is where you want to be. In the world of software, this is where you want to be. It is right next to being a platform in the software domain, or a broker in the real estate. They provide the service which is needed (not desired but needed) by every single sports betting app out there that's worth having (or any app that desires to be worth having).
They did.
The last 8k stated just that. But in the most obscure and twisted way imaginable. Even I had to email to verify my interpretation
That is WHY it tanked when it was filed.
Read the 8k. It says they default to liquidation as outlined in previous filing
Agreed. It will really take off.
