I think even you, as a Deadwood employee, would agree that given the antics of this CEO it is incumbent upon him, "to show the shareholders the money". Texas has a producers tax and at last check no application has been made to the State Comptrollers Office by any of these companies. Now if you think they won't go after him for this you are mistaken all it would take is for a disgruntled shareholder to fax a copy of this PR touting the "sale" and believe me that white sedan would be there before the SEC 15 passenger van.
