i-Glide, From my viewpoint, it is simple to understand the problem.

The Ask/Bid spread is way too wide. And that is because there are very few shares available. Really, an abnormally low float.

For example, if the Ask is $1 and the Bid is 10 cents. Then anyone who buys shares will see a hypothetical 90% loss should they have to sell. They would need the stock to go up 1000% (from 10 cents) just to break even (at $1).

So what would cause this stock to go up 1000% ? That is, for the Bid to rise to $1.

Until that question has a good answer, or until the spread narrows substantially, we're stuck hard.

But as I posted earlier, if someone new to this stock should come along, and realize the potential, they might be willing to buy 300 to 500 shares, and could probably get in at $1/share. That is not a great deal of money and they could afford to hold for 2 to 5 years, or as long as it takes. As long as they don't need to sell soon they're OK.

But this is not going to work for the typical institutional investors who have serious money available. They're going to see this crazy wide spread and they're going to walk away. They are NOT the "buy and hold" type.

I don't know about other folks but I suspect the typical early pre-split investor is probably holding 500 to 1000 shares. So they have two choices: they can sell their 1000 shares and take their $90 and leave, OR they can try to average down by buying more shares at $1 or above. I don't see either alternative very attractive, given what has happened.

So basically, the small investors isn't likely to jump in here with an initial position, or to try to average down. And the larger investors aren't going to touch this because the shortage of shares and near-zero volume requires a long hold time.

So, as I've been saying, until the company puts some more shares into the market, either by forward split or new issue, we're dead in the water. I think another 10 million shares ought to get this trading again.

If anybody sees this differently I sure would like to read their opinion.

Good Luck to All Longs...
