Sounds like the merger news could be a setup for liquidating those shares that have already vested and free trading. Or, it could be another setup for a mini short squeeze if there is any. I have not kept up with this stock since the 2 years ago, but why are they coming up with PRs when the restricted shares are now free to trade?
