BMGP-Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp.

BMGP has recently stated via its Corporate Counsel, Jody M. Walker of Colorado, that it's Transfer Agent is now Island Stock Transfer via "Letter With Respect to Adequate Current Information for Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp" dated October 24, 2012 and addressed to OTC Markets Group..the former transfer agent was Integrity Stock Transfer.

BMGP-Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp. issued shares to Magna Group LLC and others in 2011 according to its financial reports.
