ironhammer, Yes, in fact, many small caps are going positive again.

The Wallstreet "talking heads" on MSNBC Financial News have been claiming, all day long, how this September market, just closed, was "the best in 71 years". WOW!

That is a pretty heavy duty claim, and I didn't realize the markets were actually THAT good. But we penny stock players are at the "bottom of the food chain", so to speak, so we have to wait for some trickle down to occur.

These same pundits are looking at their charts and indicators and proclaiming, almost unanimously, that the market can move a whole lot higher from here. The "bear case" is quickly fading away.

So, it seems like Warp9 is in a kind of a horse race here, to get their filings completed and published in the next two weeks, while the market momentum is still expanding.

Ideally, they should have had the filing out by today, the due date. But it might have been met with a giant "Ho Hum, yawn" from the market. So a short delay may actually work in their favor, assuming this market holds up. So to put it in "market-speak: Bad is now good, and good is even better. LOL!
