They are not a OPEC member but they said they would cut 5 to 10 percent if OPEC declares a cut in production first. They can pretend it does not matter what the price is all they want. the barrel used for the Oil cost more than the Oil is worth that is saying something about things to come. Higher prices just around the bend here.

Because not all the members of Opec have the funds to weather the storm for very much longer. hence why venezuala is calling for a emergency meeting, just look at how much of the budget is funded by Oil in some of the countries and you will see that time is running out to do something about it.

Opec Could be considering the emergency meeting, All it will take is a large cut in production and we will be off to the race's.
