Dudes,
Does ADCS currently have any products or services in the marketplace? Are they currently offering prepayment cards and payment processing....or is something they will offer in the future?
Is ADCS one of few, or one of many, companies offering payment solutions?
Any opinions would be appreciated.
Dudes,
This will be an important weekend. USEI Tweeted there will be products on display at the Seattle vendor show Saturday and Sunday.
If there are a decent array and variety of products, we may see a bump in the stock price early next week. USEI is a VIP sponsor, so they have the platform and the visibility to showcase what they have to offer.
If USEI stumbles and fails to impress, the stock will crash and there will be no recovery.
Next week, will be bust or boom for USEI, in my opinion.
Any predictions on what will happen?
Dudes,
"A simple picture with some product and packaging Tony.
Just a thought."
Why hasn't management provided any pictures with packaging? Is this part of their strategy to perhaps have a grand unveiling at this weekend's vendor fair?
Or perhaps they just don't have any products...but this can't be the case, as management Tweeted there will be products on display.
Any thoughts on how this is going to play out?
Dudes,
The next day or two will be critical. The vendor fair starts tomorrow and USEI is a VIP sponsor.
On the USEI Twitter page, there is a tweet promising various products will be on display. But there is no information as to what these products are.
If USEI is able to showcase a decent variety of products all neatly wrapped with the Real McCoy logo, this could signal the begin of the next rally.
Otherwise, USEI will fall deeper into the gutter.
Any predictions on what will happen?
Dude,
I did not mean to twist your words and, perhaps, I did not understand. Can you explain?
Dude,
"I went into several dispenseries last week. The edibles were nothing special. Companies like mjn@ products that were indeed on store shelves were said to be not very popular and the strengths hit or miss. If Usei can come out with a good product we could go bonkers. GLTA"
If the edibles are nothing special, then that is not good for USEI. USEI seems to be banking on the success of the edible products, but if there isn't much of a demand for edibles...then this is very bad for USEI.
Dudes,
What is the outlook for ADCS?
The stock seems to be stuck at these levels. ADCS is in the payment side of the business, and there appears to be tremendous opportunity.
What is the view on this stock.....stay away, or load up?
Dudes,
My views and opinions on the long term prospects of USEI have been well stated, as well as, my views on the unscrupulous nature of the management.
However, USEI shares are due for a bounce and I am betting that USEI has one or two more pumps to go. Washington is opening up next month, and I am betting that USEI will push out favorable press releases and make all sorts of promises.
Money will flow back into this stock, in the short term. Down side is limited from here, best to add to positions and hold.
Dude,
I am not sure if USEI will reach 0.02 to 0.05 in the short term. But, I do believe the stock will rise over the next couple of weeks.
The company needs to announce positive news regarding the edibles. The 'Real McCoy' is a catchy slogan and may entice people to purchase, but first, they need to get the products to the market. I cannot understand why USEI ran into problems in Colorado. But, they need to produce in Washington and soon...otherwise all faith will be lost.
Any idea when WA will be legal? And NY?
Dudes,
The vendor fair is only days away and USEI, especially as a VIP sponsor, needs to have a good showing.
Look for positive PR and for them to showcase (or at least prove) they have edibles. This needs to happen in order for the stock to have a short term burst to the upside.
Go long for the next couple of weeks.
Dudes,
Forget about the fundamentals of the company for the next couple of weeks. Forget about scams, lies and untruths.
Focus on the 'pump'. USEI is a VIP sponsor at the upcoming vendor fair in Washington. Look for the company to release absolutely fantastic press releases hailing their sponsorship as a success and promising new business. The stock price will get a sort term lift..and may even gap up significantly.
Go long...I am going long at the open.
Dude,
"Ask, how can we take you seriously now? You have entered the Lumberdokter zone of credibility. Well not that bad but close. I'm disappointed."
Why has my credibility been tarnished? I clearly stated my opinion, in the long term, is this company will not survive. In the short term, I believe management has one or two more pumps, which will elevate the stock, especially with the vendor fair coming up.
Long term, stay away....short term, take advantage of remaining pumps.
Dudes,
What is the deal with this company? Is it a buy, sell or hold.
What are your opinions?
I do not know much about this business, can anyone share their opinions.
Dude,
Stunning reversal. I am going long USEI.
Long term, this company has no future. My position has not changed on this fact.
But short term, USEI will bounce. The vendor fair is coming up, and USEI is a sponsor. Look for glorious PR this week and next. The PR will hail the vendor fair as a success and promise new business. The stock will rise on this news.
USEI has one or two major 'pumps' left before it is done for good. Go long this week and ride the wave.
Dude,
"No revenues as promised in Colorado for April. This was promised about one week before April. One would think that everything was in place for sales in April if someone promised it one week before April. Not one word about it except some frantic PR that said Colorado is difficult to do business in. I lost money to this SCAM. That is my motivation."
They supposedly sold vapor pens, but management refuses to release sales data. If money was made, I would not be surprised in management pocketed that money for their own personal use. Pink sheet stocks have minimal reporting requirements and are not required to produce audited financials. So, it will be very easy for management to pocket any money.
Dude,
"Legal Washington july"
How does this help USEI? Colorado is legal and they failed big-time in that State.
So, what will they do differently in WA?
Dude,
"USEI when July comes plan on the pps to do things nobody could ever p r dict."
I have heard this before....first it was wait until April for audited financials, then it was wait until May for the edibles, then is was wait until June for the dispensary. Not it is wait until July.
It seems with every passing month of failure, we are always looking toward the next month.
Dude,
"revenue produced by the sale of fuel produced (less cost); which should exceed $6 million dollars annually"
If you add up all the promised revenue, USEI would be a billion dollar company.
But its a scam, which is why the stock price is a fraction of a penny.
The same scam is being done again. They will disappear and emerge next year in a whole new business, playing the same scam.
Dude,
"IMO $USEI$ is a real company that will do what they say in time. and then you will be choking on CROW. "
Really? So in time USEI will reap the benefits of the $150 million Singular 96 deal?
Or what about the $90m+ Thai bus deal?
So according to you, in time, USEI will receive hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue? After all, they said they will...so it will happen.
Dude,
"IF USEI IS NOT A SCAM THEY WILL BE ABLE TO PROVE IT. THEY JUST NEED TO SHOW HARD CORE PROOF TO SUPPORT THEIR CLAIMS. IT IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT. IF USEI IS A SCAM THEY WILL KEEP THEIR MOUTH CLOSED AND DUMP LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW! GLTA!"
The problem is USEI is not showing proof of anything. They can post pictures of the edibles (not illegal to to that), or the can release sales data (like most other companies do).
Pump and dump companies continually pump out PRs as long as they can....the higher the pump, the better. So, they will not keep their mouth closed.
Dude,
USEI has nothing up and running, and probably don't intend to. This is a pump and dump company. Yes, they may spend money to dupe people into thinking the company is legitimate. But, they artificiality increase the stock price through flowery PRs and hype, then dump the stock.
They have no product and do not intend on producing any products. They hype the stock price and then cash out.
USEI has done this before.
Dude,
"I haven't seen integrity in Ty. "
Yet, USEI chooses to partner with him? It is amazing how Ty is being thrown under the bus now. While he was pumping the stock, he was loved...he was insightful....he was knowledgeable.
When he exposes the fraud, he is a shady felon who should not be believed nor trusted.
Remember, USEI partnered with him and he accompanied the CEO on business trips. Thus, USEI had faith and confidence in him.
Ty said what you did not want to hear, the truth. USEI has no products. The CEO claims to have sold lots of vaper pens, but he does not produce sales data.
This stock has been on a steady decline after the initial run to 0.02....because the greater investment community believes this to be a scam. Everyday, I read the chorus of how USEI is on sale and to buy immediately...yet the stock still goes lower.
With no products and a public who is tired of the hype, USEI is done. Sure they can sponsor a show or trade fair...it only takes a few hundred dollars to be a sponsor. Heck, I could be a sponsor too. This says nothing about the credibility of the company.
If USEI has edibles, why can't they be displayed on the website? There is nothing stopping management from showcasing the supposed product lineup on the website.
Dude,
"I agree with you. I feel sorry for all investors that listen to this guy and end up selling for lost. This is just starting and so many market to open up for usei. I can not wait untill the show and sponsering event in washington. So many partners or invistors will know about usei and will get on board with us"
Why would anyone want to partner with USEI? What does USEI have to offer?
They have not demonstrated any products, they have no money. They have nothing.
So, what does USEI bring to the table?
Dude,
"Fact is, only continued quarterly filings and a FORM 10 will prove or disprove what has been said by management for the last several months. Without it, you will still have ZERO in the proof department and ZERO as a basis for any trash talk your spewing! "
Well, USEI is not required to file a Form 10. So, I guess we will never know...and as we will never know, the stock price will still suffer. Furthermore, the recent set of financials were unaudited and management refuses to provide audited financials. Thus, there is no independent authority vetting the numbers.
USEI is not a full reporting entity, hence the earlier promise in February, by management, to uplist to the OTC QB which has stricter reporting requirements.
Management broke its promise to file the necessary paperwork by April, hence one of the reasons for the steady decline in the stock price.
Dude,
USEI is done.
With the recently revelation by a former partner that this company is a scam, combined with the reality there are no edibles, no dispensary and nothing else....money will not flow into this stock. Money will continue to leave and not come back.
The only thing that can lift the stock is actual sales data, actual revenue numbers. So far, USEI has just pumped out PRs full of promises, but short on delivery.
The stock is done. Perhaps management can put out one more pump to give the stock a temporary boost. But effectively, look for USEI to disappear...just as they always do....and emerge at a future date, in a new industry, and with new promises. Thus, the pump and dump cycle repeats.....
Dudes,
Let's summarize where USEI is at the moment.
1) Edibles....there are no edibles. Despite claims by the CEO of having a 25 product lineup and 3 bakers, there is no proof that this exists. No pictures...and not a listing of the exact products.
2) Dispensary. On the ERBB Twitter page, it clearly stated that details of the USEI relationship will be released once the relationship exists. So right now, there is no relationship and nothing happening with the dispensary.
3) Farming and cultivation. This is not going to happen and the CEO admitted he can't get the seeds.
4) Vapor. Well, these things are supposedly selling, but the CEO refuses to release sales or revenue statistics. This seems suspect as there is no reason to withhold this information.
5) Washington. If USEI can't execute in Colorado, then why do you think they will be able to execute in Washington? The CEO claims residency requirements in Colorado was an unforeseen problem. Really...do you believe this? Most of the cannabis companies in Colorado are startups, just like USEI Cannabis. Most of which have only been around for a year or less. This residency excuse is a lie.
6) Oils, waxes and other consumer products. The CEO has been silent on this, so nothing happening here.
In short, USEI is a scam and if you read the PRs carefully, you will see contradictions and falsehoods.
Dude,
"This last PR that came out today was very good PR."
No sir, this is not the case. The PR was actually bad and confirmed that USEI has not done much.
1) How could management not know the residency requirements of Colorado beforehand? Either he is lying or incompetent.
2) USEI has 3 bakers and 25 edible products? Where? Are they in Colorado, where it is legal? How can this be showcased in WA next week if they are not legal there (management said the products would be on display)?
3) Management has not provided any sales data...why?
Something is still fishy
Dude,
"Sweet never expected to get shares this morning for .002"
Well, you will be able to buy more at 0.001 eventually. USEI management is not being truthful about many things. Notice how management did not provide any actual sales data.
Notice how management is lying about the edibles.....where are the edibles now? Sitting in a Colorado kitchen? How can they showcase the edibles at the upcoming trade show in Seattle, if they are illegal in WA? Where are the 3 bakers, in Colorado? And what did the make?
Dude,
"Weak hands ran for the hills and gave us a nice entry point today. In the next month, it will be profit. USEI is poised for a run up."
The USEI 'run' has been predicted for many months now. As each month passes, the 'run' is predicted to happen the next month.
As the stock declines, the sentiment on this board is USEI is on sale and to buy quickly as these prices will never be seen again. However, this has been proven to be a flawed strategy. Well, at 0.006, for example, the sentiment was to hurry and buy as the
'6s' will not be seen again....and you are probably right. The stock is in the '4s' now and probably wont see the '6s' again.
USEI has been exposed as a scam, by their former #1 partner and cheerleader. This should be concern to everyone.
The CEO is still not telling the truth about the edibles and is lying about Colorado residency causing unexpected delays. Before attempting to do anything in that State, he would have known about State residency requirements...so either he is a liar, or incompetent. Either way, this is not good.
Dudes,
This does not make sense:
"Edibles are technically not legal in any state with the exception of Colorado. We are not going to break the law and sell or produce edibles in states where they are not legal. We have developed over 25 edible market ready products and have 3 bakers ready who have developed products for USEI."
So, are the 3 bakers located in Colorado, as this is the only state where they are legal? Are the 25 products sitting in a Colorado kitchen? So, you have a lineup of 25 products, but can't sell in Colorado because USEI lacks the State residency requirement and you can't sell anywhere else because they are not legal?
How can you demo the edibles at the June conference in Seattle if they will not be legal there until July? Will you have pictures on display?
Something sounds fishy about the supposed edibles.
The American Green supposed deal is BS as well..."Our American Green relationship is very strong ". Look at the American Green Twitter page. They clearly state the details of the relationship with USEI will be made available IF the relationship is consummated. In other words, we will know about the relationship once it exists, but presently does not exist.
Another BS press release.
Notice, how he did not provide any information on actual sales or revenue. He basically admitted that USEI hasn't accomplished much at all.
Dudes,
I have repeatedly said that USEI is a scam and I stuck by my opinion, despite repeated personal attacks.
DOK, whom most of you once loved and revered, has said the same thing.
When he pumps the stock, everyone loves him. Now, he is reporting the company is a scam, and everyone hates him.
Dudes, there is no real agreement with ERBB, from their Twitter account:
"Details of the relationship will be available when and if consummated."
What does this mean? It means there presently is no relationship. If a relationship develops, details will be made public. But for now, there is no relationship.
We all have been conned and duped!
Dudes,
From American Green:
"Details of the relationship will be available when and if consummated."
In other words, there is no working relationship. Details of the working relationship will be available once the working relationship exists. But as there is no working relationship presently, there are no available details.
These guys are very clever with their words. I urge all to read carefully.
Dudes,
From USEI:
"Slander is a serious crime...especially from a criminal...insider trading is a crime too $USEI will stay on course to grow the business"
Yes, but so is securities fraud. But exposing this crime, DOK may be protected, under the law, by the Whistle Blower Protection Act.
As he exposed alleged wrongdoing, he may be protected from any criminal prosecution.
Thus, the threats, from USEI, about slander really are not an issue.
If he indeed has a recording, then it is Tony who should be fearing the law.
Dudes,
Many of you once praised DOK, but are not crucifying him. Why?
The guy has a lot to loose, and nothing to gain, by his actions today. You choose to ignore him, but believe Tony.....the Tony who has a history of scams and lies? You want proof of his scams, Google Singular 96, the Methes Energy deal. You want proof of scams executed by former USEI management, Google Thai bus deal, GM retrofit deal.
This company, USEI, is nothing but scams...present and past management. If you dont believe me, just lookup the deals that I just mentioned.
Guys and gals, please dont be so naive.
Dudes,
It is amazing how so many people, on this board, supposedly sold their USEI shares prior to today.
I have repeatedly said this company was a scam and I stood by my claim, even when I was the subject of harsh criticisms.
USEI's main partner confirmed the lack of edibles and confirmed the company and its CEO are a complete sham.
So what happens now...the road back to 0.0001 is well underway
Dudes,
Did you read what happened?
"Lollipopvapor is a legitimate business. I am a legitimate person. My reputation is on the line. Let the truth be known. Tony Miller is fraud"
"Morals are important to me. I'm sad to report I learned last week that $USEI is a fraud. I was manipulated into partnering, no edibles exist"
This is from one of USEI's partners.
I have been saying this all along. USEI is a fraud and a scam.
Now, how can this company be defended?
Dude,
"I find no reason whatsoever to think Tony is deliberately keeping us in the dark"
Let's look at a few facts surrounded a past deal.
Tony announced Singular 96 and confirmed production and delivery of the product. Tony announced USEI will have no problem satisfying the $150m deal. Tony announced Singluar 96 will be distributed worldwide in the very near future.
Tony then disappeared (after the stock rallied 5000% on the news, and then crashed)
Tony never mentioned Singular 96 again.
So, Tony has kept us in the dark before. Actually, he has a history of keeping investors in the dark. I just gave one example, and there are many others.
Dudes,
The endless chorus of how 'cheap' the shares are is not a reason to invest.
There is a reason why the shares are cheap and why the stock is selling off. The greater investment community recognizes this is a scam and is staying away.
Hey, what happened to the celebrity endorsement? It seems this latest 'pump' has been conveniently forgotten and seemingly forgiven.
Also, if USEI cannot execute in Colorado, what makes you sure they will execute in Washington?
Dude,
"Massive gain for USEI by end of summer"
Why do think there will be massive gains? In order for this to happen, USEI needs products to sell. Do you think USEI will release a significant line of products soon?
Dudes,
Message boards are not the exclusive domain for supporters of particular company and are not only of the dissemination of positive information.
Negative aspects of a company should be discussed in an open forum as well.
Therefore, calls and requests for so called 'bashers' to disappear is totally without merit.
Now, it is a fact that USEI management has failed to deliver on the many promises. A simple search would reveal the numerous deals that were announced, but did not happen. The biggest of which was Singular 96, a reported $150m deal and this management confirmed actual production and delivery of this product. Then the deal somehow 'disappeared' with no word from management. After a 5000% gain, the stock crashed...while management remained silent.
Clearly, management has a fiduciary duty to notify shareholders, but they chose not to do so. A bigger company would have been sued and company officers would have been the target of an investigation.
Again...this is a fact.
History is repeating itself again, but with cannabis.
USEI (aside from re-branding cheap vape pens) have no product. When Washington opens up, USEI stock may not rally as they have no product to sell. Money will continue to leave USEI and flow into companies who actually have a real, tangible product to sell.
