I would love to see CPOW flesh out its plans in the biofuels arena.
The CPOW joint venture discussion with CGG is exciting.
So would be a possible JV between CPOW and another biofuels company out there. There are TONS of start up companies in this area. Pool resources and work together? Sometimes better than to try to go it alone.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
lol. A few snow days and weather too cold to entice friends to come over or to entice me to go outside when I don't have to.
Good luck to you Qtip.
And good luck to CPOW investors.
Good morning Eagle.
I believe some of us have already answered that question on this board. I know I have.
The stock has been publicly trading September 2010.
Maybe someone who has been in CPOW prior to December can pipe up and talk about their history with the stock.
By the way, in case anyone (not you Eagle) have a confusion on what it means to be long on a stock, here's the definition:
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/l/long.asp
As a note, currently 22 users have CPOW listed on their "My Stocks." And I am not sure that ALL of those 22 still hold CPOW stock. Some may just be watching it. Some forget to clean up their My Stocks lists. And ALL are anonymous here. And I don't see 22 people posting here regularly.
IMHO there are a lot more individual investors than 22 out there. In short, what I am saying is message board posts don't make stocks go up or down especially when one is talking about such a small cross-section of investors.
Actually that reminds me I am looking for an assistant moderator for the CPOW board that is a premium member and has Level II that wouldn't mind posting useful Level II data on the board (screen captures or whatnot) to give true CPOW investors more insight on the stock.
If anyone would like to volunteer please PM me.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Opening bell in just under an hour.
Thank you Qtip.
And I am not sure I properly acknowledged you for the level II screen captures you posted for CPOW yesterday.
Definitely helps to see some of the behind the scenes play sometimes.
So thanks.
Good luck to all CPOW investors.
Qtip you said you don't own CPOW so good luck to you on the things you own.
Indeed.
There definitely seemed to be some market maker play on CPOW stock at the end of the day.
Hired gun trying to keep CPOW down?
Does anyone know who the Ax is for CPOW?
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/ax.asp
I don't have Level II.
CPOW closed up.
In the end CPOW stock is, or should be, determined by fundamentals and technicals and not by being made a plaything or by what is being said on a message board.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Made some updates to the I-Box for CPOW.
Opening bell: 9:30am EST.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
long and strong on CPOW here.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Posted to CPOW I-Box.
Thank you Angel.
Another recent article mentioning CPOW.

Thank you for posting Briar.
http://azzengeer.com/products.html
Details about the MOPO brand of products offered by CPOW.
Actually Palms I am still exploring the usefulness of that report, at least its usefulness to me - I am sure more seasoned traders follow this report more closely.
One thing it doesn't give is days to cover.
The report that would seem to be more useful is:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CPOW/short-sales
It looks like this is being updated approx every 15 trading days. Which means we should have a current one any time now.
I will post it when I have an update.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Thanks Eagle.
Does that mean you won't be posting on this CPOW board for a month or you mean you will watch for a month and decide whether to buy in at that point?
I didn't get an answer to my question. I asked you to clarify your statement as follows:
The Chinese MOU is very carefully done to avoid entanglements with the shares of CPOW, probably in anticipation of what is going to happen to the company next.
Up a tad is still up.
I believe I would do what the CEO CPOW is doing, which is trying to secure a sales contract with a wealthy client that has a demand to fill.
As has been pointed out MANY times before on this board, this processing plant has been Michael Shenher's dream for years. This predates not only CPOW but GBE and goes back to Canadian Green Fuels.
All of the related articles on this are posted on this board and/or in the I-Box.
I don't get what point you are trying to make. Unless a company has a wealthy benefactor it is always going to start out with no resources and a ton of debt. I personally have dozens of ideas I have wanted to make happen and had no resources to do them.
It's pretty clear why companies go public and issue shares. They have a dream and need financing to do it. This is the same for just about every company in the OTC market.
Is there something you would have done differently?
IMHO as gas prices go up in the U.S., which currently enjoys relatively low gas prices compared to most developed countries (gas prices in Europe are obscene) investors will be drawn more and more to alternative energy stock plays.
We talk a lot on this board about the possible Chinese deal for cooking oil, which is actually just ONE of the plays of this stock. Of course it is this deal which is garnering the most interest as it is potentially quite lucrative.
Whether or not this company builds a processing plant with Chinese investment help, it is already processing biodiesel and could conceivably continue to do so, expand its markets and distribution lines for its MOPO brand of products, etc.
Seemingly the plays are:
a) Cooking oil.
b) Biodiesel / jet fuels.
c) Feed for livestock.
d) Neutraceuticals.
e) Lubricants, gun oil, etc.
Good luck to all CPOW investors.
Eagle.
Can you expand upon this statement you have made about the planned arrangement beween CPOW and CGG?
The Chinese MOU is very carefully done to avoid entanglements with the shares of CPOW, probably in anticipation of what is going to happen to the company next.
I may be slow but I don't get what you are trying to say at all here.
Thank you for this lightbeam.
Good suggestion Eagle.
Perhaps one of our Canadian friends could help us out with that.
Doesn't even need to be the University in Saskatchewan - could be any of the Canadian agro colleges/universities.
Always good to have expert opinions - usually more than one is better too.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
That gave me a chuckle.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
They might not let you speak but I believe attendance is open.
It's in April I believe.
Here's the link.

Qtip I rechecked TDA and it says .158 now for CPOW. Still showing as .151 on yours? I looked at:
http://research.tdameritrade.com/public/stocks/overview/overview.asp?symbol=CPOW.PK
Are you saying this is different on the client portion of the site than from the part of the site that can be publicly accessed? If so that could be queried.
It is definitely in the zone of "hearsay" - whether discussing these matters with an authority is legal or not.
Phone calls are psychotic - they have no memory. Unlike a paper trail, it is hard to trace what is verbally said and hearsay evidence is inadmissible in courts and mediation.
Anyone who has ever played the telephone drill where a message is reported between people with a whisper knows that while unintentional always, what is said on one end comes out different on the other.
On this CPOW board, I would like to try to keep the data flowing as cleanly as possible with evidence brought to the table to back up anything stated as a fact.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Either not good or really good. Either would require some strategic steps to be in place before getting the news out.
As someone once told me:
"up is up".
At least it didn't go down.
As soon as I have this I will post it.
Whoops what's BB in relation to CPOW?
I wonder if Ken Kunz is involved in marketing the MOPO line of products or just the feed for livestock for CPOW.
Well anyways CPOW ended green.
So hooray for that.
I am pretty sure I am even on my investment right now or maybe just a little down.
More than I can say about another certain Canadian company I'm in. Ouch.
Lightbeam do you know charts?
Steve5.
Excellent.
It certainly shows the possibilities/opportunities there for CPOW to seize on.
Since 14 Jan a certain professional short selling promo artist was enlisting his followers to short CPOW stock. It has hardly made a dent.
Does anyone have the data on what percentage of a company's authorized shares can be shorted? Is it "unlimited?" At what point does a short seller have to get out? Sincere questions here, I do not know.
Qtip, thanks.
Could you post me a snapshot of the market makers for CPOW?
Never saw it for CPOW stock.
Go CPOW.
Not on my retail trading account.
CPOW closed at .158, a gain of .0030 or 1.94% with a volume of 2,327,456.
Where do you see .151?
If on I-Hub and you are not premium, the data is delayed.
Good luck to all CPOW investors.
disclosure.
i bought more today. not much more but a little.
We closed at .158 an increase of .003 or 1.9%.
Good find angel.
Good luck to CPOW investors.

One third of yesterday's trading volume on CPOW seems to have been short volume.
Ctrl-F and find text "CPOW".
Sorry folks, I just don't know how to do that.
If someone else can, do it, upload it to an image hosting site and get me the link and I will take it from there.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Thanks for your post righttrack.
Great that you visited CPOW!
I looked and looked for pictures of the plant that could be used to replace the one in the I-box. I couldn't find.
The angle shown in steve5's message is from Google Maps and that is Adobe Flash. It is not a still picture and can't be right clicked, copied and reposted.
For now I will take that pic down and put instead a link to Steve5's message there. But we really should get some photos, inside and out if we can.
I suggested the other day someone get some photos emailed to them and we would get them posted up.
Anyone that has pics should get them to me. I have the ability to edit the i-Box.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
