You mean like EPA Region 4, I heard from a fairly reliable source they were not too happy with being drug into a penny stock pump with the famous statement, was visited by EPA 8 times and they said everything was OK, I'm paraphasing, but that was the drift. Like EPA drives down the road in Mississippi and says. "let's pull into that shop and say grace over that strange looking tube". LOL

Believe me if you are visited by EPA once you will have a paper trail a mile long.
