I joined the team today. I'm ecstatic to buy a legit company that is also a hurricane play at a deep discount as we approach the season. Unbelievable. If it drops lower I'll be happy to add more. I think this will trade in the dollars by fall.
This will move at the speed of light when they make the announcement. Like you said, they keep lofty company. And CSBR is a good analogy. Jim kept lofty company and the announcement that the prominent doctors had joined the company sent the stock from pennies to .80 in days.
Yeah, look at that float. Unbelievable. She said the family owns 80% of the company. She was shocked when I told her how many shares I bought. Then she was shocked again when she learned how little I paid. She thought someone was counterfeiting shares. Then she remembered that 20% was publicly owned.
She was surprised the shares still traded. The stock market isn't her forte, she said they had a trusted advisor who handled all of that. But lucky for us, she's highly motivated to rebuild the value of the 80% that is family owned.
Yes she does run with some heavy hitters. She paid $50,000 to wrest MNET from the clutches of the tenacious David Stocker in a nasty court dispute.
Her best friend stages the half-time events at the superbowl. He went to talk with Mr. Stocker about the shell dispute and it apparently got quite ugly. Stocker is good at what he does but he is somewhat of a bulldog.
It's her family's private business. It's a worldwide company.
The current plan is reviving the online publishing business and taking a division of the Bayseng spice company public.
They're looking. They did pretty good with their first move into the stock market. Let's see what they can do the second time around.
Nice day here on our first day on the I-hub boards. We belong in the teens with a developing company in the works, though.
MNET OS 6.7 million, the float has to be tiny.
Dragon, check out MNET. It's making a move today based on recent state filings and a form 15 filed by shell dealer David Stocker. It's very thin, last OS was 6.7 million the float appears to be a fraction of that.
Great DD, invest. It will be interesting to see what gets developed out of all of this.
Welcome aboard gentlemen. We plan to be going vertical shortly.:)
Now that's a thought.
Nice, keep hitting the ask like that and MNET may see $7.00 again.:)
I plan to hold MNET and accumulate for a while. It was over $7.00 a share back in the 90's. So Paul and Tamara have some business talent, let's see if they can put together something big again.
Thanks for the heads up on this one a while back. It's looking strong.:)
Pennsylvania
BLFC - I put in a buy a couple of times at the bid when the spread was .004 x .03, but I didn't get any. I'm glad I didn't at this point, I wasn't expecting much of a split for such a small OS, but maybe it was bigger than I thought.
I can't find any info on Monogram Energy, but the symbol is still BLFC.
Joseph Meuse completed a merger yesterday. After a 20:1 reverse split, Monogram Energy is at .40. The last listed OS for the shell was 3 million.
The highest volume this hit in April was 200 million, which equated to about $100,000. It looks like back in November they hit about 250 million in volume at an average of .001 ($250,000). This should get interesting soon.
What's the OS after they sell those shares, did I hear 20 million? And they're going to sell 2 million? What's the float, a couple million? One hurricane stock I've watched has gone from 3 million OS to 65 million. It's already ran from 7 cents to 30 cents in anticipation of the coming season.
Their revenues so far are have only been a couple million a year. They didn't even make any money on Katrina, and yet the price hit .65 in a non-hurricane '06.
So this stock just ran to .0014 last month. As the business grows it can hit that number again. If they do really well, it will go much higher. See ETIM, PAIM, etc.
So this stock will never again get above what, 10 cents? Don't they set the agenda here? How do you know they won't release some PRs and let it run again (to say, $1.00)?
The whole hurricane protection network they're setting up sounds like fodder for some juicy PRs in the middle of hurricane season. Hurricane season lasts about four months, that plenty of time to let it run and still sell a few shares.
No, how much volume will it take to get it to .001?
Maybe he's figured out that he can make a lot more money on his sells if he lets it go up to .001. When people start making money here there will be a lot more interest in his stock. It's an interesting company, if he lets it go it will get much more interesting.
Today was a good day then. Maybe he's ready to let us make a little money and give it a rest for a while.:)
This looks to be the next one in line for Mr. Anthony. We still have an eight bagger to go before we hit .06, and that's a pretty conservative number. It would give SHWK a market cap of less than 2 million.
Plenty of room to run here.
VERD is a beauty. With Stocker's record this should have a market cap of a million (18 cents).
VERD is ready to go. The market cap is currently $180,000. It's being primed for a merger. The OS is 5 mil. The last merger Stocker did with a 5 million share shell went to $1.50. VERD is currently at 3.7 cents.

Showing signs of another run. Could we be on the verge...
Dart, how's that DTGP chart looking after the little move up yesterday? Are we ready to make another move into the pennys this week?
What a beauty, eh? It'll take over a six-bagger just to get to a puny market cap of 1 mil. We have a very nice investment here.:)
Great DD Joe. So VERD's market cap is currently $150,000, the shell is ready for a merger, and it's in the hands of a shell dealer with a history of pulling off great mergers for shell investors. Getting matched with a growing company with a couple million in revenues could easily increase the market cap by 100 times.
Up, up and away!
Thanks for the update, source.
Make a him an offer he canna refuse.:)
4 cents is way too much for a 27 million shell, even one with an established shell player involved. Each shell player should be valued differently too, according to past performance. So David Stocker shells should be valued higher than Michael Anthony shells.
A Stocker shell at 2.5 cents with 5 million shares like VERD is grossly undervalued. But Anthony's IMCX may be too high at .013.
A similar dichotomy applies for developmental biotechs. CSBR might appear to be overvalued at .26, but once they get their compounds licensed, you'll be lucky to get $2.60.
So do you think that this is a good buy today at .26?
