I think we have a near term dollar sell off, just a counter trend move until it roars much higher. Oil and gold should see some nice upwards movement over the next 2 weeks. Still holding a large NUG!T position since $25.80. Oil is lagging right now because of OPEC decision I think but a move up towards $50 might be very near

The vast majority of these "pot stocks" are/were scams. That's what you're missing here. The SEC does not have the time/money to go after every two-bit scam penny stock or else they'd never get anything else done. What they DID do was suspend a few early on and WARNED people about investing in the MJ sector as a whole. That was done for a very specific reason. Hell, I thought PH0T was certainly a lot more legit than ERBB at the time and it was one of the first to go.

Take a gander at their past history as "companies", and ERBB especially. These are opportunistic shysters who only entered this sector to piggyback off of the hype. Look at what these so called businesses did before. It's all over the map

But if you want it read out very simply, just take a look at ERBB's past 10 year history. It speaks volumes. Same old same old.

SEC is really a non-issue at this point. This is headed to .0001 whether it gets suspended or not.

The SEC does not have the time to chase down every single penny stock scam out there or that's all they'd be doing. Claiming that ERBB is legit since they haven't been shut down yet is plainly false logic. There are many penny stocks that have been sitting at .0001 for months/years who were never suspended. ERBB,who has sky high debt/liabilities/false promises for 10 years (!) is about to join them at 0

There are lots of real stocks out there to invest in. Much better than junk like this

Umm...yes, it's called a pump & dump. Pretty common with penny scams. Of course it was great for anyone who caught the run to .11 and SOLD at those levels (I even made a few $$ myself). But that's done and over with, and 99% of these pot scam stocks have been exposed for the empty shells that they are. Only bagholders are left now

ERBB has been mindblowingly scamming investors for years, so there's plenty left to anticipate before this finally hits .0001

This is a bear market short covering rally. May run to $50-55 in my opinion. After that, probably collapse again. I wouldn't be surprised to see $20 within 3-6 months driven by the start of a global recession
