This is going to reverse split into a Canadian restaurant chain and we're all going to be rich, rich, rich, to the moon.
Tastes like chicken.
I tried to buy 300mm at .0001 but I can't get filled!
That's a very interesting hypothesis, but one can see from the PA Secretary of State that no amendments were filed. The last amendment stated the number of common shares will be 450,000,000 max. So with 436,000,000 outstanding, how much dilution could occur?
Looks like we're now in the limited information category, no more stop sign!
The filings infer that a company owned by Al bought the controlling interest. Previously, DAAG operated by Castellano controlled the company.
Some volume today.
According to the PACER, it seems the SEC was denied a motion to prevent witnesses from appearing on the part of the defense. SEC was also denied summary judgment as to all counts. Gotta be really embarrassing for the SEC's attorney to get slapped around as the BIH defendants don't appear to have legal counsel.
But we know their names, they aren't anonymous. There are two vice presidents.

I think it's probably more that they intend to get going so some can frontload at lower levels before activity. The whole nature of pinkie investing is to get in before the news not after. It's like you say, real stocks aren't pinks. So many don't really care about the company but rather only about the potential for price movements.
Normally, fluffs contain good news repackaged. I don't know if the delay is good.
There has been no PR, Rev.
300mm authorized and 218mm outstanding, should be in pennyland if they keep the authorized the same.
I will be looking forward to that!
Nice volume, 625 shares! Go Carnage, go.
They obviously plan on something since they paid Pink Sheets $5k to provide disclosure services.
I agree that the shareholders don't know how to buy and sell this one, Marshall, but the rest I can't concur.
TA is NOT gagged. The TA does not release info for ANY company. ACDU has an authorized of 450,000,000 common and 500,000,000 preferreds. There are 436mm common out. What exactly do you need from the T/A? there's been no change/new filings in the articles of incorp with the PA Secretary of State.
I think it would be safe to assume that if the President resigned and the Vice President(s) remained, the Vice President(s) are the officers of the company.
I don't think it'd be safe to assume anything, Rev.
for sure! I am waitin for this crew to knock it down sub 001 again and then I'll buy up what they planned to grab! Thanks guys for the good work.
US$8mm aid
Venezuela, several billion in cooperation.
China cooperation on canal.
Russia cooperation on military.
Who holds the clout?
ACDU!
If we can just get this down to .0009 again, Rev., we can load up for the next run.
What is your view as to why there's no dilution?
I see carnes reinstated the corp. waiting for his injunction to expire.
I just can't seem to get any shares!
I'm loading up the truck. Anyone see a market maker around willing to file a 15c211?
Where did these elusive scammers get the shares from?
Old shells never die.
First, the new constitution did not pass yet.
Second, regardless of domestic procedures in Nicaragua, foreign investors fall under the DR-CAFTA treaty. Under DR-CAFTA, a foreign entity registers their investment with Nicaragua's foreign investment office. All disputes are then handled by an international arbitration tribunal which uses international standards (so, appraisals, comparative sale valuations, etc.).
The authorized hasn't increased, so how can they dilute?
The price will be what the shareholders are willing to buy it at, depending on what the shareholders sell it at. Unlike most stocks that constantly dilute and print shares, here the share price is simply up to us.
The problem down there is everyone loves the guy and he has high approval ratings according to the press.
No. That was taken from a press release or filing a couple years ago
I think what's going to happen is they are going to announce a proposed plan and then the legislature needs to approve it, so the time will not necessarily be announcing the plan, but for approval of said plan. But I don't know for sure.
We all know that when a guy is just saying how great a stock is, and how its going to the moon, it's because he owns the stock and wants it to go up so he can make some money. His motive is known from the face of his actions. Nobody really buys a stock because of that type of post, but sometimes people follow certain groups into a stock. That's known as a "momo" or "momentum" play. There's risk in doing so, but most players know what they're doing in this regard.
There are also people who, having lost money and been damaged by a company, publicly complain. We can usually tell when that happens and that they have legitimate gripes about management that they discuss. There are people here who have voiced concerns and did so in a legitimate and ethical way.
Then we have a third group of people who obviously didn't buy into the stock, didn't get diluted on or some other thing, but seem to spend a lot of time just finding bad stuff to say all day-- and then who proclaim that they are some sort of "crime enthusiast."
The problem with the last group of player is he attempts to pass himself off as something legitimate and hopes to scare people while having some unknown ulterior motive. It's unlikely that ego has kept this type of player hovering around the stocks he attempts to manipulate for years at a time.
"With a well diversified portfolio"--- but you are only working on two stocks?!
It goes down because people bidwhack. It goes up when people slap the ask. Without dilution, the share price is up to us as traders.
Judging from the volume, said bidwhacking is occurring because either someone is trying to panic investors, or an investor did panic (or needed to liquidate for some other reason).
There were many opportunities to sell at .005+, so it's unlikely that someone all of a sudden felt the need to sell at .0038. But never know.
I'm on the bid but not gettin' no shares. I'm not optimistic that they aren't gonna dilute, but I'm willing to gamble a bit.
