You, my friend, defy categorization! You posts, i.e., your though patterns, are unique! That was the reason for my callout and I intended no ill will whatsoever.
Why exactly did you post that on this board?
PayDay loans have effective APRs of 400% or more. Here is a company that is doing payday loans with zero set fees and zero interest, and instead a "you decide how much to give us" fee policy. As far as I can tell it's burning through cash and while perhaps this business model will work with bank borrowing rates of 0%, consensus is the Fed will raise rates in Dec and another 3 times in 2018.
My guess is this will IPO early 2018 and have a spectacular Blue Apron like fail. So, with my post I have started a file on this company and if it does appear they will IPO I will be shouting about it from the rooftops.
On a broader note, I think a major component of the Financial Crisis was the unsophisticated mortgage applicants who gleefully believed they could afford jumbo loans because the mortgage companies and banks told them so.
Did Dodd-Frank address this in any way? No, in fact, it made this particular situation worse by, for example, killing the "Truth in Lending" rule for auto loans under $50K. Buy a Porsche and you still get the 1-page final cost summary. Buy a Camry and you get the shaft.
Fast forward from the days of jumbo mortgages and what do you see? PayDay loan and Title loan and Pawn shops in every low income neighborhood. College students with an average student debt load of $28K ($1.4 Trillion dollars total currently) who can't afford car loans, let alone house down payments. I'm all for higher education, but if you sit down and actually talk to students today they will tell you they have been given loans not only for tuition and books, but for living expenses and essentials like MacBooks. Hello? Alarm bells anyone?
Here comes a brand new generation of consumers who can't balance a checkbook and all know someone who made thousands of dollars trading "marijuana stocks". The wave for the next financial crisis is already forming.
Enron. Tyco. WorldCom (which I lost money on). Longtop. Scams are rarer for NYSE/Nasdaq, but they do happen. I'm not a fan of stock buybacks that inflate EPS, but that's perfectly legal. Is the difference just that those larger companies can pay top dollar for smarter accountants and lawyers?
Yes, most people won't touch a penny stock with a hundred yard stick. I stumbled down this rabbit hole after seeing a special about a little girl who had seizures stopped by cannabis oils, and quickly found out that there are no legitimate bio pharma companies in the space of medicinal cannabis.
OTC cannabis stocks are overwhelmingly P&Ds from what I've seen. Sad that the DEA's decades long policies have destroyed inner cities, incarcerated millions, and now have spawned a new generation of OTC scams.
I think there is a special place in Hell for so-called Payday Lenders. This company, however, Active Hours, charges no fees or interest, yet provides hourly workers early access to their paychecks:
https://www.activehours.com/
I want to hate these guys, but apparently the users decide what fee to pay per transaction. Unclear if that fee can be ZERO.
Very lucky indeed. I lived in Europe and Asia for over 10 years, so statistically it was inevitable I would get sick eventually. Japan has the unique distinction for me- lived there for nearly 2 years and I never once got food poisoning.
Ladies and Gentlemen and shajandr-
Foremost I'm thankful for the work you do! It literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I imagine you have saved investors millions upon millions of dollars with your solid due diligence and research.
You are all to be applauded for making this board a blazing lighthouse in the dark gloom of penny stocks.
Your understanding of complex frauds, your accounting skills, your knowledge of SEC regulations, your memories, and, last but not least, your sense of humor makes this board a very fun and informative place to visit.
Can I ask you why you do it? It is a tremendous amount of work and I see name calling but little praise. I do hope your mailboxes explode each day with thanks and appreciation.
Apparently that X failed because people were handling it backstage and it was passively scanning their faces. By Go Time it was locked and required the passkey.
Anyway, AAPL getting smashed again today...
You must have an iron stomach! I don't know anyone who's gone to China and hasn't had stomach issues.
The difference is you've ingested the Wana Cap, it's going to give you 12 hours of sustained release, and you aren't carrying anything that could get you arrested or fired.
As for transdermal, I used to think so too but I got crushed on $ZYNE's failed FDA trial and ZYNE's delivery method is transdermal.
What am I missing here, because this is still not logical to me-
Fact 1: A trader has millions of sub-penny shares in $PMCB.
Fact 2: A trader's posts are 100% bearish, i.e., he hopes the stock will go lower.
That makes zero sense. Someone with millions of shares would surely want $PMCB to go up.
Fact 3: $PMCB generally moves less than 5% in price on any given day, on low volume.
Fact 4: A trader says he makes 10% using the "buy the rumor sell the news" strategy, but volume, price and broker fees mean that isn't possible.
Only someone day trading at a broker-dealer with no transaction fees could possible make money on such low volatility and volume.
Again, this makes zero sense because of brokerage fees. What am I missing?
Austrianova is in Singapore and Thailand. I'm sure they make it over to China on a monthly basis.
One doesn't generally associate diabetes with the traditional Chinese diet, but $MCD and $COKE are surely doing their best to bring diabetes to China and by all accounts it's working:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/09/04/china-diabetes_n_3867778.html
But, in all seriousness, as of 2016 10% of the Chinese population has diabetes:
http://www.wpro.who.int/china/mediacentre/releases/2016/20160406/en/
That's 110 million people who could benefit from a $PMCB diabetes cure.
That's about the going rate for market research reports on any disease.
Which is why most people who trade biotechs actually read analysts reports. Those analysts pay for that sort of exclusive market research which gives them an idea of exactly how much revenue a new drug can generate.
Why do you think that site is a scam? Cost? Every site I've seen that sell that sort of data charges that much or more.
I guess it wasn't abundantly clear but I was being facetious. Again, multiple people have stated they make money day trading PMCB and I can't fathom how that would be (a) possible, (b) profitable and (c) a wise use of capital.
There are a million high volume, high volatility tickers on the Hot! List daily which would be profitable to swing trade. $PMCB has to be one of the worst choices for momentum trading.
Austrianova greatly improved CiaB in 2015 and new patent applications were filed.

IMPORTANTLY, Austrianova changed IP law firms to Banner & Witcoff, which is a tier 1 ranked IP and Patent Law firm: https://bannerwitcoff.com/
I was wondering that too but apparently day traders don't pay any fees. Maybe our All Star PMCB Day Trading crew could chime in...
I don't generally look at anything other than the current annual report, as companies need to pivot and adapt to changing situations. It seems to me that looking for future guidance by looking at objectives from 2.5 years ago is about as helpful as trying to drive a car in reverse while using only the rear-view mirror- that works well in movies and that's about it.
1. In any event, KW has indeed staffed the Board and created Advisory Boards with well respected scientific and medical professionals.
2. / 3. Phase 1/2 was completed in Europe. I have no idea how to navigate that system. Anyone? I found this http://adisinsight.springer.com/trials/700200204 that shows dates of 21 July 2015 and 25 Apr 2016.
4. Austrianova did have issues with their facility apparently, I vaguely recall a statement about interest there. Was that the source of a delay? Likely because as of June the master and working cell banks are being done in the US by Eurofins Lancaster Labs.
5. No idea here, but I would imagine that would cost a ton of money and the right path forward is clearly partnership for PMCB, not building labs.
Interesting development with the presentation at LEERINK Partners Roundtable Series: Rare Disease & Immuno-Oncology:

Day Trading PMCB, a study.
I'm Long $PMCB, but there are some here who make a living day trading it. That intrigued me, so I looked closely at yesterday's trades to see if this is a profitable strategy and sure enough I see equal sized buy/sell trades intraday:
10,000 bought at .07 cents
10,000 bought at .07 cents
10,000 bought at .07 cents
10,000 sold at .0705 cents
10,000 sold at .0705 cents
10,000 sold at .0708 cents
Now those of you who, like me are wizard level at geometry, and can do maths in your heads, see $18 of PURE PROFIT in six trades in like 60 seconds.
$18 in 60 seconds is an effective HOURLY RATE of over $1,000. (All you need is enough capitals. Maybe liquify your house and cars to get it?)
Again, here is scientific level proof that day trading $PMCB can net you 1% daily. You just need $1 Billion in your trading account and you could potentially earn a cool $1 Million a day.
Go $PMCB Day Traders, LLC!
While I can't speak for KT Engineering, I know that Davis Polk does extensive due diligence on potential clients. Decades ago it was the go-to firm for JPMorgan, but things are much different nowadays for all those white shoe firms.
Any scandal would, not could, would cause them millions of dollars of losses. It's simply not worth the risk to pick up, what, 20K in fees?
Davis Polk is a go to law firm for Dodd-Frank work and it has an alumni as a NY State senator. Way, way, way too much at stake to risk.
EARS was a $5 stock not long ago. I'm thinking it tapped Davis Polk for possible bankruptcy or other restructuring work. They are going to be bumped down to OTC land soon.
Anyway, sorry to ramble, do you know if the SRO thing means anything?
Tell me about it. My father worked in aerospace sciences his whole life and he was absolutely forbidden to travel to China, Hong Kong and Taiwan or even fly on Chinese airlines. Most people are just not aware of the state-sponsored IP theft in China. You're absolutely right to flag this!
Thank you! Interesting this study is in Germany only. They might have capital issues if they can't expand that trial to other countries...
My area of expertise is law firms. EARS tapped a firm called Davis Polk a few months ago:
http://www.barchart.com/plmodules/?module=secFilings&filingid=11996324&type=CONVPDF&popup=1&override=1&symbol=EARS
(Law school students might recognize that name from Brown vs Board of Education.)
Anyway, Davis Polk, with revenues of $1.1 Billion in 2016, doesn't seem to be the sort of firm that needs or wants to works with scams.
Seems that Austrianova's core business is manufacturing master and working cell banks for whomever.
http://www.eprbiotechnews.com/2016/01/26/austrianova-expands-its-business-area/
Assuming the deal is similar to the one PMCB has, Austrianova will be paid to produce the cell banks, paid per syringe, and will receive a royalty stream from any revenues down the road.
I know nothing about Chinese "equivalent" FDA trials, but I'm assuming such medical trials are much faster and less costly in China compared to the US.
If I were Austrianova's lawyer I'd be primarily concerned not with IP theft, but with accounting tricks. Specifically, the costs of the hair regrowth system being structured in such a way as to generate net losses. Austrianova would get nada if technically there were no revenues.
I'm sure that could be avoided by charging more per syringe etc etc. Just wondering out loud here that IP theft isn't the primary worry, being screwed out of royalty fees is.
Could a bio expert tell me what significance, if any, there is to finding that a company currently in FDA trials is not listed on the FDA's Significantly Regulated Organizations (SRO)? I understand the SRO to be a Restricted Stock list for FDA employees.
https://www.fda.gov/aboutfda/workingatfda/ethics/ucm079670.htm
Ticker is $EARS. Swiss company with multiple FDA trials:

Maybe like sociopathic serial killers they desire to be caught to forever live in infamy.
Anyone have DD on this Abdalla Bamashmus, the gentleman who has a new 6.25% stake in $WARM?

All I see on Google is a psychiatrist in South Carolina by the same name.
Having IP worth stealing is a plus in my book.
From what I've been told about Chinese counterfeiting, the majority of it is done in the actual facilities where the real goods are produced. They just run cycles in secret and sell the goods on the black market.
I want to say the cost of the machinery to do cell encapsulation would be prohibitive for the average swindler, but that's a guess.
Yeah, and in most jurisdictions taking those lotions/creams/mints/suppositories/cookies/gums into work will get you fired.
One of the major selling points of Wana Caps is discretion. You pop one at home and you're good 'til you get home again. No panic attacks near police k-9 units, no worries of being terminated on the spot for "drugs".
Psssss- Millennials don't do lines.
Whoa whoa whoa, Home Keys, flag on the play, yellow card, pick your favorite sports metaphor!
I haven't been to Japan in many years, but you are telling me if I hop on a plane and go to any city in Japan I will not find an endless wall of vending machines at the entrance and exit of any public transportation system? Are you telling me if I go to Roppongi I will not see those stores that are full of vending machines?
Did they suddenly ban the Japanese version of Gatorade, with that delicious sounding name of "Pocari Sweat" that I saw in vending machines on nearly every street corner? Gone are the 50 varieties of canned iced coffee?
Who has stolen the coveted title of "Highest per capita of Vending Machines" from Japan?!?
And furthermore I'm going to have to present you with a red card and eject you from the game for saying you'd never survive in Japan without Lawsons.
Japan has the best food in the world! It's literally the only country I've ever been to where I didn't get food poisoning.
WTH I thought it was 35% more Heaven, now it says +30%! I was about to buy, but now forgetaboutit!!!
(I'm Taoist btw, hope I didn't make anyone uncomfortable with dropping verse. Hey am I the first to cite the scriptures on this board? Do I get anything?!?)
I love the story about the two ex-Google employees who want to rid NYC of Bodegas, by turning them into vending machine stores. So cute, but I don't have the heart to tell them Japan did that like 30 years ago.
I thought the point of WanaCaps was consistent, slow release over 12 hours. That would appeal to (a) people who don't want to smoke and (b) people who are in areas where it's not legal to carry bud or oils.
Sorry I don't have PM, but would it be possible for someone to sticky the info about Dr Hidalgo as Principal Investigator?
It's from $PMCB IR on Facebook.
Wow, I got in after the pre-IND meeting in January 2017. I can't imagine your level of patience to be in this for four long years! Hope you've made some money trading this thing and gotten a much lower average cost.
In any case, I 100% agree with you. We couldn't ask for a better Principal Investigator or a better corporate law firm.
Go $PMCB!
Bid / Ask was .0708 / .0709 at end of day on light volume (643,111 bought / 565,223 sold).
I think you're right Pistol Pete, next stop .08. BarChart has us up to a respectable 48% Buy rating too!

I'm very flattered that you remember so much of what I've posted!
