Positive ? All they have done is dilute this thing like there is no tomorrow. Not to mention Keith misleading some shareholders here over the phone about his diluting. Why must one be positive just because they are a mod. If I was positive from around .006 when I started getting frustrated with their diluting methods in the first place, I think there would be a few more bagholders here. Have to call it as I see it RU, sorry you do not agree. Believe it or not, some people DO appreciate both sides...
VGYI gap coming together here. Might be a good time to try and bid for some cheapies here.
Looks like there are plenty more where those came from.
Yep, forward split pretty much complete now. Gap starting to tighten up a bit here compared to last week, now at 1.50 x 1.90. Still lacking volume, but once it picks up we should be back over 4.00$ in no time.
Some people do not like the truth I guess. No tweetybird I do not have a position here at this time. I did love it when it only had 13m OS, for now ill just watch..
Outstanding Shares: 291,205,755 as of 2006-07-18, Float: 257,198,178 as of 2006-07-18.... Looks like 100m+ to go...

Decent buying coming in today, we should start to see volume pick up a bit maybe tomorrow and into next week. Float still very low here so it wont take much to send us off to the races.
Thanks, New symbol for VNGP now VGYI. 2for1 split completed...waiting to hear more on possible acquisitions or jvs that might be in the works.
Looks like they woke up today, 1.70 x 3.25 here. When this starts to tighten up, and we start to hear more from them we should start to have some fun here.
NEWS: "Dry Clean Only" Proven a Thing of the Past
Wednesday July 19, 6:40 am ET
Sea Change for Dry Cleaning Industry With Latest Conversion by Winning Brands Solvent Free Solutions
BARRIE, ON--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 19, 2006 -- Winning Brands Corporation (Other OTC:WNBD.PK - News) www.WinningBrandsCorporation.com announces that the contracted conversion of Holland America Line's flagship M.S. Rotterdam to a new technology entirely eliminating the use of toxic dry cleaning solvents has now been completed on time and on budget. It has also passed the test of real world use in subsequent evaluation cruises over the past 30 days. This evidence of a viable alternative to increasingly regulated toxic solvents has positive business implications for an industry with over $3 Billion in retail sales annually and will be welcome news to environmental agencies worldwide.
The M.S. Rotterdam assignment, first announced May 22, 2006, is a harbinger of things to come in the Dry Cleaning industry internationally because of the fact that this self-contained luxury cruise ship (with a combined crew and passenger count in the thousands) mimics a small city. It is now successfully processing all "Dry Clean Only" garments entirely without conventional Dry Cleaning, which is considered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to be toxic. The new method uses clean water as the carrier of the new active cleaning agents instead of Perchloroethylene. "Perc" is a solvent known in the industry to be non-biodegradable and subject of intense scrutiny. The newly installed system also reduces costs.
George Loney, President of the Ontario Fabricare Association who is part of the team overseeing this paradigm shift with Holland America Lines is considered an expert in this emerging field. He thanks the cruise line for their leadership through early adoption. Loney states, "This is impossible to ignore. Evening gowns, tuxedos, silk ties, entertainer stagewear, crew uniforms, the best wool suits and more -- all now being professionally cleaned here without the use of Perchloroethylene. This is now possible by conversion of Dry Cleaning plants anywhere." Jim Giddings, Systems Specialist and Clive Wing, Head of Installations for Winning Brands' Solvent Free Solutions Team delivered their Report of Completion following continuous testing enroute to Monaco, Rome, Athens, Lisbon and other international ports of call. "The Dry Cleaning system had been entirely removed. There was no fall-back position. The new method had to work -- and did," the team noted.
The Solvent Free Solutions Initiative between Winning Brands Corporation and German appliance manufacturer Miele represents a safer way to keep "Dry Cleaning" garments clean. The new system combines hardware, programming and advanced cleaning agents into a propriety form of Wet Cleaning. It had been awarded installation on Holland America Line's flagship MS Rotterdam to be followed by sea trials to prove that the system is operationally and financially viable. The MS Rotterdam is the standard-bearer for Holland America's Atlantic Fleet. This conversion represented profound initiative for the benefit of its passengers and crew. Holland America Lines, Miele, and the Winning Brands Solvent Free Solutions Team had much to prove to a skeptical industry that had not thought it possible to entirely eliminate a chemical that had become so mainstream, despite increasingly alarming information about Perc's health hazards. The post installation review shows that garment cleaning benchmarks are being achieved and associated long term costs trending lower.
Winning Brands Corporation manufacturers the proprietary cleaning agents for the system used aboard the Holland America Lines vessel and works through its Solvent Free Solutions Team with industry leaders such as international appliance manufacturer Miele to bring these solutions to the field. The group is targeting the conversion of all cruise ships internationally and land based Dry Cleaners. Wet Cleaning solutions to be used by cruise ships and converting Dry Cleaners are estimated to be worth greater than $100 Million dollars annually. This is due to the continuous nature of Dry Cleaning, high volume garment cleaning requirements on board and cruise ship operators' growing preference for environmentally responsible practices worldwide. Despite these significant revenues for the supply of Wet Cleaning solutions, the converting Dry Cleaners still experience substantial long term cost reductions due to lower utility use, less compliance cost and other factors.

Torbay Holdings, Inc.: US Patent Office Issues Notice of Allowance for the Gripless Mouse Design Patent
Wednesday July 19, 10:37 am ET
MINEOLA, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 19, 2006 -- Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:TRBY.OB - News) announced today that the US Patent Office had issued a "Notice of Allowance" for TRBY's patent that seeks to protect its "Gripless Mouse" design.
The utility of this patent describes the process by which a computer mouse can be used without the need for grip. In doing so this reduces the physiological demands placed upon computer mouse users' hands, which are a result of muscle and tendon strain arising from the maintenance of a gripped static posture upon regular computer mice. This may be more easily understood as improving "mouse gas mileage" insofar as it is less fatiguing to work in the posture that our invention describes.
The patenting process looks at the novelty of the utility described in a patent application. We believe that this Notification provides further evidence to support our claims of design innovation. At the same time, it also can provide us with the opportunity to protect and enhance our exploitation of it, either in our own products or under license. The Company believes therefore that this development can help to solidify the tangible value of the Company's intellectual property assets.
Designer Appliances, Inc. is leading the way in the development of Anti.Fatigue(TM) tools and technologies to manage the impact that fatigue is now understood to have upon computer users. Anti.Fatigue(TM) design conforms to Universal Design criteria so produces products that are more "Accessible and Assistive" to all, including persons with dexterity impairment or disability. We are all capable of fatigue.
Safe Harbor Statement under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995: The statements contained in this release that are not historical, are forward-looking statements that are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause results to differ materially from those expressed in the forward-looking statements, including but not limited to, certain delays and risks detailed from time to time in the company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Glad to see vision finally starting to get some attention. Seems like this is just the beginning here, and now we are going to be trading under a new symbol VGYI. Next step is for them to file, and get back off the pink sheets since they are already reporting. Stock Alarm target set at 10$, seems possible..would love to hear from them on any progress made with their acquisition program, and more about their recent interest in biodiesel.
NEWS: Winning Brands Starts Distribution to Marine Sector
Tuesday July 18, 7:51 pm ET
A Response to North American Boat Registrations Reaching Record High
BARRIE, ON--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 18, 2006 -- Winning Brands Corporation www.WinningBrands.ca (Other OTC:WNBD.PK - News) announces that it has appointed its first distributors and commenced sales of its Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner brand to the marine supply sector in July 2006 as a result of successful market tests. Replacement orders for Winning Colours from Marinas now serve a rapidly growing sector where there are nearly 3 Million registered boats in Canada and over 15 Million in the USA, in addition to vessels not requiring registration. Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner solves a problem common to boat owners of how to clean their vessels without staining the water supply through cleaning chemical residue. Increasingly strict environmental regulations are changing attitudes and buying habits accordingly. Winning Brands estimates the marine sector represents $100 Million in market size for Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner.
Market testing of Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner by professional boat cleaners, consumers detailing their own boats and marina retailers has found that the biodegradability and skin friendliness of Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner is meeting a growing need in the marine industry. As of July 2006 C.C. Marine and Hutchings Marine of Ontario, Canada are the first national and regional distributors granted access to Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner for supply to retailers in this sector. They are amongst the largest and most established in the country in their sector.
Eric Lehner, CEO of Winning Brands Corporation, states that appointment of American distribution partners will follow the conclusion of marine market testing in the USA, where 20 states account for 75% of boat registrations, now at an all time high. "Establishing a strong presence in Canada first for this sector is a deliberate decision in order to commence marine operations in the USA with more momentum from day one," says Lehner. "A good foundation, strong industry relationships and solid testing experience is a better predictor of success than merely signing a prestige account," he adds.
The company's accumulation of deep niche markets for Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner is designed to provide a shock absorber to the inevitable cycle of general economic conditions. "We are not reliant on a vibrant economy across the board to realize the potential of Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner and its international counterpart 1000+ Multi-Cleaner," said Lehner. "We have diversified our markets, channels of distribution and specific product positioning to meet many local opportunities," he added. "We are in the business of improving global ecology by replacing hazardous chemicals in widespread use with safer alternatives. This puts us in one of the most important and sustainable industries in the world -- protecting the earth's ecology to keep it liveable. Water quality is the companion issue to global warming, and you are going to hear a lot more about both."
Winning Colours / 1000+ Multi-Cleaner is one of a range of Winning Brands products designed for people to clean with a clear conscience for the 21st century environment. The company is embarking on an ambitious growth plan to leverage its advanced formulations and R&D findings. Winning Colours is manufactured in North America by the company as a non-toxic solvent and multi-purpose cleaner designed to be kind to skin and the environment while being powerful and versatile for clean-ups of various kinds in residential and commercial settings internationally.

Looks like today is a good chance to try to pick up some cheaper shares at bid, and take advantage of the forward split for tomorrow.
I agree, and it looks like they have made a great choice in selecting Vivan Singh Gill to manage the introduction. Vivan has worked for big companies such as UPS, Hewlett Packard and DuPont. Hopefully he can use his experience to bring us success in India.
