At current Goldcorp prices, I like them separate. If they come together as of today, talk about dilution and the general risk of losing all the gains that I have from Goldcorp thus far. They will have to print something like 6 shares for each SFMI shares outstanding and then take that factor of 6 and multiply it by already outstanding GHDC shares and you are going to jump to billions of flipping shares, just like all other pennies out on the board. SFMI is uplisted where as GHLD is not.........yet. Stock prices will drop, welcome all shorts and blah blah blah. To many neg's in my opinion, and credibility will deminish.............. my thoughts.
Seriously, I really think this one is way undervalued by many, considering that the investments has been made already and it is just waiting on income from SFMI, which seems to be coming real soon. The overhead is almost nill, maybe just salaries, so in my view, it is pure positive cashflow for the company, after recouping it's original investment dollars.
After recouping it's investment cash, they can look into new ventures or buy more mines and lease out to SFMI also for more cashflow. They can even choose to sell SFMI off. It is an interesting concept, and one that is taken with a slew of holding companies. This I know, as my work company is owned by a parent holding company and it takes cash off the top of income and revenues and all expenses. Positive cashflow as long as baby Co. is making money.
I am betting the farm on this and SFMI and so far the Cash Cow is walking home on it's own.
I was over 300% in gains, but averaged up today to get more shares, before all the other SFMI longs and newbies come knocking on the parent company's shares.
Got to love this ground floor action.
Will look into buying some more tomorrow = payday.
I think they redirected the power to the mill. hahahahah
I think most of their efforts now is to fine tune the mill inside as the equiptment outside is for the general pre-milling of materials.
dont need to watch the cam, just watch your profits GROW !!!!
This stock is going to fly, as it is just showing a hint of it's leggs right now. So far it has been a couple of cents a day. Just imagine what is going to happen with new exchange listings and the report of revenues, then income, updated mine reports from drilling and then the actual mining of the mountains.................... then dividents and a potential buy-out. Just my vision towards the future.
I bought more too, just hope your is not cheaper than mine. 038 a share. As of now, I am averaging up, looking for the big payday in the very near future.
I own shares in both. At least this board has less distractions. This is a great run, as our stock has been elevated and people are finally taking a chance on what we already think we know, that this is an actual GOLD MINE !!!
The news today on the heli pad was great. I think it shows that SFMI and Goldcorp are serious in going forward towards the future for the long run and not a fly by night penny stock that will rob people of their money. I have invested in those before.
Hello Threw er back:
Thanks for the invite.
First post here. Look into SFMI and goldcorp. These 2 stocks has LEGGS and will soon sprout wings!
Fidelity and Etrade trades both stocks with no problems.
someone reporting you as they are reporting me and getting my posts removed
that was over 7 years ago, dont you believe in reform??? Dig deeper and you will find out the PQ used to wear diapers.
Shares sold consolidation activity today:
2.2 mil @ 0.145 avg for SFMI
and
1.5 mil @ 0.021 avg for GHDC
I think the base line for the companies are looking great for another jump in prices soon.
you are wrong again. Equity financing was for the mill building and the acquisition of the properties. Rich investors, are as myself = up 150%+ so far, and if it be that the so called insiders make it too, it is all deserving. Who will work as hard to present and come thru with a great plan and not be compensated? They are making me rich and why should they also get rich?
Money for everyone or shoould I say "GOLD OR ALL" !!!!!
Only need 2 words to answer your question on why didnt they keep these companies private............. "Equity Financing" for the project at hand.
Why are they in control of voting rights and the future of the companies, 2 more words "Corporate Takeover". Low share pricing = easy takeover possibilities.
Dont make things overly complicated with your wordy postings.
2 more words for the future and outlook of SFMI, "RICH INVESTORS".
THE MILL IS RUNNING !!!
CHECK OUT THE PICTURES.
Been away for a while............. Hello all you SFMI investors.
Just wanted to give a "BIG THANK YOU" to the member that posted, "dont forget to buy some of the Parent company's stocks of SFMI".
I am up 150+ % on Goldcorp Holdings (the parent Co.)
As for SFMI I'm currently up 25+ %
As for people arguing about value, I dont see your counter points to SFMI, nor Goldcorp Holdings.
Holding long, feeling strong and the FMV is moving on.
Thanks again to the wise poster that gave the great tip. As for the nay say'ers, I could only wish you invest like I did and hopefully you too will see the Golden light at the opening of the tunnels. HAHAHAHA
As for my previous challenge of "give me your picks" since SFMI is a dead play, I still have yet to see your picks. Thanks for nothing but a forum full of garbage post that I have to step over to read investor's updates and other good useful posts.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all those that dumped their Gold Corp and SFMI shares today. One man's garbage, will become my riches.
THANK YOU !!!!
You guys should trade in FX. Money to be made in it.
New News..............

Soon allegations of SFMI, Goldcorp and PQ are the causes of JFK's shooting will arise on this board.......... Some are too quick to pull the trigger on blame, instead of just coming out to say that profits are to be make via the dumping of shares of SFMI.
You are finally correct, YOU ARE NOT AN ACCOUNTANT!!!
Notes has to be presented to cover for uncertainty so stop cutting and pasting partial sentences.
Get real, you pointed out numerous times that Goldcorp and SFMI are ran via the same people, what are they going to do, sue themselves and throw the book at themselves and ask for jail time???
Quit trying to cast shadows on something that might be great for many.
The camera is still down, what am I supposed to do at work? actually do work???
Maybe they are bringing the camera in house, and is waiting to give us a surprise, as for progress inside, when they turn it back on next week.
Still forcasting Feb as the big month for SFMI.
Anyone by the B. Hathaway class B's in here.
Those things are CHEAP!!!!!!
With these two items in my portfolio, I might get to retire real soon.
GO GO GO SFMI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
have a great weekend investors.
I would say that it should be for the water storage tanks, since a septic systems need to be further away from the building. Also, it does not make much sense to put machinery underground in a ditch especially since machinery requires maintenance and also to the point that water seepage may corrode the metal from which they are made of.
The mill plant is looking GREAT!!!
The Building is like a giant present, never know what is inside, until the Grand Opening (via cameras).
I am still calling for February for the BIG BANG.
Potatoes + Elk = sounds like a great stew. When this one hits, I am going to fly in and look for some Elk Stew. Maybe I will bring a pot of it to the mill guys.
Feb will be the big month = mill up and running, and the uplist will take place. Work the dirt piles for a couple of months, then up the mountain to get more in the spring to gear up income for the possible real mining of the hills.
When I read the "Q", it seemed to me that SFMI is only pay Goldcorp if they start to actually mine the hills and not when they start processing the dirt pile.
Am I reading it wrong?????? Investors reply only, PLEASE!!!!!!
SWEET !!! I am a soon to be a "Junior Gold Mine Owner."
I am looking for $2.00 a share on my 2 cent shares. Anyone wants to buy some, before they go up to $3 a share?????
I am still calling the end of Feb for the big Bang. Christmas was a wish, but Feb is a good bet, in my views.
Can't wait till Spring, when they bring the real money piles down, to run thru the mill. I might just take a really long vacation this year and one of the stops will be at the Mill/Mine sites.
NEW - NEWS.........
MURPHY, ID -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/14/10 -- Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (SFMI) announces that its Diamond Creek mill manager has taken his permanent position as the Company's new mill manager. He is busy acquainting himself with his new mill office and plant. The Company's newly hired mill manager lives nearby which will ensure immediate response necessary for productive mill operations. Additional corporate administrative office personnel have been hired and will start as soon as their presence is required on-site.
The Company further announces that its mill circuit and other equipment is being checked and assembled on its mill site in Owyhee County, Idaho.
The weather is still cooperating with SFMI, leaving the mountain with only a dusting of snow and the Company anticipates that transport of the ore from the War Eagle Mountain's tailing piles will recommence during Spring 2010.
SFMI has received its "no further comments" letter from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and is now awaiting FINRA's listing of its symbol onto the Nasdaq Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
Mr. Pierre Quilliam, President of Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (SFMI), said, "After three years of arduous work, our persistence has paid off and we now have a junior gold and silver producer poised to take off with modern equipment to conquer the riches of WAR EAGLE MOUNTAIN."
They have a bad angle on the camera today. I would like to see more of the build of the Mill ............... But maybe it is a hush hush Surprise for Friday.
I think you have the same couple of gnats buzzing around your computer screen that I have over here.
I think the site looks great. I am waiting on seeing the progress that will take place on the inside of the building, as for machinery and all that good stuff. I see the end of Feb as the completion date for the build. Looks like they are kicking it in high gear with the building.
I was Dizzy from all the different views that the cameras are pumping out.
One camera is mounted way up......... maybe on the tower?
BTW, they said today and they mounted the cameras
""" TODAY """!!!!!
So go and stick that in your "THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE" box.
The Helipads are the copters to carry the gold to market ========== FAST.
The Pads are cheap, only concrete on top of dirt. As for the radio tower, that could be income producing as if it is for a mobile phone company
, it will generate cash if leased out for antennas
Hello Everyone - More Good News - Helicopter Pad???
MURPHY, ID -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/07/10 -- Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (SFMI) announces that the steel enclosure for its Diamond Creek Mill facility is being completed and the Company expects further accelerated progress, despite recent downtime caused by both holidays and weather. Additional cameras will be installed the weekend of January 9, 2010, to give SFMI shareholders a view of the work going on inside, as well as outside the mill building.
The Company further announces that as of January 1, 2010, the water well drillers finished their work. This well will provide a consistent supply of water for forthcoming mill operations, bringing another critical component of the mill online.
Concrete pads for the Impact crushers, jaw crushers, 20-ton bin and radio tower have been poured. Upon curing, installation of these components will commence. The wiring conduit for the water well and helicopter pad have been completed, as well. Management anticipates that the "Schwank" propane heating system will be installed within the mill facility the week of January 9, 2010
Mr. Pierre Quilliam, President of Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (SFMI), said, "The next two weeks should bring some visual semblance of what the finished site will look like. We are excited with the forthcoming start-up of SFMI's precious metals mill and that of its new operating personnel.
Management welcomes all shareholders and other interested parties to view its live came feed daily at the Silver Falcon Mining's (SFMI) website.

Me too! Makes work go by faster but taking a peek every once in a while. Maybe they are too busy putting up the building and dont have time to fuss with the camera............
I see the insulation now. Thanks.
Looks like another week before all the walls are up and in place. Cant really see from the web camera, but is the roof up?
This morning, I saw a cement truck in one frame, and then it was gone. Wonder what were they pouring. I think Feb would be a good estimate as to the building being finished, with the floor poured and the machinery installed and tested.
By the Spring-Summer, I cant see a reason for them not to expand and go into the tunnels for more test digging. As by then, the dirt piles should be running thru the finished mill and generating some serious loot.
All looks good from my angle.
It is great today. It looks like they repositioned the camera to show the end of one wall and the possibility of starting on the second wall.
Anyone know what is that white stuff that they are hanging up???? Kind of looks like a vapor barrier, but cant really tell.
Happy New Year one and all, even you bashers.
Today, they are putting up the wall panels.
Recent study suggests that men prefer or think woman are sexier with approx 40% of their bodies covered. It tends to stimulate the imagination more.
I HOPE someone don’t RAT me out, get this post deleted and REPLY to this message in CAPS!
BTW, the CAPS help us decipher the BS.
Yes it is working. They are framing out the door, as I type.
Just wanted to drop a BIG THANK YOU, to whoever is dumping their shares. Just bought a boat load this morning.
I actually wanted Santa to get something special in my portfolio “Stocking” this year............. but I can wait. As I have been in SFMI for like 2 years, thing are looking better and better as the weeks goes by.
I see good thing on the horizon, and it just gets better, especially after Management so boldly releases a news letter that confirms my positive outlook. The camera is Great! I have been away for a couple of days, before I was looking at the foundation footing for a couple of days, today I see structural support framing up and people working. Great Job Guys!!!!
I wonder what kind of valuation and returns, Management are looking towards, for the shareholders.
My personal take on the buyback talks are: When there is a buyback for open market shares, the company usually has a huge cash stock pile or has financing in place to do so. If they foresee a buyback, they are usually foreseeing having a huge stock pile of cash in the future. It will concentrate our current stakes in the company and strengthen our voting rights.

Hello Folks:
I have been away for a while and great to see the webcam up and running. Question......... Do you have to refresh the screen or does it do it by itself? I only get the same picture all the time. Do I need some special flash player for this camera? Thanks Investors.
