Seriously, I really think this one is way undervalued by many, considering that the investments has been made already and it is just waiting on income from SFMI, which seems to be coming real soon. The overhead is almost nill, maybe just salaries, so in my view, it is pure positive cashflow for the company, after recouping it's original investment dollars.

After recouping it's investment cash, they can look into new ventures or buy more mines and lease out to SFMI also for more cashflow. They can even choose to sell SFMI off. It is an interesting concept, and one that is taken with a slew of holding companies. This I know, as my work company is owned by a parent holding company and it takes cash off the top of income and revenues and all expenses. Positive cashflow as long as baby Co. is making money.
