Dude,

USEI has nothing up and running, and probably don't intend to. This is a pump and dump company. Yes, they may spend money to dupe people into thinking the company is legitimate. But, they artificiality increase the stock price through flowery PRs and hype, then dump the stock.

They have no product and do not intend on producing any products. They hype the stock price and then cash out.

USEI has done this before.
