I read it as follows:

It DOES NOT say to turn over to Asher any stock certificates of DBMM for which they... [DBMM]... have rights . . . (as in the whole company),


BUT RATHER to turn over to Asher any stock certificates of DBMM for which they [as in Asher] have rights.


In other words, the court order is for a limited amount of shares, NOT not the whole company.
