TelVue is a winner

Let's give them a chance, anyways.
They've been on the job only a very short time.
Some brokers will allow you to request the ECN/Market Maker you want to buy shares from. I usually request AUTO. There is an SEC rule that allows this. I have to find it (AGAIN), I have it somewhere on the other board (T*VE). The market maker this is routed to has to match the asking price from whoever is lowest on the Ask, however it requires a transfer of shares eventually. If the lowest Ask guy is also shortie (if it's NITE you can probably assume he is selling short) he will have to get shares to the ECN/MM you ask to buy from.
If you follow me at all you will know my opinion is that the principle job of a market maker is NOT to "provide liquidity" but to TAKE THE STOCK DOWN. Sell short, take the stock down and cover cheap. It is a constant battle where the only salvation is to obtain shares at as low a price as possible and hold them, hold and not sell. This can only work if the company is a real company with real products and then eventually shortie has to pay up (short squeeze or MOASS). It is more difficult on a stock that has a lot in the float.
Real investors here should be turning up the heat on Mike Shenher (CEO) and the IR Firm to turn out a profitable quarter and take additional actions that would bring on a squeeze. Shortie NO LONGER has the help of organized shorters like Lebed and Sykes. He is on his own.
I think most of us are past the point of deciding whether this company is for real or not. It now has to be decided whether or not there is endurance in dealing with shortie.
I will be here making NITE's job of taking this stock down as difficult as I can make it for him.
By now you will also have seen that ETMM ran away as well and NITE is on the top of the Ask again at 23. How many buys would it take for him to go hiding as well and let AUTO sell some at 30?

He sold me shares I ordered for 25 cents at 24 cents and then dropped the Ask to 23 cents. He's got so many shares I guess he can discount them (NOT).
Get off the Ask, NITE and let VFIN sell some at 25.
TEVE. Financials for 1Q 2011 due after hours today.
Stock is up 87.5% Year-to-Date.
This is a very good point.
Thanks for making it.
These are all buys. I know who is buying them.
WOW nice.
I wanted to hear it from the horse's mouth. Mike Shenher says in an email to me that yes, they have retained this IR Firm, Interactive Business Alliance, and that they specialize in helping companies deal with shorting campaigns.
Today's volume so far consists of buys by a friend of mine which were sold at Bid. Part of a larger order by the way. Odd seeing an order for thousands of shares broken up into 1145 and 250.
I have received some private messages indicating that more people are checking out our TEVE board here.
I say don't just check it out, actually get some shares.
This one has been a long time in the making. The major moderator here has been with this one for 12 years. I say if there is anyone around I-Hub that deserves respect, it's an investor who has been buying and holding this stock over a decade and has well over a million shares. God bless him. Through rain and shine and every half-baked market maker trick he has not only been here but he has brought good people to this stock. Some of whom, like myself, are barely making it to the next payday - something that should be a thing of the past relatively soon.
Those of us that are comparatively new to this stock are starting to see the fruits of those who have been around much longer and of a company that is reaching maturity. Some months ago I purchased my first shares of TelVue at 9 cents. I got curious and so I figured it out. My average share cost me 20 cents apiece. Anything over that is gravy. While this is the case, I actually don't mind if someone buys for cheaper than that.
A unique feature of this stock appears to be the NAME YOUR PRICE thing where NITE is routinely handing out invented shares at prices below the published Ask. This being the case, folks new and old to TelVue should, if they would like, put in Good Til Cancelled orders for shares at 15, 16, 17, 18 cents - they might just get filled. Even better is if you can get your broker to route those orders to AUTO or any market maker but NITE. Ask slapping is okay too but the way to win is to get as many shares as cheaply as you can and hold them.
Yes it was a good day and many more to come.
TEVE. Closed at .24 up 33.33%. Financials due Monday.
Thank you for the charts.
We ended up by 33.33%.
Financials should be out Monday.
TEVE. Up 33.33%. Low float stock. Financials due Monday. Visit the board and help "get shorty".
Did anyone else notice DOMS says he has shares now?
Well, let's buy them up then.
TEVE. Up 33.33%.
Theoretically the next slap at Ask takes us to 25 cents unless he sells them cheaper which would not surprise me.
TEVE. Get shorty! Up 11 percent. Financials by Monday. Visit our board.
I have been putting more orders in for All or Nothing and specifying for my broker to route the trades to AUTO. I don't know exactly what happens when AUTO has to fill the order at the price NITE has set. I assume he is owed the shares from NITE who seems to always have shares at all times even though people are not selling them to him. I wonder what happens when they have to settle up between each other.
HDSN is claiming to have 9000 shares available at 25 cents and I would like to get my hands on those but NITE is in the way. We rarely complain over here about getting cheap shares. I have picked up so many at a "discount" that it is ridiculous. However what is slightly vexing is that he claims to have 5000 shares at 20 cents (see Ask) and then fills 100 at 11 cents. Just FILL the order dude if you have shares.
Until your post I thought that 100 share trade at 11 cents was someone helping the market maker tank the stock. I should have known better. NITE does not need any help doing that he has an endless list of tricks.
I am wondering just how long it will take for someone on I-Hub with hundreds of followers to catch on to what is happening here and blow Gabriel's horn. When that happens I think we could expect NITE to get off the Ask and let the stock move up.
This being Friday and with the financials coming out Monday, my prediction is that shortie will be doing all possible to take the stock down, possibly by selling another 100 of your order at 11 cents. This strategy was invented by a child or a sociopath.
I would possibly counter this by revising the order to All or Nothing and asking your broker if you can specify the ECN/market maker to route to.
No matter what happens today we win. Buy and hold, buy and hold, buy and hold. When the walls come down those holding their shares are the victors.
I need someone to post a FULL Level 2 for today on this board showing the Bid and Ask offers of each market maker and the trades for today, please.
Thank you.
Another buy at Ask was filled at 18 cents.
Someone close to me that has no money and a ton of bills threw $100 at it at Ask and got them at 18 - thanks for the discount, NITE, every dime counts in this economy.
Still think nothing fishy going on in market maker land?
This guy is good. REAL good. If you didn't see him on Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory Wall Street episode you should look it up. He's got a pair of brass ones.
Not too long ago the Bid was 30 cents. It will be there again. I am not sure how much you paid for your small amount of shares but you will be able to get out soon if that is what you truly wish. The funny thing is that when the Bid was 30 cents there was no mass exodus of shareholders for the door.
Perhaps the better answer to all your questions casting doubt and suspicion on TelVue is itself a question.
If this company is such a "POS" when why is it even at 20 cents at all and not a penny or sub-penny like the vast majority of stocks being discussed here on I-Hub?
The answer is that there are some of us that have made buying and holding TelVue a true cause. Not only do we buy and hold TelVue but we ask our friends and family members to do so. Do you really think I would risk my reputation and my relationships with these people, some of whom I have known a long time, to get them to lose their their money in a scam?
This is not about the company RIGHT NOW. It will be eventually. If you think I came here expecting the company to become blue chip overnight then you will always look at me and some of the other posters here like we have 2 heads.
A long time ago people put their money into companies, got their stock certificates and put them in a safety deposit box hoping those companies would make money someday. In order to sell them they had to call up a broker and pay sometimes hundreds in commissions. I always wished my dad or grandad had given me some share certificates in some company but it never happened. Now we buy and sell stocks like we change our socks and it costs almost nothing. This is part of the problem with this system but I will say no more as we will quickly go off-topic.
And here you have the real reason why this stock is not at a penny or sub-penny. You have here some honest investors that have bought and held their shares. And you have some of us that keep buying and holding and keep telling their friends. And on the other side of the table you have the Big Bad Wolf. He's so Big and Bad that he has a playbook that was written by a 12 year old. He's no better than a schoolyard bully. Selling shares to some people at Ask and to some people at Bid and making it go up and down and shaking the trees. What happens when people don't sell - we'll you're looking at what happens. A 20 cent Ask will soon be 30 and so on but who knows when it will come.
I say WE, the investors, win. All that is necessary is to keep buying and holding shares, getting them as cheaply as possible. THOSE HOLDING THEIR SHARES IN THE END WIN.
If these things are not understood, then the person not understanding them will feel continually frustrated. When the lights come on and someone gets it they know this is the place to be. If NITE ever took your money in any other stock here's a chance to get it back. It's that simple but not everyone agrees or understands. That's okay, thank God it's still a free country.
If you're not getting this and you want to get out I will try to bring more buyers over here so you can sell and put all this horrible experience behind you.

There are 2 things happening here but we've talked and talked about that. For those asleep at their desks I will repeat. Of course, there are like 30 people that read this board maybe so ANYTHING that gets said here, pro or con, is not going to make or break anything.
1) There is the company itself which has an actual product, an actual customer list and an actual market. Someone can deny all they want but TelVue manufactures servers and other high tech equipment, has a high-tech facility where they handle 1000 PEG.TV stations, and they have customers that include the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Department of Transportation, Princeton University, Verizon, etc. etc. etc.
See their website. Read the I-Box. Watch the TelVue videos on YouTube. Attend a conference or shareholder meeting. Do some due diligence.
The company isn't making money right now. This is no secret and no one has tried to say otherwise. The company WILL make money.
Lots of investors choose to put their pennies into a stock with the anticipation that AT A FUTURE DATE they can cash in. The OTC is filled with companies that have no profit right now that people are buying in cheaply on hoping they will go up.
If someone is here for the fundamentals right now then they didn't do due diligence. No one has been saying buy this stock because the company has tons of profit and is handing out a dividend. As the world goes more and more mobile and on-demand TelVue will be there to provide equipment and technology. The bills will get paid, the company will grow, and we will have uplisting to NASDAQ, dividends, splits, etc.
2) There is the short position which goes round and round. Don't believe it? Sell and move on. No one is talking about individual short sellers here. We are talking about a market maker that sold more shares than existed over a very long period of time. If someone doesn't believe the story, doesn't understand what I am talking about and is here to make $50 on a flip than wow are they in the wrong place.
I don't really care what size the buys are. This is a death by 1000 cuts. That 500 share buy moved the stock 11.11% and earned me several hundred dollars on my past buys, most of which were purchased at between 9 and 17 cents.
Knight trades on the NYSE. I wonder if their shareholders would be interested in this discounting of shares we've got going on over here. Knight's got to be losing some money selling shares cheaper than his Ask, right?
TEVE. Up 11.11%. Financials due on Monday, 16 May for the 1st Q.
hahahahaha
That's hilarious. 5000 order and 250 gets filled - exactly down the middle between bid and ask. Now how fair is that? I got some the other day by buying through AUTO at Ask and then someone gets some for between bid and ask from NITE. Must be the rules are different in NITE land. Anyone that still believes NITE has shares should think about this. He SAYS he's got 5000 at 20 cents and then he gives someone asking for 5000 a whopping 250 shares. Why even TRY to fill anything at 15 cents, man, unless you WANTED the stock to go down to 15? Geesh! Seriously, a partial fill of 250? C'mon this is sad. Did he find them behind the refridgerator? In the sock drawer? Where were those 250 shares hiding? Or if you say you got 5000 then give 5000. Or don't fill under Ask at all. You ain't REQUIRED to give a discount. I mean why publish an Ask of 20 cents and then sell at 15 anyways? Does this make any sense? I thought you made money on the spread. Are you a market MAKER or a market SHAKER?
If the buyer had clicked ALL OR NOTHING who knows how long that would have sat there unfilled.
I want my next buy from HDSN. He says he's got 9000 he will sell me for 25 cents. I want them -- EVERY SINGLE ONE. I will sell something I own to buy them. Please NITE move off the Ask so I can buy those 9000 shares from HDSN and put some poor miserable shareholder who is dying to sell out of their despair.
TEVE. Up 11.11% today. Financials due Monday for 1Q.
If investors are here looking for high profits and surplus they took a wrong turn somewhere. The blue chips are traded on the big board not the OTC.
My point has been made. Those here bad mouthing the stock never did any due diligence at all.

TEVE is an OTC QB stock and has its financials and SEC filings current. If there was anything wrong with the reporting they would be listed Caveat Emptor. Instead, they are at QB status.
If you need a punching bag, use me. I'm the one that put that I-Box together and I simply overlooked posting the TA data there. It will be handled in moments, stay tuned.
I won't need luck but thank you nonetheless.
I will try to bring more help here so that those of you that are feeling cheated can exit and the rest of us can keep going here.
TelVue will be here long after you have departed.
Pathetic is a strong word.
I guess you bought a handful of shares and you are not happy.
If there was a way for me to buy them directly from you and put you out of your misery I would try to do so. As it is you have to sell them back to a market maker and then he can sell them to me. I can assure you I will keep buying this stock.
I want to have 100,000 shares of this company and I am not there yet but this is my goal. If this thing goes into a run I might not achieve that goal since every share I have bought has been bought with a little bit of savings and a piece of my weekly paychecks.
My curiousity was piqued at first but I now I KNOW what goes on here. I'll be seeing you around then. Beddie-bye time.
I'll see what I can do. I got to read up on these NOBO and OBO lists and a few of the new regs and some other homework I am doing on short selling.
Monday we'll have the next 10Q.
In 3 weeks I will have a chance to ask Jesse in person about some of this stuff when I go to the shareholder conference.
Meanwhile I will bring some more investors over here to do some buying and hopefully you will be able to get out and put all this behind you.
Good.
Okay as I said I missed something. Can I have the name and the contact info of this IR Firm?
I have some questions of my own.
