The only thing I have learned by investing in this grift company is how to lose money.

How is someone a basher by claiming his prediction of a 100 bucks a share was a really bad prediction. He said Brave was a game changer. He basically keeps telling everyone to load up the boat and he has been saying the same thing for years. I pity anyone who put all their eggs in this one basket like he basically has been telling them to do. It is not a ray of sunshine its pumping and getting people to believe unrealistic expectations and predictions.

Seems like the odd of a RS are going up by the day. I have owned alot of stocks but as far as silence goes Denner and his boys are near the top of the list of any I have ever owned. I cant see how he ever has another successful proxy win again after this.

I agree with you. That is why I sold half my position and put it in other things. I have almost made back all I lost on amrn so far . I still have about 25k in shares but I will certainly not buy anymore even at these prices. Heck they have not even announced an earnings date yet which is maybe for the best they usually say nothing and the stock tanks. I am all for them just saying nothing honestly

There is really nothing you can do but hope and pray or limit your exposure. Nobody has any idea what Denner's plan it to get this over a buck. If you do not sell any shares I guess resort to praying but this is obviously a very very speculative investment at the moment.

I think the bashers as you call us are simply people who have owned this stock a very long time and are beyond frusturated that after two years we still have no idea what denners plan is and we are two months away from being delisted. He has had two years now and delivered nothing so if that makes me a basher well I guess I am.

Its why I sold half my position. I did not want to but I had to put it into something with more promise. Denner took over and has not said a word. We have no idea what the plan is or if the plan is to screw us all with a R/S. He has been everything he claimed he would not be and I simply done trust him right now. I got my exposure down because its way too risky right now not knowing anything. You would have to have total blind faith in denner to fully still believe in him.

A reverse split would be a disaster for all of us. Denner has been a horrible disappointment. I guess its possible he still has something up his sleeve but he seems disinterested and time is now running out.

Biotechs have been in a massive bear market since march of 2022 when rates starting going up. They have bareley recovered at all.

It was likely just one buyer it certainly is not a BB or there is no news. I am still trying to figure out what in heck Denner intends to do to get this over a buck. Or maybe as you have said he does not want it to go over a buck. I am guess the earnings wont be great so we probably drop again on that.

I think being delisted is what denner wants. Retail will bail as shorts destroy the stock price and he can come in and buy it up dirt cheap. Lets be clear Denner only cares about Denner as that has become pretty obvious.

They should be nowhere near an investors conference after what Denner has done to this stock the last almost two years now. They are going to be delisted in 4 months and they should probably just not say anything at this point. Unless they do an aggressive BB there is almost 0% chance they can avoid being delisted.

Damages they would maybe pay in what like 10 years?They will just appeal the decision for years on end.

The court cases are a complete and utter waste of time to focus on. Just look at any trial they can take 5 years to get to trial if they ever do. Do people really want to sit around until 2030 waiting on a court case? Hikma can delay this like crazy.

4) RS - lowers our share count and raises the stock price - for a couple of days - maybe.

Will not even last a day shorts would destroy the stock price within a week. If they do a RS I will sell out.

We went from thinking Denner would bring up 15-20 a share two years ago to now being ready to do cartwheels if he could get us 4 a share. It really has been quite the epic downfall. I only kept 35% of my position still because I know if I sold it all a miracle probably would happen. But I would be just fine with 4 a share on my remaining holding but not even sure he can get that within the next few yeard. Europe is so slow it would take at least 5 years at this point and we only have one drug. Court cases are years away at best.

It really depends on the company. I am up on one of my bio's 66% in four months. Luckily alot of that is money from AMRN shares I sold and I have recovered all my AMRN losses on the shares I sold just that fast. AMRN is is in a funk not because of RFK but because the revenue is dropping fast and Denner has refused to reveal a plan. It is that simple.
