Dude,

"No revenues as promised in Colorado for April. This was promised about one week before April. One would think that everything was in place for sales in April if someone promised it one week before April. Not one word about it except some frantic PR that said Colorado is difficult to do business in. I lost money to this SCAM. That is my motivation."

They supposedly sold vapor pens, but management refuses to release sales data. If money was made, I would not be surprised in management pocketed that money for their own personal use. Pink sheet stocks have minimal reporting requirements and are not required to produce audited financials. So, it will be very easy for management to pocket any money.
