He's not a billionaire because he's stupid, that's for sure.....or timid......he saw financial weakness, and attacked.....all legally, it seems.....the free markets are a double-edged sword, no doubt about it......Cuban (or his console, etc) saw that XNL had a weak bluff hand, and pounced on it.....no mercy.....but in the end, he called it right, seeing it was a very fluffy PPS rise.....so I don't feel too sorry for XNL, maybe just a little for the common shareholders who became semi-bag-holders so far.....but hopefully they learned something.....like to unload during a future pop if the Co remains long-winded, but short on delivery....

its a good thing penny stocks are so much harder to short, isn't it?????.....talk about a blood-letting......
