Nope have two other bios with big time potential I am putting it into. One has already tripled from when I first started buying it with my first amrn sales.
That is why selling right now is a no brainer its obvious what denner is doing. They did not even attemp to try and get this back over buck. You can probably buy back after denner makes sure the price is totally destroyed at a much lower cost basis. Anyone who still thinks denner is in this for the company or the shareholders is delusional. He used us and I gave him two years but it is clear now.
Probably lots of retail selling. I sold 7000 shares today.
My cost basis is 2.20 so even at 2.50 i would barely break even. Its why I am mostly selling out and moving onto stocks with much more potential near term. I gave Denner two full years and all he did was totally destroy the value of the stock. Like I said I will see how low it goes after the split and I may buy some back but this it not going to move for a very long time imo if ever. Denner is nothing he was pumped up to be in fact i would rather of kept the old guys at this point. I mean why would anyone buy now knowing a split is coming in a month?
That only works if you have blockbuster news. The longer you go without it the more the shorts will destroy the stock.
They do it all the time on these. They know amrn will really have nothing for quite some time so they can short away for a good six months or so. Its denners gift to us but i sold another 25% today. I will buy some back after the shorts destroy the price more. I had a bio with virtually no money left go down to .27 cents and they were able to bring it back over a buck and avoid a rs. Now they got some deals and have money. Denner with his 300 million in cash could not even get this back over a buck shows me how god awful he is at running this company.
Dude the stock is going to be shorted like crazy after the split.
I have two other bios in far worse financial shape than amrn and both were able to get back over a buck and avoid the dreaded reverse split. Yet the vaunted denner with his 300 million in cash and reputation as a genius is giving us a reverse split. You cannot make this crap up.

"We continue to believe our stock is undervalued..." Then what is the excuse for not deploying the buyback?
so we are going to do a reverse split and drive the value down even further.
They darn well know that splits are a complete disaster for the retail shareholder. My guess is yes Denner is going to look to buy up big chunks after the shorts run this back down hard after the split. No Sarissa does not care about this company if you have not figured that out as of yet. You could probably sell all your shares today and buy them back for half of todays value a month after the split
They never disappoint at earning with awful news but today took the cake. Two years this moron has had and he has totally wiped out retail.
Two years this clown got and all he did was destroy the retail shareholder. He is a con man plain and simple.
Good luck to Jron the short tomorrow. My guess is its going to be same old same old its undervalued blah blah blah. Hopefully I am wrong if now Jron will probably make money on his short tomorrow.
If Jron is to be believed Denner has had master plan all along and is just waiting to unleash it.
Management never says a work. Nobody has any idea what is going on so it does not matter if they have 300 million in cash.
Jron the the short is over on stockwits showing his full blown TDS. Now he has taken to trashing Trump The dude is beyond comical.
Clearly given denner control was a massive mistake but he was not supposed to be taken over the whole board. He duped us no question about it but here we are.
So then sell your AMRN since you think he is taking it private. Why would you continue to hold if the company is doomed? Maybe you do not even own any amarin
Will a take private happen or a reverse split? Who knows, we’ve been in the dark since Sarissa gaslighted disgruntled shareholders and took complete control.
Gaslighting is exactly what they did 100%. We all got played like grand pianos
He would never ever be able to win a proxy again and he would really be looked at as a scumbag in the investment world. Maybe he simply does not care but we will know if he chooses a RS vs doing the buyback that he really does not care at all about those of us who gave him power.
Of course it will push out retail because RS kill the retail investor every single time. I have never seen a RS work out in favor of the little guy.
You are the one who claimed for two years he had a master plan so you are talking about yourself honestly.
Nobody has any idea because the company never talks.
Being delisted would be better than the dreaded reverse split for your investment
I likely wont stick around to find out. When it becomes clear they are going to do a split will unload all I have I am not sticking around for the massive dilution that will follow. Its really blows my mind what denner did tot this stock price.
The march to zero continues. Maybe another press release to get us under 2 bucks.
The odds of this being delisted as of today are about 90% imo. There is just nothing that will move this since they refuse to do the buyback. Jron should share the master plan with us but I don't think there is a master plan.
Looks like we are headed back below .50 again. I am awaiting Jroon to explain the denner master plan again.
Now all the generics can go sell off of AMRN's work and research. Its great its a life saver but it does nothing to increase sales.

They are 100% the same as the old management. The only logical explanation is denner miscalculated big time on the revenues in europe and row is now facing declining revenue. There really is no other explanation or I am not sure whey they would have ever taken over this company given how it has gone, given the massive headache it appears to be. I get its only 4% of their holding so maybe they honestly don't really care that much. They just be hoping to get out at some point to salvage their reputation at a small profit. But its same to say the days of hoping for 25 a share are long gone. Hoping for 4 a share now is the new norm.

JRoon, for a tiny minute long ago I used to accept the argument that they couldn't give away their ideas, tactics, whatever, for the sake of competitive advantage. Most other companies apparently don't seem to have that problem even if they are in very competitive industries and markets. To be fair, I think we all know the company is between a rock and a hard place with little they can do so I understand, BUT, BUT, BUT to me it is so surprising (the lack of communication, etc) because that is what they used against the previous management team to oust them. You would think that if anyone would realize this the most, it would be this group and it should be foremost in their minds to not mimic prior admins in this regard. So for that reason it is very surprising to me. Up till now, this management is no different (wrt actions and results) than the prior team other than the fact that they have put their own money on the line. That keeps me here.

You keep thinking denner has some sort of hidden gem he will come up with. Lots of his investments have not worked out. He is clearly no miracle worker and likely just got in over his head on this one thinking revenue would be much easier outside the usa. There is not magic PR coming. It is what it is and maybe one day years down the road he can sell this for 5 a share. You probably should not have put all your eggs in one basket regarding this stock.
It just tells me what we see is what the get and the PLAN they have is what we see. Not one thing different than the old group and they are not saying anything because there is nothing they can really say. Whatever they thought would happen has not happened and they should be flat out embarrassed after all of their big talk two years ago. Unless there is a miracle I see now way this gets over a buck in the next few months.
We're still a year away, but I think Amarin will eventually be sold once enough sales in Europe and elsewhere occur to verify its potential sales
The problem is the sales move at such a snails pace I think saying a year if very kind. I am thinking three years minimum at this point. And I think 5 a share is about the best we can expect with bio's still in a complete bear market. The 100 a share Mr. Stockboy claimed is utter fantasy
I am thinking like 2 million. That being said I have never in my life seen a stock that tanks on good news like this company. Unless it is bought out I dont think there will ever be any money to be made on this stock. Just far too manipulated.
You are correct. It did not do a thing.
The old RDHL pump and dump. I wonder what the upfront payment is.
They have no idea how to sell talicia. They may as well just sell it.
We have been on the verge of big news for two years now.
They are back to diluting nonstop. I guess its a good place to work because you can just keep diluting and paying yourself. Put out totally worthless press releases and pretend you are actually getting something done.
