per companies Twitter https://twitter.com/snmglobal
True dat, guys... I shouldn't have said "pumped," I just meant the fact that it seemed so quiet meant nobody looked eager to sell. I stand corrected, bring on the market awareness!
I know I'M NOT eager to sell!
don't see this pumped anywhere tonight... that means none of us are eager to sell... I like it :)
somebody sticky this please . . .

Guessing we've already had plenty of consolidation, and the late day strength will carry over into tomorrow.
Then add Troy's "happy happy morning" (news) into the mix.
Maybe .02 isn't out of the question.
Am I dreaming? It is the middle of the night, lol.
Happy Happy tomorrow morning folks ;)
you beat me to it
It shows up on TDA's platform, unlike some past news
Source: Uptick Newswire ... This is not Troy's news, fwiw. Good stuff though.

Exactly. A perfectly legal option.
Pure conjecture. Surest dilutors are reporting companies because they have constant overhead just for reporting.
Wrong about "days from suspension" due to lack of filings, as CNXS has filed a Form 15-12G so they are NOT obligated to file.
Many OTC companies INTENTIONALLY go this route to save on accounting and overhead. Not necessarily a bad thing.
Is this true?

Tiana's mom, Natalie is a graduate of the prestigious culinary school at Johnson & Wales University. She has worked in various restaurants, including the Hard Rock Café, Reese Organizations and the Hyatt Regency. She has also worked in numerous corporate settings for Unidine, Sodexo Corporation and the Compass Group, as the director of Food and Nutrition. Natalie is the marketing genius behind Naughty Girls. She was able to take Tiana's vision and make it into reality.
Miguel worked for 20 years in marketing in the food industry before signing on with the U.S. National Guard and joining Amazon as a member of the management team. Miguel handles the business side of Naughty Girls.

ASHBURN, Va. - A sixteen year old girl with a whole lot of creativity started Naughty Girls Donut Shop three years ago with her mom, Natalie Ramos, in Front Royal, Virginia and now they're making some major moves!
"Naughty Girls Donut Shop is about it's about change, it's about beating the odds, it's about looking at the obstacles and saying I can make it through," said Natalie Ramos, owner of Naughty Girls Donut Shop.
The donut shop is making it through with a national expansion! SNM Global Holdings, an entertainment and media company, recently invested in the donut shop.
"Of all the assets we have, we feel like it's the most franchiseable asset to go nationwide," said Troy Lowman, CEO of SNM Global Holdings.
"They can help me because before when I was in Front Royal like it was literally just me and mom and we were struggling to get everything together on time and now that we're with them we're like ten times stress free," said Tiana Ramos, owner of Naughty Girls Donut Shop.
The donut shop will open up a new shop across the country every six months, with the first opening in Georgetown, D.C.
"We're looking for a launch hopefully over the next 30 to 90 days," said Lowman.
Donut worry, Naughty Girls may be coming to a city near you!
"We'll be going into Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, and keep it going - Miami, Las Vegas, L.A," said Natalie.
Tiana plans on customizing donuts for each city, and is hoping people walk into her new donut shops with a glazed expression.
"You know when you see something that you just really, really want to eat like your eyes open so freaking wide and you're like just drooling so hard because you just want to shove it in your mouth? Like, I want people to get that feeling like oh my god I want," said Tiana.
Naughty Girls Donut Shop says they'll be expanding off of current donut flavors and making costume changes for their Naughty Girls.
"We're gonna start changing lives, one donut at a time," said Natalie.
Naughty Girls Donut Shop will continue to have pop up shops throughout the country and to know where they'll be next, visit: http://naughtygirlsdonutshop.com/index.php/
I'm a Christian, and don't really like the idea of naughty things. But I must say I think their play on words is brilliant... and could easily catch on and become popular. I THINK what they (or at least this one 18 year old girl) means is "naughty" -- and hard to resist -- and you shouldn't do it -- IS EATING DONUTS! Yet the play on words does the impossible -- and makes a boring donut shop somehow sexy to the public and the world of franchises, and now through SNMN, to the stock market. This is the very kind of thing that could catch on and be the next craze and household name -- and even up on NASDAQ. For a ticker to run it needs to have some sex appeal, meaning something racy or edgy or different, something that seems "cool," etc. That's exactly what SNMN will have if this silly little donut shop starts catching on and opening new stores around the country every few months. With the Reg A and our assistance, I that very well may be achievable.
Just my 2 cents.
Been holding since Rainmaker brought this ticker to our attention about 15 months ago.
Very impressed with Troy!
"So any comment on the fact" . . .
Sorry, I'm not yet convinced it is a fact... (since it is standard for such numbers to be in thousands).
And no, I don't "think they would go out of business because they can't raise $60k."
I also think the stock is running because other people don't think so either.
All numbers in thousands... would_mean 43k is 43MILLION... in annual revenues
don't know if that's the case here, but it's standard procedure to drop three zeroes with everyone knowing all numbers are in thousands
"Clearly the company's own filings showing just $43k in annual revenues are the ONLY reliable source..."
Are you sure you're reading this right?
I read it as follows:
It DOES NOT say to turn over to Asher any stock certificates of DBMM Group. Inc and Stylar Limited (doing business as Digital Clarity) for which they... [DBMM]... have rights . . . (as in the whole company),
BUT RATHER to turn over to Asher any stock certificates of DBMM for which they [as in Asher] have rights.
In other words, the court order is for a limited amount of shares, NOT not the whole company.
Not only that, but the court hereby confirms we're "doing business as" Digital Clarity.
. . . the truth is hard to swallow . . .
"For which they own interests" . . .

Lots of unrest in the world this weekend. Just sayin
As far as being a real, legitimate company goes, South African authorities think Plandai is real, and so do the pro-dagga groups complaining that Plandai will have a darn near monopoly the way pending legislation is worded.

I can confirm what your friend told you. When asked the MJ question, Troy clearly stated in the CC today it is a non-MJ company that is already producing revenues. Yes, already producing revenues. That's what Troy said. Not all bad.
My first call too, only I thought he was well spoken. Very impressed with what's going on here.
who is OTF?
We've already broke out. A negligible amount of shares ever traded from here to .0024, so there's no real overhang or resistance. IMO
More like reverse merger
Our DD straight from African authorities, already know what's real.
That says it all
Not worried about the red. TXTM plplsa has rocket takeoff potential. Buy hold and sit, traders will trade and investors will invest.
IMO it's going to take off when we least expect it

hope .80 was a typo and you meant .008 by Wednesday
Article COMPLAINING about Plandai's coming monopoly:
[The following is not coming from a pro-TXTM stock pumper, but to the contrary, comes from a hostile witness; thus adding major credibility in my eyes, fwiw.]

PART 1: THE SET-UP FOR WORLDWIDE MONOPOLY
Plandai Biotechnology, Inc. Petitions South Africa Department of Health for License to Conduct Cannabis Research
The current legal action in South Africa was initiated by Plandai Biotechnology, a privately owned company of U.S. investors based in Seattle, America, who own a farm called Senteeko in Mpumalanga, South Africa.
They were granted loans from the Department of Trade and Industries and the SA Land Bank (R100 Million) in 2014, and propose to use their patented “delivery system” combined with “cannabinoids” in pharmaceutical preparations. This company negotiated with the Director General of the Dept. of Health, the Dept. of Trade and Industries and other government agencies and parties to amend certain laws in 2014 and since, to pave the way for the implementation of the Bill.
Skip ahead...
This company, and to a lesser extent its subsidiary licensees, will be the sole beneficiary of all proceeds of the Cannabis industry in South Africa.
Now pause to let that sink in . . . . . . .
The author's conclusion?
HOW TERRIBLE (that Plandai would be the sole beneficiary)!
My conclusion?
Not selling for a while. :)
Plandai Biotechnology LOANED $7.5M in 2014, for what?
And I quote, they "propose to use their patented “delivery system” combined with “cannabinoids” in pharmaceutical preparations."
Wonder how far along they are by now?

Today it gapped from .0037 down to .0032. Should fly up to .0037, then, right?
(If gaps "must" fill.)
If we had the market cap of MJ#A we would be trading at .247!
What do they have that's better than what we have?
As for surpassing the parent company in PPS, I believe PLPL did it this way so some entity other than PLPL (that would be TXTM) would alone assume THE RISK of dabbling in controversial MJ.
But in spinning off the risk of MJ to us, GUESS WHAT? We also assume the upside of it. Hello?
Silver in a month, IMHO.
