Only need 2 words to answer your question on why didnt they keep these companies private............. "Equity Financing" for the project at hand.

Why are they in control of voting rights and the future of the companies, 2 more words "Corporate Takeover". Low share pricing = easy takeover possibilities.

Dont make things overly complicated with your wordy postings.

2 more words for the future and outlook of SFMI, "RICH INVESTORS".
