How's the 10x power amplification doing?
Gone to ground?
Agreed...hardman is totally unreliable...

I was stupid to believe and stupid to put a dime into it.
I've contacted the San Francisco offices of SEC and FBI...I urge others to do so.

no bid no ask? (eom)
I don't know the patent details...but....I think any IOBS associated patents held by bmgp apply to the test cartridge...not the actual wave-guide based bioluminescence detection hardware/software....
I could be definitely be wrong....having been sucked in during the joe noel pump n dilute and the company issued empty press release flurry time period I'm out a lot of money here...
If there is any value to the patents I don't think shareholders will see any value to speak of from them...not the long term minded 'investor'...the pps popper participants have done ok if they took their profits after the imo manipulated runups/share dumps...

BMGP-Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp.
BMGP has recently stated via its Corporate Counsel, Jody M. Walker of Colorado, that it's Transfer Agent is now Island Stock Transfer via "Letter With Respect to Adequate Current Information for Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp" dated October 24, 2012 and addressed to OTC Markets Group..the former transfer agent was Integrity Stock Transfer.
BMGP-Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp. issued shares to Magna Group LLC and others in 2011 according to its financial reports.
TONS of competition for IOBS...bmgp will be too late due to too little effort placed into its development, IMO.
A simple goggle search of the words 'handheld pathogen detection' yields a plethora of information pertaining to the efforts of others to achieve the goal of advancing handheld pathogen detection technology....
My honest opinion...bmgp doesn't stand a chance...only the first page of the search returns follows....

From September 2008....
IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) September 8, 2008 -- Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp. (www.biomagneticsbmgp.com)(OTC:BMGP), announces today they have formed a joint venture with Dr. Hai Shiene Chen and ACGT DNA Technologies Corporation, a leader in Canada's DNA industry with extensive ties to China’s medical industry, including high level government officials and private industry contacts. The company will focus on:
1. the creation of a separate Chinese Corporation (a subsidiary of BMGP) to establish a functioning presence in China. ACGT currently has a separate operating division based in China. Our goal is to use their expertise and connections to help form BMGP’s Chinese division and qualify it for funding assistance from the Chinese government’s high tech Incubator Program.
2. developing revenues from BMGP’S core diagnostics system as a solution for current needs within China’s healthcare and food industry. The company is finalizing preliminary letters of intent for providing BMGP’s testing technology for use within the Chinese food and medical industry.
3. exploring stem cell and genetic engineering application opportunities within China. Unlike the United States, China has no restrictions on stem cell research. Couple that with a highly trained and skilled labor force makes China ideal for biotechnology development.
Clayton Hardman, CEO of BMGP also announced that the company is currently reviewing a proposal from an Austrian based genetic engineering company and an independent research foundation. The proposal will grant us access to their patented cancer treatment system, viral painting technology, scientists, and laboratories to further explore BMGP’s proprietary technology.
He further stated that this is the direction that BMGP intends to pursue to leverage its assets. “The international scientific community is standing on the forefront of advances and breakthroughs not seen since the telecommunications industry fifteen years ago. BMGP is committed to aggressively seeking opportunities in the stem cell and genetic engineering industries while developing our core technologies, in an effort to enhance shareholder value.”
Biomagnetics (OTC BMGP) intends to follow the lead of established Western drug makers and biotech’s Merck & Co. Wyeth, Eli Lilly & Co., Schering-Plough, Genentech, Bristol Meyers Squibb and many others that are ramping up investments in China, India and Singapore. BMGP is exploring opportunities within the international stem cell/ genetic engineering/ biotechnology industry, and is working to establish a separate Chinese operating company with the intent to apply for listing on the Shenzhen or Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

You would only lose more money, even if you win...
A former SEC prosecuting attorney in private practice in California told me that on a 'free initial consultation' which turned into a yacking session...
He told me he could file and I could likely win but what I would have would be a very expensive piece of paper in my hand saying they owed me money...(a pink sheet pumper dumper run by a naturalized korean guy with a mail-order PhD...FRP pipe in china was the story/pitch).
He said he rarely saw disgorgements and fines paid even with the authority and power of the Federal courts behind him..that the perps would stand in front of the judge and claim destitution and they lost it to gambling/hookers/coke/friends/business partners...anything but the truth, (not that some of that may have been true).
And like another poster said no one is going to prosecute or sue...that's extremely unlikely....
However...
Don't think the end of the suspension period is the end of the story...."they've" 'got their number' now...(if they didn't have it before)....
Sidenote- Read up on that 'contact' in Fiji...there's a little racing stripe in that particular piece of laundry, too....no surprise though.

Bagdasarian, No. 96-CV-7306 (S.D.N.Y.).] The Commission's complaint alleged, among other things, that: (1) Mr. Bagdasarian engaged in a fraudulent scheme to fabricate an investment track record that was included in the registration statement for Normandy America Inc.’s initial public offering; (2) Mr. Bagdasarian perpetrated the fraudulent scheme by repeatedly providing false and misleading information to the underwriters and underwriters' counsel; (3) Mr. Bagdasarian falsely represented that he achieved a ten-year average annual return of 29.1% managing assets ranging from $250.6 million in 1990 to $731.3 million during 1994, when in fact Mr. Bagdasarian managed no such assets; (4) Mr. Bagdasarian falsely represented that the $731.3 million in managed assets were located in approximately 30 offshore structures, when in fact there were no such offshore structures; (5) Mr. Bagdasarian falsely represented that all of the assets he managed had been disclosed in Normandy's registration statement, and that he had sole authority to make investment decisions for those assets, when in fact Mr. Bagdasarian managed approximately $45 million in additional assets that were not disclosed; and (6) Mr. Bagdasarian directed one of his employees to impersonate an investor and provide false information to the underwriters concerning Mr. Bagdasarian's investment performance and assets under management.
On November 13, 1996, Mr. Bagdasarian, as chief executive officer of Normandy America Inc., pleaded guilty to eight felony counts of securities fraud, bank fraud, conspiracy and perjury in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. I still don't know if this is the same William Yuan as of MediaG3 history...apologies if he's not....
ANRUF/ANR-U.V American Natural Energy Corporation-William Yuan
ANEC? (that's what the PR referred to it as) caught my eye as a "William Yuan" has been named as a Director of the company.
"Unsecured Convertible Debentures Fiancing" also was an attention getter as were 'warrants' and "Bayou Couba" of South Louisiana which was a DNE Dune Energy asset......see the link at bottom of page for the full press release.
I don't know if this is the same William Yuan of MediaG3 'fame'...the resumes/bios appear quite different but I've never seen a return for the 'second' William Yuan until today...the one of 'ANEC' with the more impressive resume/bio.
William Yuan
William Yuan has served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of MediaG3 Inc. since its founding in December 2005. Mr. Yuan has more than 20 years of experience in the software applications, high-tech information and marketing service industries, including 14 years as the CEO of public corporations and start-up companies. SRPX-Scorpex-expanding 'green' tech to Fiji...!!!
Joseph Caywood CEO of recently suspended Scorpex-formerly associated with IPWG (a subject of a DTC chill).
John D. Thomas, Cheney Gardner and Ken Denos of also recently suspended ALTO are stated to be on board.....
Caywood used very similar press releases with Scorpex to tout purported gasification of garbage and industrial/hazardous waste in Mexico as he used with IPWG including huge revenue generation claims and existing contracts...claimed $30MM, $90MM and $90MM in financing for Scorpex but has not followed through on equipment installation or financing deals...
Now he's claiming to be set to 'invest' $100MM in Fiji for the same purpose and he's back to claiming electrical generation capabilities in addition to gasification of garbage....(see link below)....
I googled Adrian Sofield of 'Investment Fiji' which reportedly granted a 'Foreign Investment Registration Certificate' to Scorpex and found this pertaining to him....
More openly, the illegal attorney-General and Minister for Public Enterprises, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, has named two new appointments to the board of directors for Airports Fiji Limited (AFL).
They are Adrian Sofield, the chair of the Fiji Islands Trade and Investment Bureau (FTIB) and Faiz Khan, a lawyer. Sofield (pictured) has been appointed chair of AFL and Khan director and both have been signed up for three years.
But not stated by the Khaiyum presser today is Sofield's earlier business activities. In the nineties, he is reported to have admitted to bribing the Mayor of Suva to speed up consent for the approval of a condominium site he was in charge of at Queen Elizabeth Drive.
Sofield was struck of by the Fiji Institute of Architects and the site today belongs to the Chinese Embassy.

US waste firm plans to work here
August 30, 2012 | Filed under: Business | Posted by: newsroom
By RACHNA LAL
A US-based waste management company, Scorpex Company International Limited, plans to invest close to $100 million in Fiji.
The company has been granted a Foreign Investment Registration Certificate by Investment Fiji this week.
Investment Fiji chairman, Adrian Sofield, said the company plans to collect waste on Viti Levu in close liaison with the municipal councils.
“They plan to work with all the city/town councils for waste collection on Viti Levu and have already had meetings with the Lautoka City Council,” he said.
Mr Sofield said the company would incinerate the waste collected rather than dumping it in one of the landfills in Naboro and Lautoka, which would only be used as a back-up.
Investment Fiji also sees the company as a potential to supplying electricity to our national power grid.
“They produce gas and liquid which they can generate electricity,” he said.
“In the process they will generate their own electricity and also contribute to the national grid. So its technology that is relatively new.”
This investment is expected to create at least 200 jobs, says Mr Sofield.

denos cheney and thomas being 'on board' hardly makes one confident on that point....look at what happened/is happening at ALTO....
Three 'financing' episodes for $30M $90M and $90M from non-validatable sources hardly invoke confidence...and the 'story' has already been used almost word for word via a partnership with IPWG International Power Group...one need only google 'joseph caywood form 144' to see how that turned out....
One could call IES International Environmental ?Services/Solutions? of Danville, KY for a chat....that's their supposed equipment/technology provider.
J R Munoz is their 'investor relations'....and a suspension of this sort is rarely overcome...what legitimate entity would wish to be associated with them?

Agreed fedup...if strummin reallywants to know what he's taken a bite of he'll search and read the otciq filings...
What he'll find is basically a corpse sucked dry by share issuances for 'consulting' and 'debt service'...a shell repeatedly pumped dry and passed on to the next unknown name.
He could search david lafave and robyn bailey for the next to last iteration of 'nx global'....norman j birmingham produced an interview with some clown in which he touted $100MM financing for a Canadian project a local reporter couldn't verify...
If he wishes to dig really deep he'll search lafave birmingham and green stone holdings...that one was a family affair for njb...
'bradley t ray'....for a way back romp...and recent 'coal' news.....
John D Thomas? Scorpex SRPX? Steadfast Holdings Group?
But wait! There's more! Much much more.....
offtopic..sorry..can't pmail here...
