Now that's funny.....
Just curious, do you really believe there are enough people dumb enough to make this fly after a bail out announcement? What will be WM's participation?
and brings pictures back
Not the issue, the only thing to move this stock is production and then "show the money". This is what he CAN'T do, ergo, the problem. Dog and poney show won't work.
BTW, anyone notice the absence of Speculator, the Deadwood assigned rube cube?
""1- Pemco and SSTP are progressing nicely their samples of product they ran in Baytown are being forwared to Norway""
Seems like they could just fuel up Jet Boy's plane with the sample and just fly it there, test any left over or carry some in the cargo bay.
""We did get a response and I am sure the CEO will make a public announcement at the proper time.""
A public announcement about a form letter? Or, I'm sure given all the turmoil in Washington he sat down and drafted a flowery response. Remember the State Senator from Ms, the Aflac duck?
You are a perfect long for this security.
Good point, but even better, since Obama is the "green and tire gauge" candidate why exclude him, remember the objective here is to "save the world". Of course McCain being the "big oil and nuke" guy, he is more likely to throw it in the trash can.
Hey, they might just write back and ask where this wonder fuel is sold, or why since EPA has lifted fuel restrictions in the Houston area, isn't he making it available to Ike survivors in dire need of fuel.
Love to see that answer.
This is not the SSTP board, is it?
Someone needs to warn the MCain/Palin ticket that this turkey is under SEC investigation just in case they think this is real. It would be sad if they thought it was legitimate and made a fool of themselves.
In the magical and mytsical world of Fat Boy anything is possible, next PR, fuel from thin air yield of your choice. LOL
My guess is that when the SEC stepped in AmSpec stepped out. Potential witness list for the prosecution:
1. EPA Director Region 4 - Could anyone mistake an EPA visit "at least 8 times", answer, uh no, we've got more paper involved in our "visit" than a cub scout paper drive.
2. Ouijia Vee Gee- can you produce a $300 cancelled check from Fat Boy for your one and only carbon sale, uh no, but I got a great lap dance during my "visit" to Natchez.
3. Saviour Ford - regarding your test results, are they the same for all 5.7 gallons, uh no, but that thimble full was pure majic. And the Parson said grace over the rest.
The REAL question is, will he even show up?
The answer is simple, on the all pump all the time computers, saviour Ford appears, on basher computers the sviour mysteriously vanishes.
If the self ingratiating Vee Gee can't produce a cancelled check dated from sometime around the carbon "sale", he would indeed be a paid pumper. Since the "sale" was PR'd I'm guessing the SEC and IRS would have more than just a passing interest in this transaction.
Which I don't understand, if you're going to be a roller toss another 100 bucks and bump it to .02, you might reel in a couple more dimwits.
""If I were not leading the establishment of three separate companies and two non-profits, I would invest much more money into USSE and SSTP. Especially now.""
Probably at the end of today you will be able to buy 100,000 shares for $750 or less. As a high powered entrepreneur involved in the start up of five companies it would seem such a small amount for world altering technology would be nothing.
However, why pay even $750 to "change the world" if you can get x number of shares for a little self ingratiating visit? I just hope you only use that hand for patting yourself on the back, anything else might result in injury.
On a $2 trade that cost whoever (Dyna) $8-10 to place, let the party begin.
I don't know why it didn't register with anyone, but businesses DO fail, and this industry is brutal.
Does the expression, "what goes around comes around", apply here?
“We have receipts for every tank on this property and I have thousands of tanks here. I have no 1,550-gallon tanks,” he said. “Every time my attorney tries to get the story out of them, it’s different.”
Maybe applies to the litany of lies to shareholders for almost two years?
“They took my photo and my fingerprints twice because the records mysteriously disappeared from their computer,”
Lots of rain in the Houston/Baytown area, maybe they got flooded out, or a careless smoker burned them, like Port Gibson, maybe?
Lots of nerve for this guy to complain, don'tcha think?
And from which published financial data did you glean that information? You know there are probably more than just a few here that take some satisifaction that you (a paid pumper) won't benifit from your activities.
You're motivation was no secret, you were paid shares to pump, did you ever get certificates?
From the complaint:
B. Rivera Directs Price to "Dump" her USSE Holdings
3 1. Between October 26,2006 and February 7,2007, Rivera participated in telephone calls between Price and her broker and attempted to place at least one trade in Price's account, despite his lack of trading authority over her account.
He was trading HER account, kind of hard to "ooops I didn't know that"
Honestly? contained laughter.
""And furthermore, this suit was instigated by certain people with a grudge against USSE. I think the SEC was pushed into an action against their better judgment, and are now litigating with a weak case........z ""
You mean like EPA Region 4, I heard from a fairly reliable source they were not too happy with being drug into a penny stock pump with the famous statement, was visited by EPA 8 times and they said everything was OK, I'm paraphasing, but that was the drift. Like EPA drives down the road in Mississippi and says. "let's pull into that shop and say grace over that strange looking tube". LOL
Believe me if you are visited by EPA once you will have a paper trail a mile long.
The SEC action is a Civil action and they would not have the power to require surrender of a passport, however, should they refer to DOJ (criminal) an assessment would be made of flight risk and could require surrender.
The current criminal complaint from Florida would not warrant surrender. JMHO
I'll go so far as to say he doesn't know what the letters MIT stand for or where it's located. At this stage of the game (desperation) anything goes. All those trips to CA will soon become apparent real soon. JMHO LOL
Wow! Pumping in the future. LOL
Now that the "juice" has been picked up and "paid" for by a "blender", whatever the product made belongs to him for distribution. How will Baytown residents benefit from fuel for $1 less than retail when some one else controls the product? Another PR, another.......
I think even you, as a Deadwood employee, would agree that given the antics of this CEO it is incumbent upon him, "to show the shareholders the money". Texas has a producers tax and at last check no application has been made to the State Comptrollers Office by any of these companies. Now if you think they won't go after him for this you are mistaken all it would take is for a disgruntled shareholder to fax a copy of this PR touting the "sale" and believe me that white sedan would be there before the SEC 15 passenger van. As I have said before there are warnings posted all over the roads "Don't Mess With Texas" and it means more than don't throw your trash out the window.
It really doesn't matter what anyone says, Mr Market, will be the final arbitrar and right now he seems to think a little more proof is necessary.

You noticed that as well, don't think the guy in Nederland wants any part of the SEC scrape. As usual the PR leaves more questions than answers, but hey, I was wrong I thought the stock would have been halted. Congratulations to those that sold even if Alice was in there. LOL
Without a tax certificate he sold without paying the producer tax, but what's new, without financials no one will ever know. Maybe the Lake Houston or Baytown reporter will do a little checking and ask some hard questions, they are always trying to get to the big time (Chronicle, ugh).
You should've asked him if he has a copy of the $300 check, front and back.
A blast from the past:

That post was a reply to my question regarding where the company was in the permitting and licensing requirements imposed by state and federal agencies. If anyone believes that they are going to produce flamable distillates and deliver for sale a product without meeting these requirements, well sorry, it just won't happen.
Why do you think the mayor's were somewhat less than enthusastic regarding timelines? Do you realize how long the permitting process for just the transport permit would be, probably 6-9 months minimum. Best of luck to you guys and I really mean it ""
I never "bashed" the stock until Psycho started going after seniors and threatened life and limb. No reason because those drinking the Kool-Aid don't want to hear. However, if someone picks up the phone and calls MDEQ or EPA and hears the laughter when JR's name is mentioned they might get a clue. Too many clues and opportunities to debunk this scheme were available to the faithful, but as I said many times if you did "the myth dies", oh well, there's always next time. GLTA
My guess is that they just put that stuff out for cheap thrills, it's about time. LOL
The funny part was Copeland would always take your call, probably still will. Bet he can give someone an ear full.
Kind of reminds one of the flowery comments by the Aflac state senator, what happened to him. How many have made these comments never to be heard from again?
""A little transparency would go a long way to really put pen to cocktail napkin""
I think you have been around here enough to know that the "longs", "don't need no stinkin' transparency". Now faith is the word here and they got plenty of that, even imported a Parson to take care of that. LOL
I doubt AmSpec wants to go anywhere near a court room regarding this matter. In fact some investor might want to send copies of that letter to the "associations" listed on the bottom of the first page and ask if this is proper procedure for testing. If I were a duped rube that's what I would do, don't get mad get even. LOL
""Anybody want to try and do the math on what 400 bioreactors will generate in revenue? ""
Not really, it would be easier to do the math on revenue from all the "other PR reactors". 0
""-- Nice to know some things are sure things -- ""
You mean for 16+ years, from Posner to present, the scam lives on, you got that right.
You might want to chomp on this for a while, that required notice of public hearing is site specific and requires the ADDRESS of the facility as well as the company name. Visibility is the reason for a public hearing and TCEQ would not take kindly an operators attempt to obfuscate the facts.
You are way over your head here, this IS the barrier to any attempt by this group to portend sales are imminent, in fact, makes the CEO out to be the liar he is in full public view.
The next question is, how will the market want to price an R&D company with a CEO that lies?
