I think the play was by getting the trip 2's or lower - when the insiders were chatting up the MJ possibilities before the PR hit.

Without full SS dilution transparency (gagged TA), the history of dangled carrots getting gnawed away by the insiders and my inability to see how a legit company would ever want to be a piece of the past shitshow, I don't see how this is a good investment.

As to joe canouse.....vigils current insiders don't have many nice things to say about him or now, as of today, Bill Cirmo. Seems Bill doesn't like the MJ direction qasp is taking.

1.5B as of EOFeb but an estimated 1B chunk of 504's done EOMarch just before the MJ "news" broke.

That would mean the AS is nearly maxed at 2.5B.

Watch what the series A holders do here - insiders leaking info that there is bickering going on.
