Can u imagine DDSS going all the way to $24 by end of July? I bet u'd be dancing on the beach. I'm all in. SVNT surprised me when I was eying it at $5.85 a day before approval. SPPI has been walking gently with me from 5.18 in two weeks and hit 8.15. I love FDA plays. What more can we ask for. My game plan now is to accumulate on DDSS and wait for a home run. DDSS has a drug already approved since Dec. 2008 and it went almost 600%. With another approval, we should walk tall and talk mula. Another one I'm eying on is TSEM because of some unusual volume. I pulled the trigger on LBIX too soon and therefore my gains we almost non-existent. But it's all good.
What's your take on DDSS that is awaiting FDA approval in 2 weeks? And how about TSEM? Are these worth the dough? Anyone is wlcome to comment.
DDSS waiting FDA approval in two weeks and TSEM abnormal volume. Worth looking at.
Crosshair Commences Action Against Universal Uranium
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 28, 2009
Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp. (Toronto:CXX.TO - News)(AMEX:CXZ - News)(CXZA - News) ("Crosshair") announces that it has commenced an action in British Columbia Supreme Court against Universal Uranium Ltd. ("Universal") alleging that Universal had knowledge of trades that artificially inflated the market price of shares of Universal at the time that Crosshair agreed to purchase property and securities of Universal. The action relates to certain agreements (the "Agreements") Crosshair entered into with Universal to acquire all of Universal's interest in its project in the Central Mineral Belt of Labrador and to purchase securities of Universal by way of a private placement. Further details of the Agreements are disclosed in press releases of Crosshair dated May 23, 2008 and July 30, 2008.
Those illegal trades should get this one moving like crazy.

On March 31, 2009, the Company issued 49,000,000 shares of its common stock to five persons for services rendered. These shares contained a restricted securities legend. The sale of the shares was a transaction exempt from registration based upon the exemption found in Section 4(2) of the Securities Act for transactions by an issuer not involving any public offering.
On April 3, 2009, the Company issued 11,100,000 shares of its common stock at the fixed conversion price to eliminate $111,000 in outstanding principal owed to holders of Convertible Promissory Notes. Following conversion, the Company has $339,000 of Convertible Promissory Notes outstanding due May 31, 2009.

If this buy-back is for real, this stick will be held back at 0.0005 because the MMs make a living from the bid and ask spread, and the company will even want to buy these shares at 0.0001 coz it will cost less. From my pinkie experience, why would any one want to buy this thing at these high prices? Just watch, as soon as they engage this third party, the shares will tank all the way to 0.0001 because the company needs to spend less on the buyback. Otherwise this might be another way of selling shares on the buyback hype. I think this PR could be negative for the company. Smart companies do buy-backs on the market quietly and at the lowest prices possible and then issue a PR indicating the attractive new share-structure after the buyback. Time will tell though.

Volume Vs O/S needs some explanation. Where are all these shares coming from today? Did someone sell restricted shares a while back? If insiders hold over 51%, then today's volume is surely unusual. I'm not a poet, but a few years ago, I saw a stock named 'PAIV', and from 0.003 it flew all the way to 0.125 in a two weeks before crashing back to 0.0001. That's my poem that needs answers today.
After trading pennies for years, I can say that you are right about the company selling. They need paychecks too.
Anyway...has signed a long-term contract for reclamation modeling and carbon credit analysis with the Nigerian National Oil Corporation.
Does 'Nigeria' give anyone here the gijibis?
Biotech Clinical Data Inc. will buy a Maryland competitor for $10 million in stock, the companies announced on Tuesday.
Newton, Mass.-based Clinical Data (Nasdaq: CLDA) said the acquisition of Avalon Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: AVRX) in Germantown, Md., will help expand its cancer business with technology to help identify both new diagnostics and treatments.
The price is based on the 15-day volume weighted average price of $12.49 for Clinical Data’s common stock through Oct. 27.
Clinical Data buys rival for $10M in stock
The agreement also entailed Clinical Data completing a private placement of nearly 3.4 million shares of Avalon’s common stock. Clinical Data also loaned Avalon $3 million, and paid Avalon $1 million in exchange for a global, exclusive license to that company’s technology for drug and biomarker discovery. A biomarker can indicate the activity or likelihood of a certain disease such as cancer.
Late in September, Clinical Data negotiated a $25 million private placement to handle day-to-day working capital.
The company is developing new biotechnology treatments and also tests to help predict drug safety and effectiveness.
Clinical Data’s headquarters will remain in Newton. The company employs about 300 people around the world.
$120,400 looks like an institutional buyer IMO.
Big gapper on Monday IMO. House Votes yea, Buffet buys the rest of O/S, and strikes a side deal with gov to purchase some of the warrants, some big foreign bank wants a piece of the pie.mmm This is just my imagination because FRE is way too big for it to fail. NO bankruptcy for FRE. Stock held well on Monday after the House voted Nae, So, buckle up for the north-bound train.
Great Depression was in 1929 IMO.
I sold my XMDC shares last week through Scottrade. Then, later this week, I received a call from them stating that they need to buy back those shares because the XMDC claims that they should have been restricted. Anyone out there having the same issue? Could this be another PAIV?
Careful Buddy. You do not need Jimmy's mom to put you in the dog house for years to come.
If buzz is as hightech as...., then BZTG needs to create its own browser instead of recommending firefox. Mozilla Firefox has its own flaws too.
No. BZTG needs to sue Yahoo for using "buzz" instead.
What does this really mean? 'The representations and warranties may have been made for the purposes of allocating contractual risk between the parties to the Agreement instead of establishing these matters as facts, and may be subject to standards of materiality applicable to the contracting parties that differ from those applicable to investors.'
I know a couple of securities lawyers in my town. They have build huge mansions, all paid through class action lawsuits of publicly traded companies. Considering the revenues this company has, I'm sure they'd be excited to help us, if need be.
We can start collecting names right here and go to the SEC en mass, as well as a class action law suit.
Count me in for a law suit.
Sounds like the merger news could be a setup for liquidating those shares that have already vested and free trading. Or, it could be another setup for a mini short squeeze if there is any. I have not kept up with this stock since the 2 years ago, but why are they coming up with PRs when the restricted shares are now free to trade?
I'm am not a newbee in this stock.
Sounds like the best Idea. Verification will help clear all this confusion.
management?

This stock has been used as a hype stock since June 2006. Sorry for all newbees

Hate to say 'I told you so'. I know how WMT does its business. Do you want the number to call?
Sams Club is owned by Walmart. Call the HQ and ask if they have approved any of Winning Brands products. It's public information and they will tell you. Walmart hates being sued and they always supply this info.
All Walmart approvals come from Arkansas and not Canada. Ask the company to provide the approval tracking number from Walmart, if this is not s typical pinkie scam.
Level II shows that someone is still dumping. This stock is not worth it anymore. Time for me to move.
It's now at 0.05 as your called. Time to sell now. You now have $100,000. THe question is, so many companies here claim that they are getting into a multi-million venture, but also 99.9999% of them fail and end up to be pinkie/OTCBB scams. What make people think that this venture will succeed?
Revenues of $42Mil is acceptable for Geer. Yap, CFUL's debt conversion is what killed this stock. But it is bound to move up now. Keep in mind that this Q's CFUL financials will include Geer's current Q's revenues. My guess is $10Mil for the quarter. I now believe that CFUL could easily hit $3.00 by year-end.
Sweet. Annual report in 3 weeks. Time to load up now. We all know this will be a record annual revenues.
When are they expected to release the financials?
