"""I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it""" (Volatire)
Since this isn't true on the pumpers board, and they value censorship and greed over freedom of speech (and not just idle speech, but valuable history of some of the parties now involved in USSE), I assume that was part of the reason for in the creation of this board.....
PS: Why are YOU here???? If the Rivera process does all it claims, you have nothing to worry about, just like the CYBR shareholders who were left hanging dry....just hope that this "technology" doesn't suddenly walk to someone else.....EFTI >> CYBR >> USSE >> ???.....
so who is nervous????.....and who knows the HISTORY????
PPS: I'll leave it as an exercise for you to find a quote about what happens to whose who can not remember the past.....

Thanks GordonGekko...(great movie, BTW!!!)..I am well aware of the history of this crew, JS, JR, etc......I've only been an EFTI shareholder and swing-trader for about 6(?) years now......I've watched in disbelief as JR (or so, it sure seemed) spammed the RB EFTI board, telling us about predictions in CYBR PPS, and then watched the stock spike, and JR say "see I told you" (establishing credibility).....I then watched (on several RB boards) JR plant the seed that CYBR shareholders will be converting into USSE......of course, in the end, it was another Pinky ashes-to-ashes......a play for time as the dead and bankrupt CYBR tissue was excised, something that was just a bankrupt shell, being pumped by JR on the RB boards, then shareholders (now locked in bag-holders with little recourse) abandoned for greener pastures......and all those pumpers at the USSE board can say to me about it is I'm lying, since CYBR wasn't technically halted, and I used the word halted.....sorry about calling the inability to trade a "halt".....I wonder if CYBR bag-holders feel their shares are halted?????

Jul 21, 2006 (SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION RELEASE/ContentWorks via COMTEX) -- The Commission announced the revocation of the registration of securities of CyberCare, Inc. (CyberCare) of Boynton Beach, Florida registered with the Commission pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act) on July 21, 2006.
In its Order revoking the registration of securities of CyberCare registered with the Commission pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act, the Commission found that CyberCare had failed to comply with Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder, while its common stock was registered with the Commission in that it has not filed an annual report on Form 10-KSB since April 15, 2002, or quarterly reports on Form 10-QSB since Nov. 20, 2002.
The Commission cautions brokers, dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.
Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, Section 12(j) provides, in pertinent part, as follows:
No member of a national securities exchange, broker, or dealer shall make use of the mails or any means or instrumentality of interstate commerce to effect any transaction in, or to induce the purchase or sale of, any security the registration of which has been and is suspended or revoked pursuant to the preceding sentence.
Without admitting or denying the facts or allegation in the Order Instituting Proceedings, Making Findings, and Revoking Registration of Securities Pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, CyberCare, Inc. consented to the entry of an order finding that it had failed to comply with Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder and revoking the registration of each class of CyberCare's securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act. Paperprophet, who are you?
I never saw that before. Punches after punches, the guy is still up swimming in the negativity. How can you sleep?
Last week I was mentioning that USSE will cut the hands of the Middle East people holding the genitals of the Americans. It seems that you got excited about it? Which part?
I try to find what kind of person you are and I got it.
Everybody saw the movie " The silence of the lambs " with Anthony Hopkins and Jody Foster. Everybody remember Buffalo Bill sewing skins in the basement.
Paperprophet, when I see your name on the board, I imagine you like Buffalo Bill, in the darkness of a stinky basement, just using a laptop instead of a sewing machine.
That's all.
Hey Zardiw, you can delete. After all it semi-OT.

JH. It really sounds exciting. I am looking forward to hearing more.
Thanks for coming on here and sharing. I just got through listening once again to Dr. Lassoie's comments, and he really adds a whole new level of credibility, one that I think would garner a lot more investment here.
I certainly hope that EFTI is the right place to be to support these initiatives. It's hard to figure out right now.
When do you think we will get to know some more details as it pertains to EFTI and this technology?

jh...."This tech will be owned by USSEC/CYBR as well as all patents we will have world exposure shortly."
But as EFTI holders, we should dang well get a big piece of the new CYBR pie. I don't see how existing CYBR should possibly be entitled to a bigger stake than EFTI holders. That would be a travesty. The way I see it, existing CYBR shareholders will probably be R/S to the stoneage before EFTI affects the merger with them. After all, it is EFTI that owns the patents, CYBR is just an unrelated shell at this point.
If anyone cares to correct me where I am wrong, I would welcome it.

Good question.....from what I understand, they did hot keep up with their filings......but worse, as this was happening, the impression was made that CYBR shares would become something else, like USSE, as JR himself suggested on the EFTI board (talk about SPAMMING)......CYBR had a BIG spike, pulled back, and was suddenly HALTED, with little warning, I believe.....so once CYBR halted, they had been softened up by JR to think "no biggy, this must be it, I'll be getting my new USSE shares any day now".....ask those people if the check is still in the mail....IMO, it was just a SETUP.....they must have KNOWN they weren't filing the required SEC paperwork (wow, so much for a Pinky), yet telling CYBR holders that all was well, and the Co was morphing into USSE????
Play with Pink-Sheets, and this is what can happen at ANY MOMENT......very little accountability.....
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060830/0158483.html
Congratulations.....but I will remind you of the other side of the coin....if you listened to the RB pumpers, they would tell you to hold shares forever, triple digits, millionaires parties, etc.....many of them have been in this for over a decade, since the DWM non-demo.....and still waiting to sell, as they watch every pop in PPS, and do nothing about it.....
meanwhile, like you, insiders sell.....as usual.....
Giff:
It says "Scams?".....but I agree that's a little harsh....
BTW, how do you feel about what JS did to us with the EFTI Caste-crete non-merger.....as far as I can see, the only result of it was tanking the stock price while like 9 months of limbo took place.......all for something that never took place....
See the Raging Bull IAUS board for a "spirited" debate over why you are comparing apples to oranges with Solargenix....
Ride, there is no 10-Q for this quarter.....since its the end of the fiscal year for NSOL, they can just file the 10-K instead, and no quarterly is required......last year it came on April 17:
http://www.nasdaq.com/asp/quotes_sec.asp?mode=&kind=&timeframe=&intraday=&charttype=...
Really???? EFTI???? Never heard of them......
note: this post may contain some sarcasm.....
"""After an extensive investigation, we have concluded that Cuban was indeed onto something"""
He's not a billionaire because he's stupid, that's for sure.....or timid......he saw financial weakness, and attacked.....all legally, it seems.....the free markets are a double-edged sword, no doubt about it......Cuban (or his console, etc) saw that XNL had a weak bluff hand, and pounced on it.....no mercy.....but in the end, he called it right, seeing it was a very fluffy PPS rise.....so I don't feel too sorry for XNL, maybe just a little for the common shareholders who became semi-bag-holders so far.....but hopefully they learned something.....like to unload during a future pop if the Co remains long-winded, but short on delivery....
its a good thing penny stocks are so much harder to short, isn't it?????.....talk about a blood-letting......
OK, no problem, I misunderstood......as far as "homework", I've done my share, that can't be denied by too many.....for better or worse, depending on your point of view......
Anyway, I hope a few folks here made some quick $$$ on the predictable STHK pop from the Popular Science article.....either that, or it was another coincidence!!!!!
Oh, keep watching STHK, word is they also pop in PPS before their spring shareholder meeting......assuming there is one again.....(anyone know yet???.....their recent filing wasn't pretty)
But they still say this:
"""Historically, hydroelectric energy has required large turbine engines powered by massive amounts of water. Even the very smallest turbines require 187 tons of water per minute (6000 cu ft/min or 45,000 gal/min). This huge amount of water rushes past metal blades causing them to turn and produce electricity. This method of generation works well when large amounts of water are available but is impractical and inefficient when water flow is reduced. The concept of turbine-generated electricity has thus been limited to large waterfalls and dams."""
Are you saying there is more information in the hard-copy magazine than in the PDF file link??????
"""We need more lobbyists in Washington."""
LOL....Yeah Jeff, and more attorneys and snakes, lizards, and toads would be nice.......if there's one thing DC needs, its a few more lobbyists.....
Gee Paper, now what do you think of that!!!!
(PS: Its me, from RB......who copied X-ray's safe harbor links there):

Nice pop, but it would have been nice to see a little more volume.....about half the 3 month average (according to Yahoo).....
EFTI, 2M traded, last .07, up over 50%.......
It appears that he sold his shares after his visit to Mobile.....unlike all those "weak hands" he was fond of talking about.....you know, the ones who sold in the .20s or so.....weak hands indeed....
You're right, if you look up the definition of "pump and dump", his actions would be a perfect example, IMO.....

March 2007 Popular Science:
http://www.perasgroup.com/documents/StartechPopularScienceMarch2007.pdf
Moderator (or anyone):
The I-box says 15M outstanding. However, from the 12/29/206 form SB-2, and 1/29/2007 form SB-2/A:
""As of December 21, 2006, we had issued and outstanding 19,322,277 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value""
I guess this is from the increase of 3,787,550 shares of common stock (as noted in the forms above).
From the 11/14/2006 10QSB:
""As of November 1, 2006, 15,534,727 shares of our common stock were outstanding.""
Adding the 3,787,550 shares to this number yields the new outstanding.
PS: What do you base the float number on?
Volume about 1/3 average today, and a fairly tight trading range.....I basically agree with your assessment, and am also looking for confirmation, since TA is "weaker" in predicting OTCBB stocks, IMO......
I'm still following this one from the sidelines....
Yeah, Stlogic, SHMT seems a lot more "real" than most other fluffy OTCBB stocks, and those that I follow out of "interest".....
PS: looks like you came close today to your buy point......did you nibble???
It was a former PR from IHDR that didn't seem to have happened....I see that PaperProphet has posted a bunch of them over on RB, so choose one at random, and you'll get the general idea......quite an impressive list of misses....
Hi StLogic, looks like fairly decent news.....with the usual OTCBB safe harbor!!!.....I'm still on the sidelines for now, but have been following SHMT since you told me about it on RB......looks better than most OTCBB Companies.....but then again, its already had a nice run recently.....realistically, what do you (in your opinion, of course) see happening here in the near future.....also, if there's another big pop, will you again just hold, or take some off the table? I won't bore you again with my investing philosophy......
I don't see Paper around, so maybe I can help:

Yes, this is my first post ever on I-hub.....I mostly joined so I could have access to certain features that only members do......my intent is not to bug you guys, but I always said I would let people know if I ever came here.....its no secret I have been actively reading I-hub (and not just the NSOL board), so nothing has basically changed.....
OK, now that the introduction is over, I must discuss the stock (as per TOU).....something like "get those cheap shares while you can" should suffice.....all IMO, of course....do your own DD!!!
PS: The I-hub alias is for a little variety, nothing more......
