It was you who wrote “I noticed that GERS was missing from that list. Maybe the "news" you posted wasn't relevant to the Greenshhift company or the stock. “
But important clients and future clients of GERS where on that list.
So why do you think it doesn’t concern GERS, but it does concern GERS when you post it, even if GERS or the clients of GERS aren’t named?
I think you got a reading comprehension.
Two questions:
1. Was GERS added as a ticker in your news?
2. Is REX a client of GERS and isn’t PEIX involved with the GERS lawsuit, so very likely a future client among others and isn’t VLO likely to be added to that list?
Keep paying attention here Harry... or you’ll miss important information.
Hey Harry, did you read this news?
Maybe sharing it here, makes the price drop, so you can use the money you made on your sell, to get more cheap shares. Don't forget to thank me. I was the first to share it!

"Platts: RINs drop to three-year lows following EPA waiver news
Apr. 4, 2018 2:44 PM ET|By: Carl Surran, SA News Editor
Prices for Renewable Identification Numbers fell to their lowest since 2015 earlier today on worries that the Environmental Protection Agency will grant more Renewable Fuels Standard waiver credits to refiners, Platts reports.
The market dropped initially following news yesterday that the EPA granted a hardship waiver to major refiner Andeavor (ANDV +0.5%), exempting three of the company's refineries from having to comply with the U.S. blending mandate, then fell further on reports that 25 additional refineries were granted hardship exemptions, a much larger number than in previous years.
Biofuel industry supporters have said in the past that waivers could be used to undermine federal blending requirements and reduce demand for RINs.
Potentially relevant tickers include VLO, PBF, MPC, CVI, CVRR, ADM, GPRE, PEIX, REX, REGI
"
Ah... sorry that you made another mistake... well 1 good post out of 231 posts, still seems like a pretty good score for you.
If I had not been here and posted that news, the price might not be as high as it is
The value of a stock is also determined by future expectations. If the value of a product moves up, the value of companies that are expected to produce that product in the near future, also increases, because it might be expected the revenue will be higher too.
Look at what happen to companies that announce to adapt Blockchain. These companies often move up. Is it because of money they own on the spot by using Blockchain? No, its because of what they might make in the future.
It tells me there is work in progress.
There are results, maybe not the result you prefer, but there are results. Facing problems and overcome them is a result too. A test pour is a result, Yes they aren't as fast as the big 10 of Gold producers who have been producing for many years, but those big boys wasted more time on paper work too before they went into production. Also they are much more experienced, with a lot more expenses. Yes it might be with better chance for succes, but you don't buy their shares at these levels too.
I’m not talking about the process, but about the result.
“Forms? Rules? Is that the excuse now? “ No that was sarcasm about some useless posts I’ve picked up somwhere.
It might take a bit longer due to all the forms they are thinking about they might need to file. It seems that at one ACME school they can't stop talking about all kind off rules that don't exist....it's confusing to them...
Or it might be just what they have stated in their PR
I predict that the next PR will state additional gold sales in an amount that doesn’t exceed the value of the shares sold over the last 45 days by PT.
Just a bold prediction and I’m not implying anything with this prediction.
“Isn't that kind of hype more relevant than whether a chat board poster thinks a Form D is needed or not?”
It wasn’t me who started asking about a Form D, a Form 4 or any other form or report number, was it?
Someone just keeps on posting about them, using it as proof to make it seem relevant, when others don’t seem to care. And when they then proof they don’t need to file such a report, it isn’t a relevant note?
Your question was if we thought MXSG is required to file a Form D. My answer was no, and I shared a link. That link was directing you to a page with a small amount of text, of which about the half contained previously quoted lines, saying filing isn't required. Still you said:
everything in that link says they should have a Form D on file. A current one.
What, specifically, in that link info tells you they don't need a Form D?
Now, we're getting somewhere! See, it isn't that hard.
Reasons to Consider Not Using Form D
There are many exemptions from registering with the SEC, but companies usually stick with Form D because it provides the most benefits. That's why there are very few reasons to consider not using Form D. These include the following:
You've decided to make a public offering of securities for funding.
You want to keep the names of your investors from becoming public knowledge.
Filing Form D makes it easy for the public to find all of your company's information. However, there are some businesses that wish to maintain anonymity for their investors. For this reason, business owners should take a moment to consider whether making their information public might actually hurt the company.
A company wants to keep its investors confidential, so it registers with the SEC instead of filing Form D. By doing so, they must now learn the registration laws of every state they do business in and file the appropriate paperwork. Some states require a similar form, but anyone filing Form D will have a much easier time with state law.
A company decides to seek an exemption other than under Regulation D. They will again have to figure out state law, and the filing process will be much more complicated than simply filing Form D.
In my opinion they do not require to file a form D

I think they and the sec will be happy to answer your call and your question.
I don’t see any pessimism in the trades. Just thin ask and bid, and small trades adjusting the direction we will float for a while. Don’t be foed by it. It takesjust as little to move us up as it does to move us down. As long as there is no real news, we are just floating on the waves.
So what news caused the pessimism?
Is the optimism in the market caused by the tax cut post over?
So wrong....the 80% owned by BTZO are preferred stock, not included in the OS of Common Stock.
Disclaimer: Do your own DD. I will not share the links here, because they are easy to find in both companies filings.
Edit: Okay one link http://google.brand.edgar-online.com/displayfilinginfo.aspx?FilingID=11689481-1045-137564&type=sect&TabIndex=2&companyid=605034&ppu=%252fdefault.aspx%253fsym%253dGERS
h the Delaware Secretary of State a Certificate of Designation of Series G Preferred Stock, designating 800,000 shares of preferred stock as Series G Preferred Stock. The Series G shares may be converted by the holder into Company common stock. The conversion ratio is such that the full 800,000 Series G shares convert into GreenShift common shares representing 80% of the fully diluted common shares outstanding after the conversion (which includes all common shares outstanding plus all common shares potentially issuable upon the conversion of all derivative securities not held by the holder). The holder of Series G shares may cast the number of votes at a shareholders meeting or by written consent that equals the number of common shares into which the Series G Shares are convertible on the record date for the shareholder action. In the event the Board of Directors declares a dividend payable to Company common shareholders; the holders of Series G shares will receive the dividend that would be payable if the Series G shares were converted into GreenShift common shares prior to the dividend. In the event of a liquidation of GreenShift, the holders of 800,000 Series G shares will receive a preferential distribution equal to 80% of the net assets available for distribution to the shareholders. On December 31, 2015, GreenShift issued 700,000 shares of Series G Preferred Stock to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bitzio in exchange for 862,500 shares of GreenShift's Series D Preferred Stock, as well as the contractual right to receive an additional 124,875 Series D Shares. On the same date, Bitzio purchased an additional 100,000 Series G Shares in exchange for $2,500,000 in cash. The Series G Preferred Stock were recorded at stated value due to the fact that the transactions were between entities under common control.
Not me, for sure...I was just saying that if someone thinks MXSG is breaking the law, IMO they are exaggerating. There are many companies that act the same way, MXSG has filed this way before, and I don't thing that the SEC has an issue with it. Neither do I think, that the one who brought it to the light, has any intention to start a lawsuit. I just think the like to stir things up for fun. Not for the sake of investors.
This is probably illegal too:

It seems like one can have a day job suing companies or filing complaints. There are probably a lot more companies like MXSG breaking the law, like you state. It's a shame. I'm glad you are making a statement by doing something about it.
LMAO!
I know some ways you can save some time. But I got the feeling you already know then, and just ignore them. Anyway, as long as you hold on to thoses GERS shares, it doesn’t matter too much.
Getting married? Congrats! Weddings are my business, so if you need a good photographer, let me know
April 1st was just too obvious
You've been following the posts here on the board. So you'll know that (about the boy that cried wolf) is a line I've said a lot about shouting news on this board. I'm not going to back it up with a link, because you didn't thank me the last time I did so on your request. But I'll give you a hint. Browse back a few months on the BTZO board on my name. You will then know it's sarcasm.
Keep editing, it gives you something to do while waiting for judgement day .13 now :-P
LOL You can shout news here every day, and then at the day it happens, claim you’ve called it. Everybody forgets and forgives the moments you where wrong. It’s great
A test pour brought some gold. Poof! There goes your theory!
It might sound like much, but if he has bought it at the low regions, and accumilated a long the way, it isn’t by far as some investors have invested in other stocks. And if you really believe in GERS, why not...it might make you very wealthy
But I understand why someone doesn’t like to file about owning 1 million shares of GERS. I don’t own that many, just a 1/10 of it, but if I needed to report what I own, buy and sell so that everybody knows who I am, and reacts to my trading, I wouldn’t like it also.
By the way. Would 5% go for the OS, or for the ownership.
The OS is only 20% of the ownership, isn’t it?
I provided the info, I provided a link to back it up on tour request. You could at least thank me.
When you think about it, it's pretty logical. If you set a buy order for 10.000 shares @10 cents, all or none, and I would see it...I would think I can sell 5000 shares @10 cents. But I can't, because I would have to sell 10.000 shares so the bid price of 10 cents would not make sense. The bid is the highest price, anyone could sell for. The ask, the lowest anyone can buy for. minimum shares 1 share, maximum the shares on bd or ask, or anything in between.
“AON orders are not shown on the specialist's book because they cannot be traded in pieces. “
https://www.nasdaq.com/investing/glossary/a/all-or-none-order
However, the price is now moving up. This trend cannot be ignored because people who bought shares for two pennies then can probably sell them for ten pennies now.
Din’t forget, all or none bids don’t show up on the bid side. These are just some of the bids.
Can I consider it proven enough and case closed, since you don't reply to the answer I gave you on your request?
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=139510391
Yep, that's the great thing of going from 0.0002 to no bid. every order is a buy slapping the ask at 0.0001.
There are a lot more buy's going to happen if people are willing to sell:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=139403997
The last SEC filing was for the third quarter of 2016, yet the price went down below the two-penny level and is now up to the ten-penny level for two days so far.
