(the “Company”) was advised by NASDAQ that an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2015 has been established for the $0.25 special cash dividend per share that was announced by the Company on December 3, 2015. As previously announced, the $0.25 special cash dividend per share is payable on December 29, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 14, 2015.
