AtomicPennyStocks.com has updated blog coverage on CKGT.
This morning, I published "China Kangtai Bolsters Cactus Cigarette Offering With New Technology Partnership" http://www.atomicpennystocks.com/index.php/824
Those subscribed to the free email newsletter will be receiving more in-depth coverage on the company later in the week.
In my opinion, anything that helps improve the cigarette offering (sales and/or quality) is great due to the massive need for a healthy alternative to tobacco smokes in China and throughout the world. In addition, I'd love to start seeing news related to other aspects of the business to ensure steady growth is ensured going forward.

Amen. No regulatory body cares one bit if this company ever files any type of operational report and at this point, the company - at least to my knowledge - has not even publicly stated its intent on up-listing to the OTCBB. I'm not saying that it won't happen, but it seems like this one is ripe with speculation and not much more at this point.

Atomic was not compensated..
From this morning's Trade Alert on NXPND:
"Atomic Penny Stocks has not been compensated for coverage on any of the companies mentioned in this communication."
The only company that we've been paid by that's been covered thus far is San West Inc. (OTCBB: SNWT) and in that was not for coverage on AtomicPennyStocks.com, it was past compensation for IR services paid to the managing editor 2005 - before SNWT was public from 2005- & a research report/consulting services provided this past winter.
The business strategy at this point is to build a substantial following by identifying penny stocks that have the potential to produce significant near-term gains and to provide insight into various trends that are driving growth in various sectors. Once the subscriber network is built out a bit more, we will then begin reaching out to small-cap companies that we are excited about seeking out compensation for bringing their story to our people.

SNWT Made Today's Scan at www.InvestorsLive.com:
"San West, Inc. (SNWT.OB) killer move for us the past 2 days.. Locked on $5000+ gains off it today .. and we made a few bucks off it Friday too .. past 2 days on this have netted nearly $7k. Came off a solid base and then the volume galore .. it looks like SEAB was caught short today and was bidding top bid all afternoon and tried to crush it a few times. Look for the re-test of .03s + tomorrow and see what happens… dips were getting bought all day and a former runner this may be the bottom for a while."
A New Blog Entry on SNWT is available @ www.AtomicPennyStocks.com
"I’ve been covering San West, Inc. (OTCBB: SNWT) closely over the past few trading sessions, largely due to the insane trading activity in the company’s stock and the fact that last year’s run still remains fresh in my mind. Today’s trading volume remains brisk (nearly 4 million shares traded as of 10:58 EST) while PPS bounces in and out of green territory. As I’ve mentioned previously, SNWT historically reacts quite well to news, so today’s announcement that former Buggy World - San West‘s flagship brick & mortar location – is back at the helm should be just what the doctor ordered to keep investors interested in the stock after a multiple day run."
SNWT Is Up 76% From Our Pre-Market Alert. Check out www.AtomicPennyStocks.com for future updates on San West Inc. and other explosive small-cap stocks
We're shaping up for another all-time high volume day after Friday's recording-breaking trading action & up just under 190% from the recent low-print of $.008 on 10/14. I'm watching this one closely as it did move from sub-penny levels to an all-time high of .35 last year.
Solid pre-market action. Up more than 30% on >1 Million shares traded. Looks like someone is embracing today's news.

Thanks, mate! I'll keep an eye out for that document and will continue compiling and sharing (when asked) my own due diligence.
Here's an initial blog/trade alert that I sent out to a few thousand investors in my online network and published on AtomicPennyStocks.com

Disclosure: I am not compensated for my coverage and/or opinion on CKGT and hold no position. The main goal of my efforts is to introduce potentially undervalued and unknown small-caps to risk averse investors. Eventually, there may be some paying clients, but I prefer for now to find ideas on my own. Also, my knowledge of CKGT is at a novice level at best for now and all ideas expressed in my posts are purely my own ideas and not a solicitation to buy a security, jump off a bridge, or anything of the sort. Cheers!
Great post! I just started looking into CKGT this morning and think it's a compelling deal and after checking out the filings, website, and reading around about what the web has to say. I'd love to speak with IR this week to get a better feel of the company's future projections and strategic outlook.
Also, I couldn't agree more about you Q3 comment. Cheers!
(disclosure: I hold no shares and am a novice to the company)
I know know quite a bit about the company if you are still interested in learning more/DD
If this promotion is as successful as the one back in August, this should move a bit over the next few days.. No?
New Blog Entry on FLPC: http://www.atomicpennystocks.com/index.php/482
This looks at First Liberty as more of a short-term trade idea given the current technical indicators & fact that a promo campaign has been launched.
The longer-term seems more difficult to predict as I have no crystal ball and they are still in the early stages of development.
didn't they build them for Midnight Express? I think I remember seeing that in a bunch of boating industry trade rags awhile back. Seems to be a widely circulated statement online. I wonder if Midnight Express could verify or refute that one..
Crazy trading activity this morning. I'd love to see it trend up with all of this volume. Pre-market was crazy, but darn! we gotta push this baby above $.02 Who can be making money below two pennies?
Just Launched AtomicPennyStocks.com. Check out the site for in-depth coverage on small cap investment ideas. We'll have a new idea out tomorrow pre-market so take a look!
"NuEarth Corp (OTCPK: NUEC) Acquires $4M Green Cleaning Company, Boosts Top-Line by $7.5M"
Link: http://www.atomicpennystocks.com/index.php/330
NuEarth Corporation (OTCPK: NUEC) hit the news-wire today with a major announcement that it has acquired AB Technology, SA of Lokeren, Belgium. (AB Tech), a developer of “Green” cleaning solutions. According to the press release, which can be viewed HERE, “AB” logged more than $4M in sales during 2009 and NUEC management expects the synergies between NuEarth and its new business unit to yield $2.1M to its bottom line while boosting top-line sales by $7.5M.
The deal substantially bolsters NUEC’s “Green” cleaning solution portfolio and sales potential and also greatly expands the company’s global footprint thanks to AB’s entrenched position in the European marketplace.
NuEarth’s Products Have Massive Future Potential BEFORE The AB Acquisition Is Factored Into the Equation!
According to a recent “white paper” on the ability of NuEarth‘s NuSoil and Aquasolve products to slow desertification, the market exposure for these products is expected to exceed $230 Billion over the next decade. While my search for an AB Tech website or info on its products online other than what’s stated in today’s PR (green cleaning and paint strippers), it appears that AB plays in a very lucrative market.
According to natural goods retailer Seventh Generation, the market for natural household cleaning products has blossomed to $100M over the past 5 years and is growing by 18% to 25% annually. Clearly, the world is waking up to the fact that the way we’ve been cleaning isn’t as clean as we originally thought. NuEarth has embraced this fact and appears to be poised to capitalize on the trend towards increased adoption of eco-friendly cleaning products for both household and industrial applications.
Value-Proposition Associated With AB Acquisition:
Today’s news release indicates that AB Technology was founded in 1982 and provides a unique line of biodegradable cleaners and strippers that provide a 70% over solvent-based products and an additional 80% savings over solvent-based solutions when chemical waste prevention is taken into account.
Run-Down Of NuEarth’s Current Product Line:
NuEarth is already the U.S. distributor for a number of innovative environmentally friendly agricultural and construction products including:
NuSoil: An organic , non-polluting fertilizer additive that transforms non-productive soil into productive land by altering its thermal conductivity and improving its ability to retain moisture)
AquaSolv: Another non-polluting, organic fertilizer, this Polyacrylamide represents a compelling solution to the shortage and rising cost of irrigation water and the rising cost and problems associated with chemical-based fertilizers.
Dustblocker: A bio-degradable and environmentally safe dust abatement product used by road and construction firms to help reduce equipment damage and road deterioration caused by excessive dust. The product has gained traction in recent years due to its ability to reduce the need for water used to remove dust from roadways and improve visibility on construction sites as well as mineral mines and other construction situations where excessive dust is an ongoing nuisance.
Roadbinder: This eco-friendly polymetric material helps expedite the sealing process for road paving projects on roadways and mines. Its main value-proposition is its ability to reduce time and costs associated with building and maintaining sealed and un-sealed roadways.
NuEarth Corp (OTCPK: NUEC) Is The New Spotlight Company at Atomic Penny Stocks:
My New 5.7 Cent Green Play is… *** NuEarth Corporation (OTCPK: NUEC) ***
Monday, NUEC opened at $0.042 and closed at $0.057. And it did so on light volume.
News hit the wire – however – it appeared that there was no exposure from other newsletters alerting traders of this potentially lucrative trade idea. Here’s a link to the press release for those that may have missed it.
Hence, today I expect that investors could take advantage of this opportunity. With updated corporate financial statements for the quarters ending in March and May 2010 the Company has also begun a new and exciting chapter…
… Laboratory Services — TerraSolv continues to perform in a strong manner with year-end results in excess of $12,500,000.
With a large market with worldwide demand combined with an attractive business outlook, revenues are expected to grow. In fact, the Company expects fiscal year 2010-02011 could be a milestone year! Keep NUEC on your radar and watch for the first solid reaction going forward to the revenue related news just released!
Remember, we are dealing with a very volatile situation here, and anything is possible. Lock in some (or all) of your profits while they are available!
May your trades be green this week!
Did Management really issue a PR stating that PPS should go to $.02 to $.025 immediately?
I just stumbled onto this one, but in all of my years watching pennies, I've never seen such a thing. Any thoughts on this, folks? I'm hesitant to say it, but, that PR seems a bit fishy to me.
I'm compelled to learn more here given the recent trading volume and the prospects of their upcoming trading platform. However, in my personal experience, it's never a good sign when mgt. is overly concerned with PPS, especially to the point where they are issuing near-term price targets. Any feedback is greatly appreciated and I'm by no means trying to bash. Just trying to wrap my brain around the situation here.
I agree with you a great deal. However, it will be tough getting a product that failed on the shelves at Walgreens back on them again. As you alluded to before, though, maybe the world just wasnt ready a few years back. I've seen the bulb work in person and it is certainly an amazing green product. At 4 for $20, it's a very attractive proposition. Brilliant product and once it starts getting into more homes and gaining more exposure, it could be huge. On the stock side of things, more and more people are learning about the product. That can do nothing but good for PPS.
Here's to a bright future for Zevo and its bulb.
they have already been on the shelves, see press from two or three years back, walgreens, etc.
its a tough game placing product with big retailers, much easier to sell online and through large distributors.. all my opinion, but I've been watching this one since 2008
Question: If the company turns profitable, as I believe it intends to be in the current quarter, is this not a major, major improvement and potential "game changer" for the company?
The way that I see it, every small public business trading on the Bulletin Board enters the public marketplace in order to leverage the liquidity of its stock to fund operations until they become profitable enough to do so with cash.
Sure, there's toxic PIPE financing to be had, which many micro-cap's cling to for life. But, I'd rather see the approach that mgt. has taken thus far over that.
Is this not the nature of the beast with BB stocks? Compared to other stocks in its price range, I think that SNWT is producing stellar financial results and has made quite a bit of progress in roughly its first year as a public entity.
Certainly, PPS has tanked, nobody can deny that. But, I can't help but thinking that continued financial growth and sustained profitability (which both seem to be on the horizon) could save the day here. Thoughts?
But, weren't their Q4 sales of $500,000 some of the best in company history? San West also expects sales of that magnitude during Q1 2010 -typically the weakest period of the year for the company.
The Spring/Summer season should lead to higher revenues than what was generated during both Q4 & Q1. A few more steady quarters of revenue and annual losses in the sub $1M range should be manageable in my opinion and profit margins look pretty healthy. Obviously, dilution is always a concern with emerging BB stocks, but, all in all, I though the 10K was promising in many ways.
I thought the 10K was good, great if not for the $2.1M impairment brought on by the merger that faciliated their entrance into the public marketplace.
Can anybody offer opinions on why investors have not embraced this filing so warmly?
What impact are ya'll expecting from the upcoming 10Q, which management seems to pretty adamant is forthcoming in the next two, if not one, week?
I would'nt mind seeing some type of news prior to the filing, for a few reasons:
1. SNWT historically reacts well to press and perhaps it could keep up PPS in the .08 to .10 until the earings release is out. Sure, some would love to load up around .05 to .06, but my wimpy butt ain't that risk-averse and I like out support around .08
2. Although it's spelled out in plain English that the Q will be out soon, maybe we could get some sort of reason for the delay. I know from experience, audits can be hell, especially for newer firms that need to compare un-audited numbers from before they were public with the most current years audited data.
Either way, is a stellar Q somewhat expected and priced in to PPS, to some extent, or could some super data nuggets send us into .20 to .30 land? Hey this thing ran like Usain Bolk last year on far weaker fundamentals, why can't it happen again?
Sorry, not trying to be a douche. My only points were (1) that snwt merged into Human BioSystems, hence the company's name being listed on the filing, AND (2)This is fairly common practice amongt companies operating at this end of the market: biotecth firms to dune buggy makers, production companies to defense contractors, etc.
If the financial details makes sense for M & A, the deal seems to get done, irregardless of the nature of either entity. Again, my aplogies for coming across as a jerk, do with it what you will. Cheers!
Hey Trend22,
I'm to poor to sign up for private messaging and all of the goodies that subscription entails. The action last week does have me wondering if the nighthawk legal battles are shifting in their favor. I have not seen much in the press since the article noting that they had, for all intents and purposes, came up short on the first part of the battle.
Anybody have any feedback or knowledge with regard to how things are progressing here? We used to have weekly and bi-weekly CEO commentary, but that was ages ago.
Financial, excuse me, micro-cap market 101. You may wish to brush up on it a bit, as well as the concept of reverse merger.
Not trying to be a jerk, just sayin...
How many of these types of deals have you been involved with? It really helps to know the nature of the beast you are dealing with, especially when wagering your own money.
What happened with Engel? Does anyboy know why he left/was replaced an if he's still part of the company in some capacity?
Shaping up for a monster open here.
Flashing green early on after a solid +20% gain Friday. Man, I'd love to see this back in the .10 to .15 range near-term.
Nice pop this morning, folks. Very bullish trend being exhibited early on here.

Another solid day with regard to volume. Also, pretty strong close as we fought back from the 1.90 range
Technical indicators still looking strong here. Someone seems to liquidate a substantial amount of shares once we get in the $2.00 range, but we are up about .75 over the past few weeks. Cant wait to see what happens when/if FDA approval comes down for the Symphony product offering
