ID Supermoney, "The problem is... ...go up 50-100%!!!"
LOL! Oh Yeah, that IS quite a "problem".
Back in Nov 2009, over a week of trading, ISCR went UP 42 TIMES IN VALUE. From .006 to .295 which is over a 4000% gain. This Dog can Hunt!
And I guess we should blame that massive move on the "flippers". LOL!

FYI: EHSI finally got their health-related iPhone App to market.
It doesn't compete directly with Instacare's smartphone app, but the point is that their stock has been in a long-term downtrend, they have no revenue stream, and their stock sells for THREE TIMES that of ISCR.
I copied the PR below since I can't link directly to it:
EHSI: Testing Complete on Auto-Med iPhone App

Smartphone App Designed to Remind Seniors to Take Their Meds
HOUSTON, Oct 04, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Emerging Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (pinksheets:EHSI) announced today that the company has completed internal testing of its revolutionary Auto-Med smartphone application.
The internal tests included in-depth evaluation of Auto-Med's functionality, programming compatibility and user feedback. The potentially lifesaving app is designed to automatically call users every day at the proper time to remind them of exactly what medication and dosage they are to take based upon their doctor's recommendation.
"This is a revolutionary application that can save lives, reduce frustration and improve the health and safety of millions of seniors in America," said Cindy Morrissey, President and CEO of EHSI. "With internal testing completed, we are so pleased to guide Auto-Med closer to market."
EHSI plans to initially offer Auto-Med for the Apple iPhone (AAPL), Morrissey said. After assuring product quality, EHSI will also make Auto-Med available for Google's Android and Research in Motion's BlackBerry devices.
"The goal we have set is to sign up one million subscribers in the first year of Auto-Med's release," Morrissey said. "We're planning to make the application available on our Web site soon."
According to Apple, more than three billion applications have been downloaded from its App Store by iPhone and iPod touch users worldwide. Such demand has instilled confidence within EHSI that Auto-Med will enter a market primed and ready for its release.

Molycorp being discussed by CEO Smith on MSNBC Financial News right now.
VV
balamidas, Yeah, I understand all of that.
But what YOU need to understand is that over the last six years this company has made many-many claims of biz expansion that simply never came true.
And they sold off their main product line, Chariot Trailers, which was the original reason I bought the stock in the first place. And from following the forum I do know that was the same reason for others, too. Chariot Trailers accounted for at least a baker's dozen of failed opportunities in the past.
So if AFBG is going to be the "next big thing" here then it has already consumed years with no progress, and will probably require another year at least.
I am simply suggesting that you maintain a reasonable perspective on the situation.
Good Luck to All Longs...
VV
balamidas, Yeah, but your posts seem to be about AFBG...
...yet you seem to be attempting to pump the AACS stock price.
I am a little confused by this. Shouldn't you be posting about AFBG on that forum?
Yet all this is based on the fact that "Dan is the president of both..." ? Duh, Uh?
Well, I hope you understand just how and why AFBG came into existence in the first place.
Dan diverted major resources of time and money away from AACS to use to take AFBG public. This happened over a period of many months. And all that AACS got out of this deal is a "strategic partenership". In essence, Dan was drawing salary and benefits from AACS while working elsewhere.
Of course, I'm sure that Dan owns a ton of shares in AFBG. And as I recall the AACS shareholders were promised a little piece in the form of a share dividend. That was supposed to offset the diversion of resources. And it never happened.
From an investing standpoint I would strongly advise you to view this mini-rally as nothing more than an opportunity to take profits, if you have them.
All just my opinion...

Sure, all companies have such potential.
Furthermore, this one was started with venture capital. So selling the company is a normal part of the process when VC is involved.

ironhammer, Got your PM but I can't respond that way.
Looking over the 10K, it is pretty much what I expected during a recessionary period.
The report is for fiscal year ended June 30, 2010. Now another full quarter has passed. That almost seems like ancient history in today's fast-paced world.
So if that is all of the damage done from the recession, then I would say that Warp9 is in pretty good shape to participate in the recovery. They still have over $700K in cash on hand.
And did you notice that they haven't sold a single share in the entire year?
I believe it can only get better going forward from here. So I'm looking forward to the 3rd Qtr 10Q.
Good Luck.

FYI: The Billion-Dollar Rare-Earth-Mining Club

http://www.techmetalsresearch.com/2010/10/the-billion-dollar-rare-earth-mining-club/
VV
i-Glide, From my viewpoint, it is simple to understand the problem.
The Ask/Bid spread is way too wide. And that is because there are very few shares available. Really, an abnormally low float.
For example, if the Ask is $1 and the Bid is 10 cents. Then anyone who buys shares will see a hypothetical 90% loss should they have to sell. They would need the stock to go up 1000% (from 10 cents) just to break even (at $1).
So what would cause this stock to go up 1000% ? That is, for the Bid to rise to $1.
Until that question has a good answer, or until the spread narrows substantially, we're stuck hard.
But as I posted earlier, if someone new to this stock should come along, and realize the potential, they might be willing to buy 300 to 500 shares, and could probably get in at $1/share. That is not a great deal of money and they could afford to hold for 2 to 5 years, or as long as it takes. As long as they don't need to sell soon they're OK.
But this is not going to work for the typical institutional investors who have serious money available. They're going to see this crazy wide spread and they're going to walk away. They are NOT the "buy and hold" type.
I don't know about other folks but I suspect the typical early pre-split investor is probably holding 500 to 1000 shares. So they have two choices: they can sell their 1000 shares and take their $90 and leave, OR they can try to average down by buying more shares at $1 or above. I don't see either alternative very attractive, given what has happened.
So basically, the small investors isn't likely to jump in here with an initial position, or to try to average down. And the larger investors aren't going to touch this because the shortage of shares and near-zero volume requires a long hold time.
So, as I've been saying, until the company puts some more shares into the market, either by forward split or new issue, we're dead in the water. I think another 10 million shares ought to get this trading again.
If anybody sees this differently I sure would like to read their opinion.
Good Luck to All Longs...
VV
igdnfs, No, it's not dead. Far from it.
One or more patents were applied for. That may be the next big news we get in that area.
There is quite a bit of info in the latest 10Q published Aug18.
Such as:
"Medical Field Applications
Our medical technologies are grounded in the central need/desire to furnish the practicing physician with crucial point-of-care patient information and historical patient medical information using electronic medical records rapidly and reliably via a smart cell phone. The technologies utilize the power of the Internet to move large amounts of data to and from a variety of platforms securely via a number of commercially available smart cell phones, designed for portability and upgradeability. Compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and the regulations that have since been promulgated, and data transmission and data management protocols that have emerged, this smart cell phone technology offers real-time point of care applications and EMR via proprietary technologies that allow for patient medical data for ten years or more on the cell phone itself.
Our software is designed to integrate point of service applications. Our medical appliance, the longest available product, monitors treatment protocols and up to the moment patient histories coupled with real-time on-line medical insurance claims submission. Our ultimate key to success resides in providing the private practice physician with the capability to, sequentially, learn about the history of the patient during, or prior to, entering the examining room, treat the patient and update the insurer of the episode of care. Accomplishing these objectives resolves a major dilemma for the health care provider; instantaneous communication of vital patient related information at or before the patient encounter.
Medical field distribution methods
Since inception, we have and will continue to focus our marketing efforts towards general medical and pharmaceutical medical applications through our E-Health and EMR smart cell phone information appliance ) software application package, and a permanently affixed handheld information appliance and commercial national cell phone network. Specifically we have marketed our line of MD@Hand smart cell phone-based medical communication network products to the medical insurance and pharmacy benefits management segments of the healthcare markets.
We have implemented a targeted marketing campaign to educate healthcare providers about our medical technology solutions; targeting the physician providers who specialize in care for the indigent through the provision of technology, products and services that specifically respond to the needs and requirements of that market. We market our suite of medical software products by emphasizing their simplicity, portability, convenience and ease of use. We have chosen this focus due in part that state Medicaid and state and local welfare service providers are agencies who do not typically participate in electronic services networks. This is primarily because care for the poor and indigent is logistically and financially burdensome due to a lack of resources at administrative levels. Put another way, there is usually no shortage of volunteer physicians but there is a shortage of program administrators, clinics, medical supplies and patient access. Additionally, we believe that a company that enters this loop to complete the link by providing utility and value to participants will be embraced. It is incumbent on us to therefore extend our marketing strategy to facilitate this reality.
Implicit to our medical marketing strategy is the contracting of state Medicaid and welfare programs, pharmacy benefit management entities, and medical case management entities within a targeted region that provides for system integration to our products and services. Once the network has been established our IT driven mail order pharmacy services will be distributed to those physicians included within the Medicaid or welfare agency Provider Network. We will rely on those contracted agencies to support and assist in the distribution of the product to the physicians."

VV
ironhammer, Yes, in fact, many small caps are going positive again.
The Wallstreet "talking heads" on MSNBC Financial News have been claiming, all day long, how this September market, just closed, was "the best in 71 years". WOW!
That is a pretty heavy duty claim, and I didn't realize the markets were actually THAT good. But we penny stock players are at the "bottom of the food chain", so to speak, so we have to wait for some trickle down to occur.
These same pundits are looking at their charts and indicators and proclaiming, almost unanimously, that the market can move a whole lot higher from here. The "bear case" is quickly fading away.
So, it seems like Warp9 is in a kind of a horse race here, to get their filings completed and published in the next two weeks, while the market momentum is still expanding.
Ideally, they should have had the filing out by today, the due date. But it might have been met with a giant "Ho Hum, yawn" from the market. So a short delay may actually work in their favor, assuming this market holds up. So to put it in "market-speak: Bad is now good, and good is even better. LOL!
Good Luck to All Longs...
VV
ironhammer, So, is that you accumulating shares these days?
Certainly, someone is. And I would be too, if I had any dry powder.
The CMF (Chaikin Money Flow) is solidly positive since about July20. And this indicator is only valid when in a relative long-term trend.

Anyway, it's nice to read a positive outlook.
Good Luck to All Longs.
VV
i-Glide, "Chris says "Market condition remain poor"..."
That's interesting!
On MSNBC Financial News today they are repeating the factual statistic that the financial market conditions during the month of September have been "the best in 70 years".
Of course, penny stocks are at the very bottom of the food chain. So our mileage may vary.
VV
i-Glide, I don't think they will concern themselves about the stock...
...or shareholders in general, until such time as they are in position to sell some of their own shares. That would be around next April.
We shareholders have been "hung out to dry". Don't you feel the warm breeze?
As far as FaceBook goes, it would certainly work OK for product merchandising, etc. as many companies now use it this way. I have no problem with that.
But to use it to maintain contact with Investors? That's just crazy, IMO.
I wonder if they have read the Privacy Policy. When you read a Press Release no one knows you're reading it. But when you're on FaceBook, any company that has hooked up to FaceBook has access to all of your personal information. Personally, I don't want that. And I have to wonder if MR's use of it in this way is even legal.
All just my opinion...
VV
Mr Sensitivity, And my apologies to you...
I was wrong on the count. You've got over two dozen post deletions here, about 90% for personal attacks on other posters. You have been at this "attack chihuahua" bit for quite a long time.
The only valid topic of this forum is InstaCare, and NOT other posters.
So Good Luck where ever you go.
VV
Mr Sensitivity, Have it your own way...
But your problem is that you routinely use words to demean and attack others, or you just go totally off topic. That is simply against the rules here. And I have explained it a dozen times. But that point seems to be completely lost on you.
But since you brought it up, here are some examples from YOUR posts:
"...hate to be contradicted or defied." (Off-Topic)
"...what a stud you are." (Vulgarity)
"...flippers....who else would be stupid enough." (Personal Attack)
"...Consort ... with lengendary paid bashers" (Personal Attack"
"...paid basher is a different animal." (Off Topic)
"Oh stop it chior boy." (Personal Attack)
"You are a liar and a fraud ..." (Personal Attack)
So far, you've had a total of SEVEN posts deleted here. If you had objected to any one of them all you needed to do is go to [Settings] and [My Removed Posts] and click on the link to have the Admins review the content. If you had actually done that then maybe you would have absolutely nothing to complain about. Did you try that?
My point being is that IT APPEARS that your goal is to have something to complain about, I suppose, to disrupt the forum. So you delibertly post is such a way that violates the site rules. If you would just learn how to be civil to others then you wouldn't have this problem.
VV
Mr Sensitivity, Yeah, Welcome back!
No hard feelings on this end.
And as far as posting those numbers, if someone thinks it's a bad idea they're certainly welcome to post their opinion about it. As far as I am concerned ALL opinions are valid for posting.
But it is always good to offer some reasoning behind an opinion so that others can understand the motivation. I don't recall what the exact reason for objecting to it was, but there was something offered to justify it.
That is exactly what this is all about. Exchanging viewpoints.
Good Luck.
VV
Right! Plus 90,000 in a week.
I don't recall what the consensus or "educated guess" is for the margin or profit-per-box, but if it is, say, around $10/box, then that is getting close to a hypothetical $1 million revenue rate per week.
And as I recall, Instacare has no part to play in the manufacturing of Genstrip; only distribution. This is a really clean deal for making a whole lot of money with few problems. I just hope the factory can keep up with the order rate.
All just my opinion...
VV
Genstrip Pre-Orders now up to 950,000
That is an increase of 90,000 in the last week.
http://www.pharmatechdirect.com/genstrip.html
VV
Just surprising they even thought they ever had any chance of pulling this off.
It is a complete waste of time for Instacare to even consider this deal. I hope they haven't spent more than 5 minutes on it, if any. However, the forums have already expended many hours "discussing" it; even a bigger waste of time.
I would rather Instacare concentrate their attention on getting Genstrip into distribution. That has been the plan for several months. This is what the shareholders should be focused on.
All just my opinion...
VV
PR says goal is to "...to maximize the valuations of U.S. listings."
That really sounds like they are doing this because they plan on selling more shares.
Instead, how about selling more game time?
VV
lakes, Also, PSID is in the RFID business.
"Radio Frequency Identification"
Why would PSID seek out a merger with a company with such a dis-similar biz plan? Is it just about the balance sheet and nothing else?
Why not merge with AIDO that has a long history in the RFID business? Stock PPS is 1.5 cents which would make it easier to acquire. Plus, the shareholders might actually be interested in a merger of those two.
This just make little or no sense on several levels. I agree with you that ISCR will do fine on its own.
All just my opinion...
VV
lakes, I agree totally with what you're saying.
An acquisition is always a possibility. But in this case it just doesn't look like a reasonable matchup. A descending company acquiring one on the rise? Makes no sense.
However, Instacare also seems to be a company that is susceptible to an occasional, behind-the-scenes, intrigue. Or possibly, that image is just contrived by the ever-present schemers.
So, who knows what's really going on? I am just going to wait for the company to update us.
Good Luck to All Longs.
VV
Agree it is interesting. And I'm surprised it is available.
I have a number of old share certificates that are worthless except as collectors items. Some are for startup companies I worked at years ago. I keep them because of the very large numbers and because the engraving is nice to look at.
But I've never seen a blank certificate. Seems like some counterfeiter or fraudster might want to snap that up immediately. I have put it on my eBay watch list so I will see what happens.
VV
mac26, For a long time now.
Worse yet, the actual owner can't be determined, let alone, contacted.
From what little I understand about the history of this company, I would guess he is doing a stretch in a state penn somewhere.
VV
buylowerthanlow, Such a great deal! Good Find!
Looks to be a completely blank stock certificate. A buyer could fill in their own name and any amount of shares they "wish" to own. The, they can claim to be very rich "on paper".
Except, in the lower right corner, it says "specimen" punched thru the paper.
Oh well, still a very novel way to buy penny stock.
VV
lakes, Aren't they the hypothetical prospective acquirer...
...of InstaCare?
I believe I have read their hypothetical offer is around .09/share. Or else, they hope to accomplish a takeover by trading their shares for Instacare shares. Or some other permutation on this theme. It doesn't seem very real to me because of the low-ball offer.
And of course, no part of this has been verified as having any basis in fact. So far, as best I can tell, it is just another Yahoo forum rumor. Just like the "company going private" rumor of two months ago.
Just asking... since you posted the link. What do you think?
VV
i-Glide, I hope it was just a slip-of-the-tongue when you said:
"...Cornell needs to take control of his company."
I hope you realize that Cornell is a major purveyor of CDs (Convertible Debentures) and that any money borrowed from them will trigger their selling short in lieu of receiving the shares exchanged for the debt. That would probably run the PPS down to triple zeroes real fast.
Or perhaps you meant to write "colonel"?
...being the military rank this person has promoted themselves to.
A little "Freudian slip" there?
VV
