MSNBC has just reporting the dire need for water & power in areas around the epicenter of yesterdays 8.7 magnitude earthquake in the Indonesian region. The reporter said that there is a desperate need for clean water. This is exactly the type of situation where the UltraGuard UltraCell system would be of enormous use. Combined with the MagPower fuel cells the water purification system is self sufficent with no need for an external power source. It is likely that management is making it known to governments & relief organizations that UGRD has the solution to this unfortunate situation.
MM's continue to play games with the PPS, but UGRD is positioned to make a difference.

Float 19 mil O/S 26 mil. FYI.
.60 ++ EASILY if & when the Nigerian contract is signed.
One inquiry from Nigeria, which UltraGuard has now quoted, involves the possible sale of 1,000 UltraCell systems per month for a three year period. In addition, we have seen a number of very serious inquiries from Japan and Third World countries." UltraGuard CFO, John Gaetz said, "Should we be fortunate enough to receive an order of the size quoted for shipment into Nigeria, the proceeds of the sale would provide the Company three years of assured cash flow."
When it was .045 X .05 NOBODY sold at the bid & lots of buys @ ask. Float is gone. OTC MM's suck ...but they will have to make it move.

Major quake prompts tsunami alert Mar. 28, 2005. 12:42 PM
BANGKOK, Thailand - A large earthquake struck off Indonesia’s Sumatra Island in the Andaman Sea late today. The U.S. Geological Survey website described it as a “great” quake with magnitude of 8.2.
Thai officials issued a warning of a possible tsunami, three months after a tsunami devastated parts of Indonesia, Thailand and several other countries bordering on the Indian Ocean.
The quake occurred at 11:09 p.m. local time at a depth of nearly 30 kilometres, the USGS in Golden, Colo., said.
Japan’s Meteorological Agency measured the quake at magnitude 8.5.
On Dec. 26, an undersea earthquake off Sumatra with a magnitude of more than 9.0 — the world’s biggest quake in 40 years — sent a huge tsunami charging across the Indian Ocean at the speed of a passenger jet.
The tsunami killed more than 174,000 people and left another 106,000 missing in 11 countries. More than 1.5 million people were left homeless.
Tremors were felt throughout peninsular Malaysia’s west coast, causing thousands of residents to flee high-rise apartment buildings and hotels. There were no immediate reports of any casualties or major damage.
“I was getting ready for bed, and suddenly, the room started shaking,” said Jessie Chong, a resident of Kuala Lumpur, the Malaysian capital.
“I thought I was hallucinating at first, but then I heard my neighbours screaming and running out,” he said.
Revised to 8.5 Quake tsuanami warnings are out.

UltraGuard will market a Magnesium-Air Fuel Cell
UltraGuard acquired by share exchange all the issued and outstanding shares of Innovative Fuel Cell Technology Inc., the holder of an option to acquire the world rights to a Magnesium-Air Fuel Cell developed by MagPower Systems Inc. UltraGuard and MagPower performed testing of the Magnesium-Air Fuel Cell using a prototype Fuel Cell to power UltraGuard's Point of Use water purification unit. In a news release issued by MagPower, its President, Bruce Downing, stated "This was the first direct use of our fuel cell on a specific application and we are extremely pleased with the results." UltraGuard completed an agreement with MagPower to purchase the worldwide rights to manufacture and market the Magnesium-Air Fuel Cell. UltraGuard's interest in this technology stems from its desire to reach new and virtually untouched marketplaces.
With a desperate need of clean drinking water in many parts of the world where electrical power is not available, the marriage of these two products will permit UltraGuard to enter a market where few if any competitors can enter. With the affordable fuel cell used to pump the water and to power UltraGuard's UV unit, thousands of liters of clean and safe drinking water are available to even the most remote village or residence. Additionally, the fuel cell is available to power basic lighting needs, radios, and televisions. To replenish the battery's power, a simple and inexpensive exchange of magnesium plates, hydrogen inhibitor, and the addition of salt water have the fuel cell up to full power instantly. UltraGuard will actively pursue international interest in representation and sublicensing of these products. UltraGuard Water Systems Corp., headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, is a public company emerging as a provider of ultra-violet drinking water purification and filtration systems for the global multibillion-dollar residential marketplace.

Ultraguard Water Systems Corporation
Water & Wastewater
OTCBB:UGRD
Headquartered in Vancouver, Ultraguard is a public company providing ultra-violet (UV) water purification systems for global potable water markets. The company's products include UV systems powered by magnesium fuel cell technology (developed by MagPower Systems Inc.) for which it has a worldwide license. The UltraGuard™' Point-of-Use ultraviolet unit purifies the full water flow of a household faucet while the UltraFlo Point-of-Entry is attached to the incoming municipal water supply and purifies the full flow into the building. The UltraFlo system is an excellent polisher that can be added to varying types of existing disinfection systems. Since people consistently drink water from a few sources on a daily basis, for many months or for many years, chronic exposure to contaminants in water is a major carcinogenic concern which can be eliminated with the addition of an UltraGuard™ UltraFlo product. The combined UltraFlo and fuel cell product is marketed under the brand name UltraFuel Cell and will be manufactured at UltraGuard's sister company in Austria; UltraGuard Water Systems GmbH. The product will be sold through companies licensed to both manufacture and market the product.

Company Description
UV Systems Technology Inc. is founded on the manufacture and sale of its Ultra Guard water and wastewater disinfection system.
The company's technology is based on a patented high-efficiency, high-intensity ultraviolet disinfection system.
Ultra Guard technology marks a significant advancement in UV treatment based on patented design elements and a proprietary, high-efficiency (high intensity - low current) UV lamp. Given these advancements it is now possible to disinfect large volumes of water/wastewater economically and in a safe, environmentally sound manner. System efficiencies result in a reduction in operating costs of 80% compared to other UV alternatives. Ultra Guard efficiency also means a much smaller footprint. This is an important feature that facilitates retrofits of less efficient or less environmentally friendly installations as well as minimizing new plant construction costs. Some of the technology's unique features follow:
specialized uv lamps minimize power usage, last longer, stay clean longer, more germicidal uv per kilowatt, less maintenance; patented equipment design with optimized hydraulics:
flow gate diffuser ensures flow / disinfection uniformity; flow chamber brings fluid contaminants to UV source, maximizes UV delivery, reduces disinfection residence time and system footprint; flow-balanced weir requires less head than competing systems, maintains lamps submerged even under zero flow; automated glass cleaning lowers maintenance costs and maximizes UV delivery.
Infinitely variable lamp controller integrated to flow and effluent UV transmission levels automatically ensures optimal UV intensity to suit transient flow and peak variations.
Ultraviolet light has the capability to treat liquid streams containing bacteria, viruses, and spores, disinfecting them without the use of chemicals and chemical by-products. The ultraviolet light simply shines through the fluid, inactivating the micro-organisms.
Ultra Guard can thus be used in systems in competition with the normal low-pressure, low-intensity lamps and medium pressure lamps for potable water treatment, where dramatically fewer lamps will be required, giving a more compact installation at reduced cost. Ultra Guard lamps are only used in potable water installations in large capacity systems where the high-efficiency, high-intensity features can be fully optimized.
However, the main thrust of Ultra Guard is in wastewater and sewage effluent treatment. Wastewater and sewage effluent streams are by nature murky, and low-pressure, low-intensity lamps are less desirable in treating such streams.
Their low-intensity light has difficulty penetrating the murky fluid, and when the murkiness increases, the number of lamps required increases substantially. The Ultra Guard high-efficiency, high-intensity UV system can easily penetrate these murky fluids, with a manageable number of lamps at an attractive cost.
In a typical WWTP, the processing capacity would be between 1.5 and 3.0 million L/day per lamp, and the system would consume about 500 watts of electricity per hour. Assuming power costs at $.075 per Kilowatt hour annually, power costs would be $328.00 per lamp per year.
UV Systems Technology Inc. wishes to develop contacts with senior representatives in the public or private sector who are currently engaged in sewage and wastewater treatment. In addition, companies which construct potable water treatment systems and are interested in applying innovative technology are of great interest to the company. UV Systems Technology Inc. wishes to identify prospective licensees who have the capacity and interest to market and build these treatment plants in any country worldwide.

Technology Profile
The Ultra Guard System uses a proprietary, high efficiency UV
lamp and a specially designed reactor chamber to multiply the
higher germicidal UV energy delivered to bacteria and viruses.
The process is automatically controlled by a computer to always
deliver the desired bacteria inactivation dose even in transient
conditions of flow and waste characteristics. Optimal energy
usage is assured by an advanced, solid state, proprietary Power
controller. The equipment has an automated cleaning system.
Another feature is that moving parts are virtually eliminated
for minimal maintenance. Due to its advanced design and leading
edge components it can achieve the toughest disinfection
standards with significantly fewer lamps and up to 10 times less energy.

Both NITE & DOMS @ .041 now. They are looking really desperate to try & make the stock appear weak to newbies.
But with the low float (about 19 mil shares) and all that accumulation over the past few months we experienced shareholders know what they are up to.
Holding Long & Strong for the $BIG PayDays ahead$!
Hit that ask & NITE scampers away like a cockroach under a spotlight. HAHAHA! I am very encouraged by the shareholder patience here. The potential for a lot of $$$ is ahead as a reward for our patience.
Excellent!

Note that all trades were buys except for the trades @ .04 which were sells @ bid.
Under the radar of most people. But as you can see all the millions of shares that have been accumulated over the past 6 weeks are being HELD. & I bet MM's wouldn't let very many shares go @ .04 if there were buyers anyway.

1 billion lack safe water:
U.N.Aid agencies mark World Water Day
Say sanitation key to disaster relief
GENEVA - In a statement marking World Water Day, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies provided a dramatic demonstration of the need for clean water.
But the precious resource is also essential for longer-term chronic shortages in the developing world, the federation and other international organizations said.
The United Nations says more than 1.1 billion people around the world lack safe water and 2.4 billion have no access to sanitation, leading to more than 3 million deaths every year.
"People who can turn on a tap and have safe and clean water to drink, to cook with and to bathe in often take it for granted and yet more than one billion of our fellow human beings have little choice but to use potentially harmful sources of water," said WHO chief Dr. Lee Jong-Wook.
"After a major catastrophe, populations are particularly vulnerable to waterborne diseases, and the ability to produce large quantities of safe water and provide adequate sanitation quickly is crucial in ensuring that these communities are not subjected to a second disaster," said Markku Niskala, secretary-general of the federation.
This year's World Water Day marks the launching of the "Water for Life" decade, during which the U.N. and governments are seeking to halve the number of people without access to safe drinking water and basic sanitation by 2015.

Why would you believe anything Mario says?
Seriously.
MM's pulled this BS before in the last couple of weeks. They dropped the bid to .025 & some inexperienced person sold some shares @ the bid only to see the bid/ask move to .045 X .05 a few days later.
I have posted the movements & trading of this stock for many weeks. Look back thru my posts & you will see that .04 is a nice buying opp. WE are hugely undervalued right now & when the expected contract for Nigeria is inked the valuation will increase 10 fold or more IMO.
GLTA!
MM fishing. Don't fall for the .028 bid. Buy @ .04 & hold. They drop the bid to .028 on a 4000 share sell @ .04 LOL.
Hold tight & be patient. You will be rewarded when the time arrives!
It's bee buying 10 to 1 vs selling for 6 weeks now. Float is probaby gone & being held.
Don't fall for the MM BS.
SERIOUSLY.
7.0 Earthquake Strikes Japan
"In addition, we have seen a number of very serious inquiries from Japan and Third World countries." UltraGuard CFO, John Gaetz said
FUKUOKA, Japan (AP) - Southern Japan is getting more aftershocks, shaking houses and rattling nerves. Thousands of people have been forced out of their homes and into shelters. This comes a day after a magnitude 7.0 earthquake struck.
The worst damage occurred on Genkai island, near the epicenter, where the earthquake triggered landslides and leveled homes. At least one person has been killed and hundreds injured. Many people
were hurt by toppling cabinets, falling objects and shattered glass.
Japan's meteorological agency issued a tsunami warning right after the original quake hit, but lifted it about an hour later.
Been doing some digging....
The Magnesium-Air Fuel Cell Alone retails @ $350 per unit. That put the possible Nigerian contract @ 12.6 Million on the fuel cell side alone.
http://www.magpowersystems.com/Executive_Summary.pdf
I will have to look into the Ultragaurd side of retail pricing...but as you can see when (if) this intial contract goes thru the stock PPS of UGRD should soar. Remember there are only about 26 mil shares O/S. The PR also mentioned Japan & other countries interest. If these UltraCell units really start flying out the door...man...who knows how high the PPS could go within the next few years....If we have good management here....$10...$20... or higher?
It is quite exciting to be in on this at such a low PPS!
