Dudes,

This does not make sense:

"Edibles are technically not legal in any state with the exception of Colorado. We are not going to break the law and sell or produce edibles in states where they are not legal. We have developed over 25 edible market ready products and have 3 bakers ready who have developed products for USEI."

So, are the 3 bakers located in Colorado, as this is the only state where they are legal? Are the 25 products sitting in a Colorado kitchen? So, you have a lineup of 25 products, but can't sell in Colorado because USEI lacks the State residency requirement and you can't sell anywhere else because they are not legal?

How can you demo the edibles at the June conference in Seattle if they will not be legal there until July? Will you have pictures on display?

Something sounds fishy about the supposed edibles.

The American Green supposed deal is BS as well..."Our American Green relationship is very strong ". Look at the American Green Twitter page. They clearly state the details of the relationship with USEI will be made available IF the relationship is consummated. In other words, we will know about the relationship once it exists, but presently does not exist.

Another BS press release.

Notice, how he did not provide any information on actual sales or revenue. He basically admitted that USEI hasn't accomplished much at all.
