Yeah, but she would soil the image of the company more than anyone I know of.
I think they should have Pam wear a really tight, small cut-up frog T-shirt to promo.................
at .0001 which I think is the lowest point for any stock's ask, I dont think you will see a bid. As I do not think you can bid any lower than the lowest possible ask price. My fidelity acct do not accept buys offers lower than .0001. So unless the sellers ask for higher than .0001, I do not think the bids will show.
Did you people read the PR and who the partner is?
http://pseps.com/person/John-M-Fife
more like the ask has to be higher and people buy at the ask and the sp will go up
I see:
1 bil mineral value / 11.6 bil OS = 0.0862 * PE ratio of 6 = SP of 0.517, not including any bidding up or revs or income in calc yet, from milling and contracts. Any thoughts to my calc?
Now I know where the 0.0001 pps are coming from............ our CFO is dumping them out there- 101 million of them, and still holding 2 billion more. Also the CEO just received a boat load, so you might see some more 0.0001 pps come to market soon. It is in the filings and these items are not made up, as I am a long in this company. Just sharing info. Shares were for compensation instead of salary, but what is the difference?
you have to be kidding, that was a great movie!!!
since not many people here and no smack talkers........... what do you guys think these 2 stocks will jump to by year end?
I am still looking for a great Xmas present after all these years.
the baby corp has too many Bu77heads over there to even have a decent conversation by real shareholders, about hopes, dreams and any sort of outlook.
from old messages(I think - either youtube or PR's), it was stated that the mill was in really good shape and maybe only some tuning-up, belts and bearings replacements, a lube job and some electrical work was required.
as for a RS, if they do it before the start-up, it might push the share price too high for some to take the chance of buying in and people do not like RS's in general, but then again the OS will be a lot lower which may also make the company look attractive, so it is a catch 22.
MY CALL OF A BEST BET WOULD BE, """TO PR THAT THERE WILL BE A SHARE BUY BACK PROGRAM."""
(I hope someone from the company's HQ is reading this post and gets the hint!)
no 0.0001 for me today, but our ceo filed that instead of compensation he received 4 billion plus shares @ 0.0002 worth over 890k............. very interesting
going to try my luck at some 1's, but probably wont get them.
i think it was a plan to push off the merger to hold off major dilute of CG's sp, as they would have to offer more than one for one share exchange since the other's sp is higher. also by the time of the merger, our sp should be higher and less shares will be needed to pay them off.
as for the restricted shares, why let them trade and dump our company's sp? better off locking them down till a later date before they can sell and it will only make them richer, after we get our cut first.
merger will take place sooner or later, but after the permits is in hand and the cranking of the mill. I also see news of a buy back of shares (due to the super voting shares that was given out), as it will pump the sp some more and then maybe a possible buy out PR of the company.
our wait will be worth the time.......
isnt St Paddy day coming? you can almost see the pot of gold
build the mill..........and the gold will come.
loved that movie.
going to buy more soon, but the ask and bid are way off. other Co. prices are way off and have been buying those instead...........
anyone know why for the sell off?
I bought more to avg. down and lucky I did, as the price popped back up for a gain. Was able to get some 0.26+ shares.
Yes, they are spending for the wash, but it will only lower transportation costs, so I dont see the issue, if that was the reason for the drop in sp.
Just a quick question. How many shares do you need to carry before being listed as a major shareholder on the company's analysis pages?
I dont have very many shares. As I finally tried one of those hypes, via Emails, from those Penny Stock news letters and saw this company.
In my views, this should be a good company to buy and so I did. I bought in before the PR before last. I see that many have their shares from over 0.50 and are P.O'ed, but I feel this one might have golden legs and can make a run. The talk about Gold Corp and the buy out......... many JM on IHUB has those posts on them, but how many companies can Gold Corp buy? I rather see this company growing on their own with the shipping, milling and all.
Best of Luck
Hey Mr Cowboy Pickel:
Sorry to get back to you so late, but I am still looking forward to one day pick up that chunk of gold infused rock from you at a shareholder meeting, that I can make it to. Yes, I still owe you a couple of drinks for the Rock. hahahha
Been reading a little lately, did you get hitched? If yes congrats and I hope you signed a pre-nup as these Companies are going to rocket up, in my views of it all. Just make sure she is all into you and not just your shares in these companies.
I am still holding long and buying more at the ask. Still playing the averaging up game, as my bunch of 0.02 are still in the green.
If any one is here........ news from Feb 28th:
Lone Star Gold, Inc. Sends First Shipment to Processing Plant From 1.2 Million Ton Tailings Project
BY Market Wire
— 8:30 AM ET 02/28/2012
ALBUQUERQUE, NM -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 02/28/12 -- Lone Star Gold, Inc. (LSTG - "Lone Star" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that on February 28th, 2012, the Company is sending its first shipments from 1.2 million tons of mine tailings from the San Antonio del Potrero mine tailings project ("Tailings Project") to a processing plant less than 15 minutes' drive away in the city of Parral, in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico.
The Company plans to make initial shipments of approximately 100 tons per day (tpd) from the Tailings Project. Once a sufficiently large pile of tailings from the project has been accumulated, the plant will then commence a processing run. After the plant sells the resulting concentrate, Lone Star will receive 65% of the total revenue. Daily shipments are projected to increase to 200-250 tpd within the first 3 months. The goal is to be processing between 600-800 tons within the first 18 months. At the rate of 800 tpd, the 1.2 million tons of tailings would be processed in a total of circa 6 years. Lone Star acquired an undivided 65% interest in the Tailings Project on January 26, 2012.
Lone Star Gold's (LSTG) President, Daniel Ferris, commented: "This is a milestone for Lone Star Gold (LSTG). Now that we're sending our first shipments of tailings for processing, we've effectively begun the process of establishing consistent Company revenues. And with other plants in the region expressing interest in processing our tailings, the potential exists for us to double or possibly triple the total production we planned for in our first year."
More information about the Tailings Project is available at the Lone Star website, including planning details related to mine development and construction of a future onsite processing plant: http://www.lonestargold.com

Dudes, this is the year............FINALLY!
I smell more money in my acct............. and it smells sweet. Other board is too full of nay sayers. Win on both sides of the coin.
but I have 5 times more SFMI. hahahaha
Who wants shares? I have a bunch!
Looks like Nov 2011 is the MONTH!!!!
ITEM 2. MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITION AND RESULTS OF OPERATIONS.
Effective October 1, 2010, GoldLand agreed to allow us to defer lease payments under December 31, 2011, and to extend the lease term by fifteen months.
In early 2011, we began construction of a smelter at our mill site. The smelter became operational in July 2011, although we still need to complete a building to house the smelter so that it can be used in the winter months.
Start-up mill salaries to the end of 2010 cost $425,238, and are estimated to be an additional $700,000 until November 2011 when project that we will have sufficient quantity of bullion dore bars for us to begin receiving regular revenues from our production. We believe that we have sufficient capital to finance this phase of development.
We closed on the purchase of our mill site in early December 2009, and began processing tailings into concentrate in May of 2010, and concentrate into bullion dore bars in July 2011.
Permitting for exploration of the Sinker Tunnel is underway with training for underground personnel and safety measures being installed as per the latest mining rules and regulations.
Confirmation Phase
We decided to expand the scope of the confirmation phase in order to obtain a National Instrument 43-101, which is a report developed by the Canadian Securities Administrators for mining companies. A National Instrument 43-101 is necessary for listing our common stock on any exchange overseen by the Canadian Securities Authority, including the Toronto Stock Exchange.
We have recently hired Mr. Roger Scammell, a geologist with many years of experience in the mining industry, as our President. Mr. Scammell and Engineering Northwest, Inc., a surveying firm, will perform the confirmation phase. Under the direction of our new president, the drillers and surveyors will perform their services with the help of Mr. William Earll, our general manager for our Idaho operations.
Another aspect of the confirmation phase will involve the development of a plan to use the Sinker Tunnel to mine the interior of the mountain on a year round basis. The plan will involve accessing and draining the mine shafts on the top of the mountain from the Sinker Tunnel, as well as relocating and collaring old shafts on the mountain. We estimate that the confirmation phase will take about 18 months, and will cost approximately $7,000,000. We began preliminary work on the confirmation phase in mid-2010.
Development Phase
The development phase involves transitioning the mine from processing tailings leftover from prior mining activities to extracting and processing raw ore from the mountain. We believe that full scale mining of raw ore will be profitable. In particular, historical records of mining on the site, and subsequent reports of the geology of the mountain, indicate that veins containing gold and silver extend much further vertically than could be mined when the site was last mined in the 1880’s.
We plan to install a transportation system in the Sinker Tunnel (either tire mounted trams, narrow gauge railway, or conveyor system) to move ore out of the Sinker Tunnel for transport to our mill site; and Additional improvements include housing, storage, food preparation facilities, generators for power, etc.
the man needs to eat.
I heard that too! but you forgot to mention that all potential miners that they might hire must past a hemorrhoids test too.
anyone that cant tell the difference can give me the 2,000+ dollars to learn a math lesson. $2,000+ is the difference between 17 oz and 17 troy oz worth of "GOLD" (and yes it was only a dore bar........for now).
If you are going to quote the PR do it RIGHT!!! 17 TROY Ozs!!!!!
For parent Corp, nothing for SFMI yet!!!

They are not going to ship this FIRST BRICK! It is going to be housed in a secure location on site.
That picture is really COOL. The weight and COrp sign stamped into it and all.
So much for being so short sighted........... Long and More Strong
I have been in this one for a while and am still very positive about the management team. Dont type much, but love stats and guessing games.
A penny would be good, a dime would be better, but a BUCK would be great. Good luck to all.
ok, then if you like add 8.5 mil for me to your tally.
It is not the naysayers that drive me nuts, it is those Flip-Floppers that kill me! Why all the crying?
I have 120K at over .20-.35 a share in my account (not including all my cheapies of course) but do you hear me crying? Of course not! I am still in the Black = Long term Investor.
BTW, I am still looking for my Giant Clump of Golden-Rock ...............
You know who you are = Mr holder of my Golden-Clump. Hopefully this year I can come Collect it.
If you like, you can round the shares to 380+ Mil shares for your tally.
it will be in the form of a GIANT PR. This Co. likes to keep its SH informed of everything.
0.117, I love guessing games
and what is the other side of the needed G/L entry?
no problem. Just wanted to share info that I received.
They set the worth of the inventory as the cost to move it. As dirt and rock is dirt and rock, until value, which is man made or assigned, by processing out the minerals. Then the Au and Ag can be realized as Rev and Income.............. Nothing was moved down from the mountain in the winter, so inventory numbers didnt change from Dec to March end.
When the weather breaks and they start moving rocks and dirt down again, the next 10Q will show an increase.
