CKGT FEED Revs and Earnings forecast, per CKGT's updated December 2009 presentation:
* CKGT sees the following for the animal feed products:
- Fully ramped revs for animal feed only at USD $24mm per year
- Feed market penetration of 1%
* 2009 revs should come in at or above $21mm. Therefore feed products fully ramped represent over a 100% to CKGT 2009 revenues.
* The cited current feed product margin rate is 16%. At $21mm feed revs per year, feed margins are $3.8mm per year, or $0.19 per share diluted.
Weshallsee, you aren't supposed to ask about the 101 trades. Most folks don't know, and the ones that do don't talk about it. FYI
Jim Cramer: Mobile Internet "Tsunami" approaching..
http://www.thestreet.com/story/10645425/1.html
CDIV has a proven history of acquiring properties, turning them into money makers and selling them for a profit. They are now acquiring mobile internet properties, quietly setting up shop in an area that (even Jim Cramer knows) is going to be a massive game changer.
In the new year, I can't wait to see how CDIV relaunches sites like phace.mobi. I have looked at the basic architecture of this site and others, and believe with a minimal amount of investment, CDIV will turn these into money makers. Something they've already proven they know how to do.
We're easy to get along with, but I can imagine having 10 or 20 million short shares against our float lockup sort of puts a bind in one's boxers..
Maybe we should send them a fruit basket or some flowers or something. "In sympathy for your loss at this difficult time.."
I haven't seen a better example of MM manipulation than them locking the ask down this morning. They are so desperate to get sellers at their cover prices it is hilarious.
Morning LG!
Turn the ANR on in your headset sir.. it's going to get loud where we're headed
My apologies sir! I mean, my apologies sir.
Morning sir!
Morning CDIV'rs! Let's kick some MM butt today!
After doing some research yesterday on the distribution agreement for North Carolina, I entered NLEF at .79 yesterday afternoon.
NLEF's launch of their new 'Sweet Tea' product ties very well to the North Carolina strategy. My family recently relocated to North Carolina, and I can tell you (as anyone who lives here can as well) that 'Sweet Tea' is the Carolina's beverage of choice. If you have never been to the Carolinas, you may underestimate how much is consumed. I spoke with the manager at a local fatz cafe restaurant (small town, pop ~20,000 folks) who explained how his staff has to brew 50 gallons every day at 6 am.
The Macdonalds by my house says the best selling drink behind Coke is Sweet Tea. Macdonalds advertises its Sweet Tea here on freeway billboards.
The introduction of the Sweet Tea product to the Carolinas has potential, even for a yankee outfit from New York.
But what seems to sets NLEF apart is their pricing strategy. The Carolinian NLEF Sweet Tea drinker will be the blue collar worker who does not have time or money to sit down in a restaurant. The mini marts and convenience stores do a large business in rural North Carolina both at breakfast and the lunch hour.
NLEF's 'affordable high quality' pricing strategy is correct for this market, and I'm in.
Appears ready to leap off of the 100 DMA
CKGT management is behaving very conservative, like a company who will uplist next year, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it. CSP, have you heard anything about a possible CKGT uplisting next year?
No kidding about that! And I'm suspicious CDIV has just gotten started on the internet strategy, should be interesting to watch.
Count me in for the long haul, sir..
CKGT Too much good news is on the way! 2010 earnings!
CKGT: Cactus feeding frenzy under way!
Sounds great to me!
yes, the kids in the snow- good memory making material. committed group of investors here.. no weak hands, just a matter of CDIV continuing to do the right thing in my opinion..
Morning Joelwy.. you made my teeth chatter just thinking about it..
Good point.. mistletoe rally!
As yoda said- there is no try, only do. Doesn't seem to be working.. :)
Geeeeewwwwwd Mornin CDIV board! Santa Claus rally in our future here?
Steven I think you're right on, I have no idea whether we go higher or lower today but know that the volatility on CKGT will be increasing. I believe the word is getting out on CKGT and our window for cheap shares is closing.
LG- Good morning to you! Let's rock..
Just a matter of time, sir. I was impressed with the strength last week- looked like MMs walked it down several times, but fills were very slow..
CKGT: Paps, crisp and well put as usual.
Traderfan, you are correct. Thanks for sparking the conversation last week. I love Ihub for that very reason, I meet investors I respect because I can see their thinking demonstrated; and with respect to CKGT, I find the cross references to the collective DD strongly supportive of a new base forming for January. I continue to add shares in support of the ask because movement like JoeTeng's bunker buster from Friday (and I trust all of our adds, though not as dramatic) represent the most meaningful vote of all.
As is demonstrating itself again, the Ihubbers are leading, and the broader independent investment community will follow. CKGT is a great company and a great stock. Upward!
We all missed you Monk! Welcome back. There have been some very interesting signs forming with CDIV- we had some nice volume and a bid stack that many commented on. I remain convinced this company and its stock are building a solid future, and one that will soon be expressed in the PPS! :)
You know it Royal!
Me too!
Welcome back CSP. As you might have read, JoeTeng went cactus fishing with a stick of dynamite, and blew CKGT out of the water at 3:59 with his bunker buster. It was fun to watch.
And you my friend. Have a great weekend sir.
Nicely done sir.
Hasta Monday, LG. Have a great weekend.
Just read this one, person mark for you JoTeng, you are a riot.
Hilarious sir. Way to show how it's done.
CKGT: Jo Teng, ruler of the Friday afternoon, I am laughing my ass off. You may call the ask your bitch.
TSTC: Joe, you are an example. Thanks for showing us all how it's done on a weekly basis.
