Why do you say that Bill Cirmo is a fool?

He has been working with vigil this entire time.

Also, in his letter to this board, he stated he has "now been slandered and presented to be incompetent and not a team player" as well as "allegations that students do not come in for flight lessons with me are disgusting".

Can you shed some insight on this and the accusations he is selling his shares?
