Response from the mysterious GreenGold Ray at <greengoldray@hotmail.com>
"Dear Randall,
"We are preparing our 15c211 for publishing on the Pink Sheets, and eventually will become a reporting company for the bulletin board, however, we are only interested in providing our business plan to qualified investors that we have determined are serious about making a substantial investment. The terms of any future investing are open to negotiations.
"We haven't yet determined the number of shares that will be required to fund all of our investment needs, but we are being careful so as not to issue too many shares.
TO WHICH I REPLIED:
"GreenGold Ray,
"How do you suppose I or anyone else would be able to make a decision about investing in the company without having the information about which you speak?
"At this point I'm more interested in learning about the company, it's capital structure and business play than I am in making a "substantial investment."
"If you would forward to me an executive summary and business plan I'd be interested to take a look.
"Thanks."
LOL Yeah. Good luck with that. I've played that game before.

News Pretty Significant in my opinion

Nice to hear something...but RS was basically saying don't look for anything soon. The thing that is frustrating is that the listing criteria for Pinksheets.com is minimal compared to S/O requirements for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.
It would make sense to me that if he wanted to, they could send "unaudited" fincials to pinksheets.com and get us back at least to where we were before.
We shall see.
Randy
Hey Kirk, I was just looking on PinkSheets.com and the top tier pink sheets appears to be refering to the QX Level.
There are some variation in the different QX Levels between
PremierQX SEC
Registered PremierQX
International PremierQX
PrimeQX
SEC Registered PrimeQX
International PrimeQX
Of course there are different criteria for each or these:
http://www.otcqx.com/otcqx/docs/OTCQX%20Listing%20Chart.pdf
But all of them requre audited finanical disclosures....though the international category requires only the requirments of 12g3 (not sure exactly what that means.
All pretty interesting and good. Full disclosure will be huge for a company like this.
Randy
Hey Janice,
Yeah that wasn't real clear. :) It was sent from this email address.
"GreenGold Ray" <greengoldray@hotmail.com>
It was pretty short and sweet.
If those posting about how bad the company was previously (in terms of management) are right....you would think that after such a major reverse that there would be at least some manipulation/hyping to a higher price at some point. I guess time will tell.
Regards,
Randy
I'll have you know that just today I received an email from Green Gold Energies. :)
I had emailed them and said I was trying to figure out if the company was real and viable or just a good story.
Here was their response:
Dear Sir,
GRYE~ GreenGold Ray Energies, Inc. are both real, viable and a good story, as we are growing Jatrophas, a plant that produces seeds that we will turn into bio-diesel, with each plant life span of up to 50 years with little maintenance.
Being a bit of a skeptic I replied with the following:
Nice to hear from you. If you have a copy of the business plan or financials and such I would be grateful to have a look at them. Perhaps you have an investor's pack available.
I've read the articles on Wikpedia about Jatropha and am fairly familiar with it's ability and productivity. The questions that weigh heavy on my mind are how much additional capital requirments will the company need to build the processing facility and what affect will this have on the capital structure of the company...dilution and shares outstanding.
I would like to know if the company will be providing finacial statements to investors like me directly, or through either pinksheets.com or the SEC to become a fully reporting company on the bulletin board.
Thanks for replying to my inquiry.
If I get a response I will post it here.
Regards,
Randy
Doesn't anyone care about this news?
Here's my spin on it. We've heard for months that there was supposedly a joint venture or something in the works.
Anyway, here's my theory. The company has some primo real estate...even this news talked about it. I'm guessing that before exchanging a third or half of the company for an influx of cash....the principles themselves management, board members and close investors have put up over a million bucks of their own money.
Now we hear about a fairly extensive drilling program...for a number of relatively shallow wells. Why? My guess is cause they're thinking that they will probably hit oil on some of these.
Once/when/if they do...the cost of their equity financing will go down significantly in terms of how much of the company they will have to give away. Why? Cause their stock price will be substantially higher than it is now.
Oh wait. If that happens we will have already made a substantial return on our investment...and it will really become much much more as the fields get further explored and put into production.
Does this sound like a plausible interpretation of today's press release?
Randy
Well that was a pretty detailed explanation. Thanks.
Randy
That's my understanding of the way it works. :) If there are financials disclosed and the JV is fully disclosed, I think we will probably be able to learn as much or more from them.
But as usual, time will tell.
Randy
With these growth rates, reaching the projected $40 Million in Revenues this calender year should be a breeze.
Hypothetically, if Q4 revenues grow by 200% plus growth..... that would give us $45 Million in gross revenue (or more) for 2008.
The question that remains is whether or not they can do this profitably. I do not doubt that the comments made in today's press release were intended to address this exact point.
The Company also expects the 2008 third quarter will result in improved operating results compared to the 2008 second quarter, as the Company has streamlined operations, reducing or eliminating some of the Selling, General and Administrative expenses it incurred during the 2008 second quarter.
"While we continue to focus on growing the market for many of our key products, during the 2008 second quarter we incurred many expenses necessary to streamline our operations for the second half of the year as well as 2009," said Melissa K. Rice, Chief Executive Officer. "As a result of these operating efficiencies, we expect lower SG&A expenses for the second half of the year, as we focus on reaching GAAP profitability."
So it sounds like we're still moving forward. WE shall see.
Randy
Record Revenues Continue...., I would say this is about as good press release we could hope for.
If DRG continues generating revenue at $3.5 Million per month...that would give us $10.5 Million for Q3 which would give us increased revenue growth rate of 219% percent for this year's Q3 compared to last years.
That's pretty exciting...
Here's a summary of DRG's Gross Revenues*:
2006 Q1 $2.0 Million
2006 Q2 $2.4 Million
2006 Q3 $2.5 Million
2006 Q4 $4.75 Million
Total for 2006: $11.65 Million
2007 Q1 $4.3 Million (growth 115%)
2007 Q2 $3.6 Million (growth 50%)
2007 Q3 $4.8 Million (growth 88%)
2007 Q4 $7.4 Million (growth 57%)
Total for 2007: $20.1 Million (Average growth over 2006 72%)
2008 Q1 $10.1 Million (growth 234%)
2008 Q2 $9.6 Million (growth 266%)
2008 Q3 $10.5e Million (growth 219%) Estimate
AVERAGE Y/Y QUARTERLY GROWTH RATE IN 2008-----239 PERCENT!!!
Without September revenues, we already have $34.2 Million in gross revenues in the last four quarters. If September yeilds another $3.5 Million in sales, we will be at $37.6 Million dollars in gross revenues for the trailing four quarters.. ZOOOWWIE!!!!
I've been watching from a distance. When I started reading the Raging Bull thread (which is more active than this) the stock was trading aroud .12 cents and ran up to 19 cents and has come down to present levels.
I'd take closer look over there if I were you.

NEWS RELEASED. Holloman Energy Initiates Geophysical Confirmation Program in Cooper Basin of Australia
Monday September 8, 10:28 am ET
[NOTE: I'm not sure why this news didn't show up anywhere...not on TD Ameritrad or even Yahoo. Odd.]
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/080908/149866.html
HOUSTON, Sept. 8, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Holloman Energy Corporation (OTC BB:HENC.OB - News) (``the Company''), through its interim CEO, Grant Petersen is pleased to announce that it is beginning a drilling program of shallow test wells (200m) on its Australian Petroleum Exploration Lease (PEL) 112, to confirm the location of physical structures identified by the Company's seismic data. This shallow drilling is in advance of a multi-well drilling program with total depths to approximately 6,500 feet, is expected to start late in the fourth quarter of 2008 to early 2009. On advice of the Company's Australian based technical consultants, a recommendation has been made that the Company first drill ``Up-hole'' tests at key strategic points on the specific seismic lines which have been used to define the target structures. The results from these Up-hole tests will be used to fine tune the exploration well locations.
Up-hole tests, while not required are not uncommon in this part of the Cooper Basin due to a surface layer of thick sand dunes. Upon completion of these Up-hole tests, pending successful outcomes, the Company will apply for drilling permits from the Australian Government.
The proposed well locations are located in the upper panhandle portion of the Company's 554 thousand acre PEL112 concession in Australia's prolific Cooper Eromonga Basin. What makes this play and our locations of such current interest is its center alignment and close proximity to the newly discovered Cooper Energy Parsons Field less than 25km to the Northeast (First two wells with an initial production capacity of approximately 4,792 bod), the Beach Petroleum Callawonga Field and additional 10km further to the to the Northeast. (Three wells, approximately 5,000 bod) and the Malapula Field (Est. 1-5mm barrels recoverable) to the Southwest. The Company's well locations can be found on its website at this link. http://www.hollomanenergy.com/Cooper_Basin_PEL112
About Holloman Energy
Holloman Energy Corp. is an emerging international oil and gas exploration and development independent whose controlling shareholder is Houston-based Holloman Corp. (http://www.hollomancorp.com). The company's primary activities are located in well-defined Australian assets. Holloman currently holds interests in an excess of 1.7 million acres in Australia. HENC now has working interests, varying between 37.5% and 100%, in several oil and gas permits awarded by the Australian government. These permits cover 5,873 square kilometers (1,118,145 acres) of land in the Cooper basin and 2,589 square kilometers (639,755 acres) offshore in the Gippsland basin and Barrow sub-basin. HENC's management believes Australia is a politically stable environment that is pro hydrocarbon development. The oil and gas areas in which HENC holds its interests have had several major discoveries in various stages of development since the late 1960's, and have yielded substantial production to the global markets. Several of the world's largest oil and gas companies are producing, developing and exploring adjacent to each of HENC's oil and gas concessions. HENC believes that Australian oil and gas reserves are widely known to be under-explored and under-developed. Industry estimates set proven reserves of Australian oil at 4 billion bbls though only a small fraction of known potential has been exploited. HENC believes the Australian environment provides the enviable combination of low-risk and strong potential return.

Thanks Osprey. I appreciated your post. It will be good to hear something from the company how things are going in the 3rd quarter. The last couple quarters they've given us at least some sort of update on revenues for the first two months of the quarter.
Hopefully, if they give us an update like this we will at least get some idea of how things are going (or should I say growing?).
Maybe I'll do a repost of "Links to Check
daily" and add a link to the State of Florida Corporation website.
Anyway, regards to all. The revenue growth of DRG has been pretty remarkable...but lately with the large loss it's been pretty hard to appreciate.
I was talking to a friend the other day...and he thought that the largeness of the loss was perhaps attributable the value products that were tested and cancelled. Who knows?
Regards,
Randy
I don't know Harold....
The more of your posts I read (or in this case watch) the more I am impressed. :)
Randy
I wanted you to know that I had read your post and have been thinking about how to reply. I've been pretty busy but will share a few thoughts.
Although a person's heart can quite easily be deceived (confused--believe what which is not true), I believe I do live with conviction and consistency. I think answering the ultimate questions of life can best be done from the perspective revealed in the Bible. At least to me the biblical worldview is intellectually consistent and best accounts for the world in which we live.
The odds of any other world view or system of thought adequately (consistently) accounting for the world we live in are astronomical.
I believe the Christian ethic is undoubtedly, unmistakably the best way to live. I suppose from your perspective this is the result of human logic and experience....but I think it's much more. It is consistant, generally has good results in life. Where as the ethic or the non-ethic of the world is harmful to self, others and culture. The ethic of the world in my mind is what we see prevailing upon ours and other cultures....immorality, selfishness, meaninglessness, purposelessness. I think increasing suicide rates are no surprise for any culture that is living in spiritual darkness...or in rebellion against the Creator.
Oh well, I need to go review my message (sermon) for this mornings service. Have a wonderful day! I'm going to.
Randy
Here's a few verses for you from 2 Peter 3:
1 Beloved, I now write to you this second epistle (in both of which I stir up your pure minds by way of reminder), 2 that you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior, 3 knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” 5 For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, 6 by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. 7 But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
8 But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. 11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.

Hey Mike...yeah there's some history and questions...but the chinese pharm is pretty sound from what I can tell.
I have't looked in the ibox...but I think the day before the split we closed somewhere between 20 and 24 cents.
So depending which you pick....40 times that equals between 8 and $10.00 per share.
AND>...company last traded today at $13.50. Which is pretty strong and could well get stronger. We shall seel.
I actually owned this before the Reverse merger and broke the story on Ihub back in October of 07. Pretty huge. Unfortunately, I don't own a share...but my dad owns a pretty good chunk.
Regards,
Randy
Oh yeah...new stock symbol is GNPH
Randy
Hey Guys I have one for you. GTEC....had a chinese pharmeceutical reversed into it....they just executed a 1 for 40 reverse split and are in process of uplisting.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=31943510
So what's the deal?? Over on MDMN board there were over 50 posts...and over here... one.
Now if CDCH has proportionally fewer shares...and we have proportionally fewer posts....I can deal with that.
BUT 50 to 1. I just don't get it. :)
Here's hoping the hype is realized this time with a some PRs about the Joint Venture in the near term.
Deadheaded, this is the same address listed on Pinksheets and if I'm not mistaken the address Mark Balbier used to use....
I'll do some more checking for you.
I'm wondering if Mark Balbier doesn't/isn't using an assumed name.
Just a theory.
Randy
Sounds chilly. Your post made me laugh as I tried to figure out whether you meant it sarcastically or were being serious.
Here's the full description from the 10Q:

two trades..... 200 shares sold at 5.25 and 100 shares sold at $21.00
If I had some liquidity I'd be sitting on the bid for 500 shares at $6.00 ... but that just might be me. That'd be .15 per share pre-split.

Yeppers, just over a two million shares.
One would think it would be pretty strong. But sense GTPH 's story is still largly unknown....I wonder how it will trade.

Randy
OK I'll put you out of your misery of posting to yourself.
I haven't owned any shares for a while, but I find the story intriguing. I've heard the hype from a couple sources. Who knows?
A friend of mine is making a hydrogen generator of sorts that he will put on his vehicle. It's supposed to
add hydrogen to the air intake and improve gas mileage. I'm still waiting to see it before I believe it. The whole subject is intriguing.

I believe this is about the highest rank I have given to any company.
Notes:
(a) Public fload is puny. 18.7 Million shares were issued to affect the reverse merger.
(b) It appears the S-1 Filing was planned from the inception of the $15 Million debentures. I don't believe the debentures are convertable to shares, but default will result in tranfer of assets from one of the oil fields purchased (using the debentures)..
(c) The stock is presently trading at low end of recent range I believe mostly out of concern for the S-1. It may go a little lower, but my guess is the shares will be gobbled up.
Said differently, if I had some liquidity I would be a buyer.
That is the question I asnwered by listening to you. LOL I figured you're the analyst. still LOL.
It's pretty tough to know for sure.
You might take another look at the companies I mentioned to a while back. CDCH and MDMN. If things actually come together as the longs hope they will become the stuff stories are told about for years to come.
Randy
FYI...ABAT didnt' look too exciting.

LOL. Still LOL. Too funny. LOL. I just visited their crappy little website and tried contacting the company. I'll let you know if I hear anything.
Now...don't go calling me a long just yet. :) I'm only holding 100 shares too.
Randy
Remember that WRII went to triple zeros because it was being diluted to crap. It wouldn't make sense to do such a big reverse only to let it fall like that.
Right now they have a story...and there have been buyers over the last week...at higher prices. Has to make you wonder at least a little bit.
The only way for a bid to show up from an investor like me would be for an order of 5000 shares under 50 cents or 2500 shares between 51-$1.00. Over a buck they will show up for 500. Otherwise I'd give you $50 bucks for them....but transfering them might be a pain. :)
Randy
