Pretty strange concept in the USA... having stocks we can sell at .0001 but aren't allowed to buy letting brokers gather up, then if/when the company does file its 15c211 they make a ton of money.
Tax loss selling......
Amended Annual yesterday, 10/9
Before they went caveat emptor, I had orders with the broker to buy at .0005. It shows the orders are pending but they never execute. But shares move at .0002. Who trades these shares amongst themselves? Only brokers? I'd like to become an expert as there are companies that are on the expert market, but I can't find the manual. Gotta be a secret!
Damn,14 years of holding, and this is all we get/got? really?
Why even own the stupid company? it appears to be completely worthless.
For those that have been here as long as I have.
In 2012, Hempfield Township brought an action against Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings Inc. to demolish the glass factory. This action occurred before its own political committee with no neutral adjudicators. The Township obtained an Order before its own tribunal, consisting of its own representatives, to require the Company to demolish the structure in a manner that would not provide sufficient time for the Company to recycle or reclaim the bricks. Beacon Pennsylvania appealed the Order to the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, because of various procedural and factual errors that occurred during the proceeding. Hempfield Township never submitted the record on appeal for the case to move forward. In the event that the record on appeal is ever filed, and the Court does not agree with the contentions of Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings, the development would constitute a material event. Beacon Redevelopment, which intends to resume the recycling project in mid-2022, believes that allowing Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings Inc. to complete the program in a manner that allows for the recycling of the antique bricks on the property will benefit the community and the Company. Beacon Pennsylvania requires the revenue earned from recycling the bricks in order to clean the property. No firm will finance the project if unreasonable time limits are placed on the Company that interfere with the recycling process. Beacon Pennsylvania believes that, through effective communications, disputes can be resolved.
Interesting
5. The Company maintains a large number of outstanding loan obligations. To avoid default, the Company
negotiated with its lenders and creditors and obtained a moratorium on interest charges until no sooner than June
2024. At that time, the Company committed to renegotiate the interest based on the current prime rate plus a
percentage. However, interest is not accruing at this time and will not retroactively accrue. Prior applied interest
is contained within the loan amount.
They had Misc. Revenue of $120,000.00 for 2022
I wonder what that was?
Cool.
Get back to PINK!

Notorious world famous multimillionaire money launderer who conceals and smuggles gold bars as antique bricks.
I’ll bite. What you talking about Willis?
Maydak?
This one has the scent of a possible Maydak money laundering scheme.
We just look them up one by one usually alphabetically by ticker until there is development.
OTCIQ here. Means they have the Go to submit filings to get this back trading again. We bid this now and see what happens next.
Nothing to get excited about, but this is worth an investment right now at this level.
Do you mind me asking where you find this info?
VP 8/2023. Paid for OTCIQ Access and was approved. We hit a few of these every year. Let's see what it does.
Oh, too funny, I've confused the 2 stocks that I ended up losing a wad with. One of which was a Nicaragua play and the other the old glass works property which I after much sweat and tears I was able to unload and came out OK. Very sad about the effort that was put into it. Good luck.
If they were gonna sell bricks they could have done it on craigslist several years ago.
Whaaaaat? I was thinking bricks and property for fracking.
Some we think of is the motel near the airport in Managua. They had a lease with option to buy a large parcel with water frontage just NW of BlueFields, and then access to the gulf which the large stockholder's holders MAY have kept in force. And some of those holders were retired military and other gov't employees. They are bag holders too. But I guess they could re-form under a different name and shut out other than locals. There was a Chinese connection too with them having a communications station there as well as their ships occasionally making port calls on the Pacific side. I know, way too much info, which is just as much of a guess than fact.
I’m still hopeful and want to hear something.
Seems silly because they do have assets, no?
But, but, this is like a lost love, the one that got away. Many memories, friends met. They didn't steal my money because they didn't increase shares and run away, They simply disappeared with insider's holding the major portion of the shares.
Complete joke....might as well delist the POS.
I havent checked in for a while...yikes, after seeing where this is at...its a good thing.
I cant believe Ive held this for a decade plus. I should have bailed when it went up for no reason. Stupid me.
Bring in new ceo that can be creative, not brain dead ceo.
What exactly is this company supposed to be? What has it ever redeveloped? When did it buy the pile of bricks it can't even sell on craigslist? Does it have a product, customers?
WTF is wrong with management? They need to wake up and build this company and shareholder values. If he can't do the job, find someone else who can take this company to stardom.
Actually, I simply stagger in once in a while. Happened to see the historic bricks ad and thought of our old sideline endeavor. I sold off all I had and still have memories about what we thought we had here.
Good morning Xanadu.
We both have been here sooo long waiting for something.
I change my name since then.
They own property worth more than the Market Cap, No?

A little green ASK Slapping today.
Is the Attorney Letter about to be filed?
This could be a good one.
The value of the land they own is more than the Market Cap today.
Market Cap - $1,087,915.00
Attorney letter next and then it’s done.
Market cap is so low.
Appears they weren't kidding when they said they are going to file and become current.
I read an old filing and it looks like the properties may be worth three times the current Market Cap?
Time will tell.

That seems attainable.
They own assets worth a bit.
