As for surpassing the parent company in PPS, I believe PLPL did it this way so some entity other than PLPL (that would be TXTM) would alone assume THE RISK of dabbling in controversial MJ.

But in spinning off the risk of MJ to us, GUESS WHAT? We also assume the upside of it. Hello?
