Good Things!
From what I have read, this company is run by serious people with serious products and technologies that have been sucessfully tested by big companies. I wont speculate on how big the company could get, but I can see them becoming quite attractive as a buyout prospect if they can gain access to necessary capital and maintain there current market position as the 32 nanometer technology arrives in mass scale.
They also have a variety of products and modules that can be implemented directly into existing and future silicon wafer cleaning systems used by leading semicondcutor, solar panel, and LED manufactuers. Word of mouth is that they will be trying to get onto a senior exhange very soon. Since it will likely provide access to higher quality capital, if you will, I don't see that being a stretch.
The company's patented products and tech not only drastically improve the efficieny wafer cleaning process of those that adopt by reducing necessary steps, but also employ award winning green chemistry processes that have minimal, if any harm on the enviornment. I'm on a quest for good info on this company and will share it with the board as i find it. Cheers!
Which typos? Just wondering. I didnt really see too many other than the Image notation where an image would have been in an email
I gotcha. So, were looking at more of the potential here than anything else...
Not trying to bash, but, they have yet to actually "pull the trigger" on the B&A deal from what ive seen, since there is only a LOI. And their fuel from grease is not yet approved I don't believe. The hauler agreement is "prospective" too.
Thank you for your feedback, and I agree, there is a TON of potential here. I think that I just neeed a strategic update here to ensure that these deals are being nailed down before I unleash the etrade act. on this one.
Cheers!
Would love to see how this one behaves with some stellar news. This is my diamond in the rough for '08 as it stands right now.
The company is focussed on the company, and not watching L2 all day from what I hear. With IR hired to get the story out, and deals and relationships developed with Tyco, Micrel, etc. I'd love to see the stock creep up higher in the coming months.
With the 32-nm chips becoming an industry focus and their green technology ahead of the pack in many regards in terms of wafer cleaning, they could demand a premium from a buyout standpoint down the road if they stay in front of industry leaders.
I dont claim to be a very savvy trader, but if this one drops down too much lower, it could make for some happy investors down the road. Watching closely. Would love to see some type of operational update. Cheers!
Given the current economic situation in the US, does anybody here have an opinion regarding whether or not NIHK is a company that will suceed during trying times due to the ability of its products to help reduce energy consumption and help companies/consumers save money?
The IPTV side, in my opinion, should still be ok, even as we border on a big time slowdown, because the technology is the next logical step in the evolution of tv and brings with it some really nice advantages over traditional broadcast methods.
I think that with the two current business segmenets, we have a fairly diversified and partially defensive operational plan here.
Anybody?
If I may please ask, what do you feel are the key characteristics/assets of the company that make it undervalued to you? Just trying to get a hold on things here.
Would love to get an update on their new facility and ASTM approval.
Mornin DM... I spoke to a company rep about two weeks ago. From what I was told, there were some good things brewing in regards to Walgreens and other contracts. However, I have seen no such announcements since.
It is my opinion, and only that, that it is IMPERATIVE the mgt. team execute a corporate name change immediately. The fact alone that the co. is still operating as diet coffe inc. has to be having a negative impact on the compnay's perception amongst the investment community.
Im going to call today to check on:
1. The status of the Walgreens contract
2. The status on the name change
3. The status on them shooting the infomercial
4. The status on other contracts and follow up products
I will post on my findings as soon as I get a reply. One minor note, I believe that the additional products are pegged to be rolled out once revenues are booked from the bulb. But that's just the way I've interpreted things.
Thank you so much! And im sure some unlucky souls may be in at a very high price basis.
I know this isnt the correct venue for this question but, DPDW looks quite interesting. Have you come across any independent research, buy-side or other, on the company.
On that note, I thank you again for all of your help. Cheers!
Much appreciated!
But, why all of the banter back and forth for a company that many feel may very well not have the best intentions for investors?
Maybe its a human behavior question and a not a quality of the deal question. I just cant get over the fact that I know of fully reporting companies with decent financials trading in the same price range that don't get more than a hit or two a week on ihub.
Is anyone aware of short interest in the stock? And I'm not incinuating that Clay or anyone else has that intention. Just trying to figure out what all the buzz is about. I'm stubborn, I'll admit it. Thanks again for the timely reply. Cheers!!
You got any thoughts on this one GNOTE?
I love the concept. Would like to see business ramp up in 2008 though.
Im here... nice move up on low volume today, at least it wasnt in the red like the vast majority of my portfolio. would love a walgreens update soon here, could put some eyes ont the stock in an uncertain market.
Hello all. I'm a real newbie here, so please forgive me.
There seems to be a ton of dialouge here. Particuarly in comparison to a number of companies that I have been following for some time now that are trading on the BB exchange or higher and have at least decent audited financials ($5-$20M in revs, approaching or at profitability)
So, my question, I suppose, becomes: could someone please fill me in regarding, what the real upside potential is here. Are we looking at more of a situation where investors are hoping for a "home run" if one of these deals (uranium, biofuel, etc.) comes to fruition, or is there more than meets my eye at first glance?
Please let me state that I am not trying to be facetious in any way. It just seems as if there's quite a bit of investor attention here, even in a tough market. That "usually" indicates that there is something interesting going on. Thank you in advance for any response and/or feedback. Good night to all!
I dont think that they so much pulled the trigger on the $5M with out conducting the proper due dilligence and ensuring that the process would be faciliated by challenger and making very certain that the deal would be a huge synergistic complement. But the management at excs are not boating execs by nature, so im sure they have their hands full getting ramped up for summer. they prob have a plan, we just need to hear about it in more detail.
This looks pretty interesting from an buy-out perspective.
If they can stay in front of some of the big dogs in the semiconductor space over the near-term with products that simplify their future processes, such as cleaning 32 nano semiconductors, we could see some big things out of these guys. As long as their fundamentals are in line.
If we could only get some good news here I think that another move upwards could be in the cards. When it will be, who knows? Maybe you'll get your ep if we keep up the stretch of quiet for much longer. Good luck to all!
From what i understand, the company is now focussed on cleaning semiconductors and wafers the size of 32 nanometers.
Both this size and the push towards green chemistry and processes seem to be a big focus within the semi space from what I've read over the past few days.
Who knows what type of sucess I will have, but I'm going to make an effort to contact some of these guys (tyco, micrel, ama) too see where the relationship is with LGYH and if indeed they feel their technology to be a potential intrical part of their products when they do indeed migrate to 32 nanos and smaller.
Hmmmm.. from what I understood, the company was located in the silicon valley area, at least its key executives
I wonder if they have a corporate suite or something and not a manufacturing plant.
I will investigate to see who there is to speak with at the company. Any info that anyone can provide here would be greatly appreciated as it has not been trading for long and is on the pink sheets.
I did and got a location different from the one on their corporate site. What are you insinuating?
I'd be very interested to see what a little bit of positive news does here for the stock. Love the fact that they are in bed with Tyco, but I do wonder why they have not yet been swallowed up by them. Guess they could have worse problems!
This looks very interesting given their technology and that fact that big industry players including tyco and micrel are already customers...
does anyone have any opinion in regards to whether or not this company is one of those that issues alot of press regarding reserves that "may" be prospected through "potential" joint ventures that never end up happening.
Or does anybody feel that quest is actually making real moves with real partners to prospect real coal reserves?
Given the current global energy situation, coal is now a very lucrative, if not environmentally friendly, source. If these guys could in theory build a stockpile of proven reserves in the U.S., that would be very positive. I suppose it is also a hot market that you could potentially get some milage out of with investors whether or not you do or dont actually produce coal in any substantial amount since the idea sounds great.
Any feedback here would be greatly appreciated. Just dont want to miss out on an opp to gain entry in a proven coal producer at current levels if there is any decent chance of these guys coming to market with coal any time soon. Thanks and a great weekend to all!
Cheers!

Think this is the source.
much appreciated my friend, but could you please elaborate, if only a tiny bit, on why you feel so strongly?
RS history? Prob with mgt? failure to deliver on news?
just wondering. thank you again for your input
Any thoughts on how NIHK will fare in 2008?
From a sales perspective, with the new IPTV business and its disconnect business, which should be rather positively effected by the increasing adoption of smart metering technologies in the utility sector, I would think that a breakout year is quite possible.
Can anyone provide a brief snapshot about what this one is all about. Ive heard some good and some bad. If there are some proven reserves here, arent we undervalued?
Sorry for the late reply bud, crazy holiday season, finally back in the saddle. From what I comprehend, there is international interest in the product. At least to some extent.
When it comes to getting product in big name stores, shipping and selling are two different ball games in my opinion. Many big retail players operate on a consignment basis, at least until the product is proven.
So, they need to shoot an infomercial - as cheesy as it may seem - re dub the sucker in the languages of each country where demand is present, and then air it. This, in conjunction with the store running ads, gets people interested in mass numbers.
From what I hear, the product does work like a charm. So, in theory, theyve secured purchase order/Supply chain financing and probabbly need some sort of capital to ramp up advertising. This is, essentially, a marketing company, is it not?
On the other hand, I suppose any announcement regarding re-orders from retailers ( i believe they have a deal w/ walgreens)is a very positive indication that we could be seeing significant sales in the future.
Lastly, I do believe that the mis que a few weeks back was not by design. I hope theyd come with something more aggresive if they were really grimey.
I'll be watching this one closely.
Initial orders from customers that could lead to the Ionic Bulb being sold in substantial volume in the U.S. and abroad is not what i would consider "fluff", but that's just me.
On another note, Adam is not a magic maker, he just issues press on corporate developments. I'm sure he'd love to announce some even better news, but the company is just not there yet.
If you've seen their filings, you know that any type of prospect the company has for future sales is noteworthy at this point.
I'm quite intrigued by the product and the company. However, this is absolutely a small, small company. Sure, we'd all love to see a million dollar order, but they need to both prove and place the product with distributors and retailers around the world before shipping containers of the bulb,in my opinion.
So, again in my opinion, if some of us don't like the "early stage" press regarding moves the company is making to place its products and position itself for revenues down the road, then maybe we should hold on until more pleasing news is issued.
But we most likely won't be looking at current levels when/if substantial orders are placed. I suppose that's the trade off here at the given time.
Challenger wasnt bought out by EXCS. EXCS purchased Sugar Sand boats in some capacity, which was a subsidiary of Challenger.
I think you are right Greggor. Shes prob just focussing on baking cookies and such now after her stint in the clink.
The food sucks there. Or so I hear.
Whattup homie? happy holidays! I couldnt agree with you more on the need for more news to keep up momentum. Especially since we all know how the stock behaves on no news.
All I can say is this, management is busting their ass to get you solid news and also to move their business to the next level. What develops in regards to news is the direct result of managment's ability to spark up some new corporate developments.
You know the age-old adage: don't shoot the messenger!
When future news hits, I'll be happy to share my take on the situation as well as likely a one or two page write up.
How do you feel about the company's potential heading into the New Year?
You've got mail! Check you inbox cyclone
This deal looks like a winner if they can indeed pull it off. There is just an LOI to date I think.
The way that I understand it, B&A additives will help Bio Solutions strengthen their own potential future B100 formulations and also help to diversify revenues through sales of tradional fuel additive products to customers like the US military.
From what I read, the products can be used with any fuel and in any type of engine.. not just bio diesl.
I don't have PM my friend. But I do have two words for ya though my man, Martha Stewart.
Great business plan here and a great management team at the helm.
BSLM is heating up!
BSLM volume is surging out of the gate on way above average volume!
Biofuel player that makes B100 from yellow/brown grease and wastewater. To my knowledge they already have agreements in place to secure a constant and free feedstock supply for their initial plan. The LOI announced today brings a fuel additive mfg in house that helps their future formulations and those of others less reliant on fossil fuels.
Worth a look!
BSLM up out the gate on stellar news!
These guys make b100 biofuel out of human waste (i.e., yellow/brown grease and wastewater).
Just signed a LOI to acquire a fuel additive maker and signed a deal last week (i believe) to ensure a constant flow of essentially free feedstock for their initial plant.
Looks like the market is waking up to BSLM. Worth a gander if nothing else.
BSLM Ticking up Texas Joe!
Shaping up to be a great day for the company here. Let's hope the interest and momentum hold up here so everybody can prosper.
Good luck and a great weekend to all!
Looks like the break may have came sooner than we all expected.
Glad I decided to come in. I usually end up drunk in the gutter somewhere until 12 or so on Friday's.
Great news out of BSLM today.
Lets hope the momentum continues!
