I think there is a special place in Hell for so-called Payday Lenders. This company, however, Active Hours, charges no fees or interest, yet provides hourly workers early access to their paychecks:

I want to hate these guys, but apparently the users decide what fee to pay per transaction. Unclear if that fee can be ZERO.
