I doubt AmSpec wants to go anywhere near a court room regarding this matter. In fact some investor might want to send copies of that letter to the "associations" listed on the bottom of the first page and ask if this is proper procedure for testing. If I were a duped rube that's what I would do, don't get mad get even. LOL
