If your Internet Explorer is launching a new blank window on the New Web site, here is how to get your Internet Explorer 7 and your new TD AMERITRADE Web site to work together properly when clicking on links.

1. Go to your "Tools" menu across the top and select "Internet Options."
2. Select the "Security" tab, (This is the one with the four big icons)
3. Select the "Internet Icon" and click on the "Custom Level" button.
4. Scroll down the list of options until you get to "Navigate sub-frames across different domains." This is just beyond half way down the list. (You may also hit "N" for Navigate.)
5. Change the radio button to "Enable."
6. OK out of that page and OK out of Internet Explorer 7.
7. Try it to see if your issue with blank pages is resolved.
