Why would PSID seek out a merger with a company with such a dis-similar biz plan? Is it just about the balance sheet and nothing else?
Why not merge with AIDO that has a long history in the RFID business? Stock PPS is 1.5 cents which would make it easier to acquire. Plus, the shareholders might actually be interested in a merger of those two.
This just make little or no sense on several levels. I agree with you that ISCR will do fine on its own.
